Pukka Pizza in Brent

Visited Pukka Pizza on our way back to the hotel from a job we were doing at StoneX Stadium. Firstly, 3 hungry lads appreciated being able to get food at 11pm (something UK food outlets seem to have made almost impossible after Covid) which was a welcome relief after a stressful day. We ordered 3 x Pizzas and everyone commented that they tasted great. Top Work Guys, Thank You!

Dealing with the customer with all rudeness. When you say hello, there is no response. This is rude or racist. They always take more money, and the food is only in appearance and tasteless.

We received our pizza it was burnt told the guy said it wasn't burnt just overcooked !!!! Won't recommend it

DONT BOTHER!!! It was my sisters birthday we got a takeaway they sent us two small pizzas when we ordered large! Then when we spoke to them asking them to send us the right pizza they was trying to go around it when we had a birthday party full of people! Their customer service is disgustinggggg

Rude customer service...and deceiving in listing price can't believe this place is still open... I had to me sure I double check the pizza because they never put the things you asked for

Have been using this place easily for 20 years. It’s probs changed managers and staff but is still the best pizza and best deals ever. Highly recommend the barbecue base sauce. Never had a bad pizza from here

Ordered online and waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. When I contacted deliveroo to see what was taking so long I was informed that the order was cancelled without letting me know. Shocking, will not be ordering again from here.

How do you mess Pizza up? If you are as shocked as me then - Give them a try. I ordered 5 large Pizzas' and not happy with the taste and texture only good thing it was hot.

Terrible service, delivery was over half an hour late, I ordered at 12.20 and pizza didn’t arrive till 1.55 which was after our work lunch hour. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a 9’’ medium pizza at 01:37 am and it’s now 03:33 am and the pizza still hasn’t arrived, I phoned the restaurant and was told that my pizza would be arriving soon, what a lie. I’ll never order from here again.

they accepted my order when they were not able to make it. i called in to see why my order has been delayed by one hr and the person who spoke to me started to shout at me in a bad manner! i will never order from here again and will tell everyone i know not to order from here again!!!!! terrible service!!

so I ordered the the bbq wings, jacket potato with beans and strawberry cheese cake! and a bottle of coke! I got a call from the restaurant saying they didn’t have any jacket potato left! fine I’ll order a pizza instead, the order came early with was good, open the wings and the chicken were still pink so I didn’t eat it, the pizza was good and I didn’t even receive the strawberry cheesecake, I tried to call back up again and no answer from the restaurant! I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you want half of your order Not happy at all

It took them Almira 2 gours to deliver The food. And I paid for 1.5 l of drink but got 2 small cans . Very bad service

NEW YEARS EVE... Ordered pizza. Ok, so they were very busy, but food took almost 2 hours to arrive, kids were starving by then. Even the delivery driver said they should have had more staff to stop the backlog. Pizza was nice, but the staff on the phone was totally useless and hung up when we complained! Overall, pizza was good as normal, but staff need a shake up with their rudeness.

Ordered stuffed mushrooms got cheese balls? And the bbq wings did not taste of bbq. The stuff crust seemed not to have the filling I wanted. But was still enjoyable. I ordered bbq dips cause there was no option for garlic and herb, then received two garlic and herb with the pizzas. I was happy but annoyed. However, nothing was dramatically wrong and I had an enjoyable meal anyway.

Terrible service. Very disappointed with the delivery. More than 1.5 hours. I called the restaurant but lines were dead. Exceptionally pure service.

The staff are very rude phoned up to confirm order and arrogant man which picked up had no manners. Hope he gets the same treatment throughout life.

Terrible service, terrible timekeeping, called restaurant 4 times. Each time being told delivery would be with me in a few minutes. Stay away if you want to eat at a reasonable time. I had to put the kids to bed late because of these liars. Food eventually came an hour late and was hot, which means there is no way it was ready the time they said it was. Very disappointed >:(

We ordered our food at 1.45 and the food didn't arrive till 3am. The delivery driver didn't know who's food was who's. we couldn't get through to the numbers & when we did the service was rude. The pizza was burnt and by that we didn't complain because it was gone 3am by the time it showed up!

Order 2 pizzas that got delivered within reasonable time. Both pretty good. I actually enjoyed thick crust more.

onion rings were slightly burnt, the chicken wings only the coating made it spicy. Other than that meat itself was bland. The barbecue chicken wings was alright with it it was smothered with barbecue sauce not coated very well. also arrived in a pizza box??

The pizzas and wedges were very nice ,sadly the chicken wings were tiny. The delivery was 30 minutes early which was not a problem. However driver said he had left drinks in car and would bring them up. I then get a call to say he left them at store and would go back to get them. Never saw driver or drinks again.

They cancelled my order via phone and confirmed it through just eat so I still got charged never ordering from just eat again

Driver lied after been asked about an item I ordered which he forgot. He said there was nothing he could do the shop was closed which it wasnt. I contacted the shop and they were helpful and had the food sent out.

I ordered what i thought was medium pizzas which turned out to be 7 inch small pizzas... the wings were literally extremely small. Its such a shame the food was good but the portion are way too small...

Pizzas were fantastic, but the garlic bread was very chewy and a little tough to eat! But everything else was great! Will definitely be ordering from them again! Just a shame about the garlic bread.

The food came cool not hot. I liked how much topping there were on my pizza but I didn't have any cheese on it and it was really bland and tasteless. The BBQ chicken wings were a huge disappointment since they tasted like hotdogs smothered in BBQ sauce and on top they were absolutely tiny, was expecting more for the high price. Wouldn't recommend it. It was really disappointing overall

If you want good food delivered in good time, do not deliver from here. I called when they were late but no answer, half an hour later still no answer dont know whether to wait or order elsewhere which is not what you want after youve already paid for the service/food. Absolutely shocking abysmal customer service and delivery, DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Food was good. Medium pizza is 9". As it was bogof offer worth the price. Without the bogof definitely other worth the price for just the one. All in all a fairly good experience.

Don't buy Jacket potato they mix beans potato and cheese into a plastic container which looks like lasagne and the meat lasagne which is 5 pound nearly is literally crushed heated cheese on top and little spoon full of meat had to throw 80 percent of my food away it was very misleading and I am very disappointed in the way these people mislead others so please read the reviews before reading

We ordered a pizza at 1am got it at 330 am in the mist of the man saying he came when he didn't when we got the pizza it was supposed to be a large but as I see it was a very small large and it came with no sauce whatsoever I am not impressed with this service

Driver rang the door bell and just dumped the boxes on the floor, I was four steps away from the door. The pizza was over cooked, almost burnt! Absolute letdown, won't be using again.
