This firehouse is amazing the chicken is fresh and tasty 😋 the staff are superb hand down the best restaurant in Butlins. Miro and Dale are some awesome chefs Brad is just awesome nothing to much And Jess and Cody have outstanding service. This is a must for family. 🤩 10/10

By far and away the best service in Butlin’s. They could not be more accommodating or attentive. We were served by Natasha, who went out of her way to ensure that it was an enjoyable experience - exceptional service. One of our party is GF and both Natasha, and another excellent waiter Marcel, checked several times to ensure that the food was delivered correctly. I wish we received service like this all the time!

The best restaurant at Butlin’s. We visited this restaurant on our last night and it was by far the best meal we had through our stay. Order quickly and food came out within minutes even before our drinks, which did concern me a bit but the food was very hot and tasty. Bar man was very helpful in telling us the best value for money on cocktails and the pudding was really lovely. All round a really nice meal and not too expensive, I would say it could do with a deeper clean as some bits round the eating area were quite grubby and they had only just opened before we went in, but as a whole I couldn’t fault the food

The chicken was cooked to perfection and use this restaurant every night as part of the dine around package, This is the best restaurant on site and this restaurant puts Nando’s to shame, the peri peri sauce os much better the chicken cooked better and better price and the salad side is delicious!! I have nothing but good things to say! Jessica the deputy manger is also amazing, so courteous polite and helpful about everything and runs a tight ship! It does get busy so I would say come early when the site is busy, but you definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you Jessica for making us feel so welcome every time we come. We tried to get a table Tuesday night about six, but it was so busy, we booked for the next night, well worth a visit, food is delicious, staff friendly.

I wasn’t expecting much from this restaurant after a poor meal in the beachcomber the night before. But this place is fantastic the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and as previous reviews stated the food is incredible and at very reasonable prices Thank you for such a lovely experience

Fantastic!!! We enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the Firehouse grill. The food was cooked well. When our son didn't enjoy his burger ( fresh flame grilled chicken), they simply exchanged it for another meal. We were served by Lucus and then Kingsley, who went beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Kingsley, you are a credit to the team at Butlins, and we hope if you're still there, we'll see you when we return. Food was delicious. Huge portions! We were on the dinearound deal and we got starters, mains, dessert and drinks! You will not go hungry here!

We’ve been here twice for dinner since our stay at butlin’s and the food has been amazing. The service has been second to none. Kingsley was our waiter and was very accommodating and attentive on both our visits. We would not hesitate coming here again! The food at firehouse was really good, great options for the kids and adults alike. My faves were the sweet corn fritters and the boneless thighs with bbq glaze! We have been at Butlins for the week and came here for lunch for the first time today. I came in to ask about gluten free options. Lucas was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - he encouraged us to give it a try and I am so glad we did! The food came quickly and was really tasty. Lucas was a brilliant host to our table - funny and friendly. And he went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Thank you Lucas! You really cheered up our rainy day.

On the dinearound package, was sat fairly quickly at our table which was ideal with the kids. The food was well presented and hot, portion sizes fantastic too but thats where the good ends What however let us down was the poor service as i dont really expect to have to ask 3 times to place an order while staff stand around the bar slagging off what sounded like a female manager, swearing was nice to the ear also. When we did get our order taken, we was pretty much abandoned while staff continued their chats which is a shame as we wanted more drinks but why would we beg for that, it should be common curtesy? Staff friendly? I found most cocky and arrogant, almost pet talking us into ordering certain dishes and making stupid jokes which wasn’t really for a restaurant setting. Overall was the worst experience of the week wont be rushing back

I'll start with the positives: firstly we were on a Dinearound plan and when we arrived at the start of our slot our table was ready for us and we were seated immediately. Secondly the food was quite good. However we were severely let down by the service. It took 35 minutes for someone to take our order (and even that only happened after we asked twice!) From that point the drinks took another 30 minutes to arrive and the main course took 40 minutes. Desserts, which we had already ordered at the start of the meal because of the Dinearound plan then took 25 minutes. The whole experience took 2 hours and we ended up missing part of the evening show. Not a great start to our trip.

We were a family group of 10 & ate in this restaurant in the mid afternoon when we got a big table opposite the kids play area which was perfect . We all really enjoyed our meals , the burgers , spicy fries & kids meals were all great & portions a good size . Would recommend 👍

We came here twice during our holiday, staff are friendly and quick to help, the menu has a wide range and even caters to vegetarians and fussy eaters. The service is quite quick although during one of our visits it was quite busy and we had to wait 40 minutes for our food.
