I put a negative review here. However credit where credit is due, the restaurant reached out and we are all good. Sometimes it’s just a misunderstanding…

First time visitors and absolutely loved it. Friendly welcome, relaxed atmosphere. Cost but not cramped space. Choice of food and wines were great Food was delicious, great portion sizes. V impressed.

This is definitely by far the best Italian restaurant in the area. The food is always exceptional and so Italian! The chef is always attentive and comes out to see the customers regularly to check they are happy. The price is certainly reasonable for the quality of food you get. We will be going back again for our next celebration.

We went first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Excellent menu - well delivered tasty authentic Italian cuisine - almost don’t want to write this in case we can’t get a table next time- Credit to the staff - great produce - great taste and it’s local

Food was by far the best round here, decent selection and genuinely decent, not some general bland italian. Staggeringly expensive but that's the norm these days. No starters, no alcohol and the bill for 3 of us was 140. But it was a great eat.

Online booking confirmed quickly. Service (a little slow as there we two large groups in at the same time , so understandable ) was excellent, the staff were so accommodating and friendly it felt like more of an experience rather than just dinner. The food was excellent, so fresh and good portions, authentic Italian and delicious. We look forward to returning and making this a regular spot for dinner. Real gem of a place, so glad we tried it.

Family meet up and celebration. We went to Pronto Italiano without a booking. The restaurant was packed (on a Wednesday!) however we were found a table for 6 in the mezzanine which was fine. The service from Juan (the Manager) and the chef was first class and the food was outstanding. Great atmosphere, quality produce, excellent service at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

In the area on business, we wanted a great Italian restaurant to meet with some friends. A local recommendation and a quick browse on Trip Advisor brought us here...and what an absolute belter of a restaurant this is. Intimate, friendly and a fabulous atmosphere in which to dine and enjoy conversation. The food is exceptional, and the wine list impressive. Service is smooth and friendly. The food does the talking here though...and the passion for it is obvious. Spaghetti Gamberoni will make you smile with is glorious hit of chilli and pink unctuousness. The Vitelle Saltimbocca with kale has the perfect herbed sauce with the perfect accompaniment side vegetables still al dente. The Frutti di Mare had a mountain of fresh shellfish atop golden tagliatelle and hit every flavour note perfectly. Please book a table and enjoy a great evening here!

WOW this place this just amazing …. The interior inside is beautiful really sets the scene of an italian atmosphere. The staff are very attentive with a smile on their faces . The food is absolutely outstanding.

I booked a table last minute, and was warned that it was their last table, and that two large parties were in. Having never been there before I had no idea that to expect, and for once I hadn't researched, just had driven past and thought I'd give it a try. The service was excellent. The food was really very good indeed, and the price wasn't bad at all. Despite being full we were served, tended to and looked after, far far better than in any 'posh' restaurant. The staff really cared. The food was tasty, very well put together and the selection was great, with everything feeling authentic yet accessible. A huge thank you to the whole team for making a very rare date night so lovely.

What a great find, the staff were very warm and friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful and the food amazing. We had a special dietary request which was delivered perfectly which meant that we as a family had a superb and rarely managed delicious meal. We will be returning soon.

We visited on Mother’s Day and were really impressed with the food, just delicious. Across our group of six (aged ten to 84) we ate good variety off the menu, pizza, pasta, seafood, vegan and all was great. Friendly service too and a friendly magician (who didn’t intrude if you didn’t want him) who kept the family entertained during dishes with some great table magic (he might have been a Mother’s Day addition to the staff). Pronto deserves the good reviews it receives on here, and we were pleased to support an independent business in an area with lots of chain eateries

Great food, friendly attentive service. I had the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The base was how a pizza should be, which is so hard to find when gluten free. The crab,prawn and lobster ravioli was exceptional according to my son. We will definitely be back. Thank you everyone we had a lovely meal.

Had a wonderful experience here. Not local but used trip adviser to search for place half way between meet up with friends. There was a good choice of menu options and the food was delicious. Staff were so attentive and chatty throughout our time. We loved that the chef came out to check all was ok and then the owner chatted to each table. Such personal and caring service. This place is a real gem!

Travelled and lived in many countries and this restaurant beats all we have ever used. It is superb many times over. Cuisine, presentation, comfort, ambience, staff, courtesy, and not forgetting the dedication by the chef owner in calling at tables to chat and discuss any issues which were necessary. None from us I can say. It made our Wedding Anniversary evening one of the best we have had and have booked for the New Year re-opening. Great evening all round Emilio, glad we found you. Working with a number of colleagues and not knowing the area this was a plesent surprise. Not the largest place, but the food was outstanding and the staff warm and welcoming, highly recommended, advisable to book as it can get busy.

Starters seemed a little overpriced and could have done with one more member of staff covering tables, however food was very good and staff friendly and we had a very nice evening.

Highly recommend visiting this fabulous restaurant. There were five of us eating and we all commented on how exceptional the food was. And to quote my not easily pleased dad “it’s the best Italian meal I’ve ever had”! We will be back again soon.

We had a lovely dinner here earlier this week. I wanted to especially commend the Covid measures put in place. Tables spaced apart, staff kept their distance, toilets' capacity managed safely, hand sanitizer on entry etc. The pizzas are especially delicious too!

We’ve been here several times but this was our first visit back since lockdown lifted.The measures in place were great and made us feel safe visiting... one way system in place, track and trace, antibacterial gel and the waiter had PPE on.We had cheesy garlic pizza to start which was nice and then both had pasta for mains... the spaghetti bolognese was delicious!! It doesn’t look like a lot of pasta when it arrives but there was plenty.We will definitely be going back here soon next date night.

Well what a find! I have visited here twice now and each time has been simply fantastic. Service is faultless, the food is divine and the atmosphere in the restaurant is like a little bit of Italy has come to Camberley!I absolutely love everything about this restaurant and can't recommend it enough.PS) Have the tiramisu, you'll thank me for it!

Went to collect for the first time from this restaurant and oh my word it was fabulous. Staff were super friendly and I had the spaghetti alla vongole of DREAMS. And a garlic bread pizza and a side salad (for balance). Abso delicious and would definitely recommend.

We have visited this restaurant a few times in the past year and it has always been fantastic: very generous portions of delicious food at reasonable prices. The service is also excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive.In the current lockdown we decided to celebrate a birthday by ordering a meal from them, and were amazed at what was delivered. It was the usual delicious food but in portion sizes so large that we could only eat half and have saved the other half for tomorrow. Which we are greatly looking forward to!

Excellent delivery service in these troubling Covid-19 times. We normally visit the restaurant regularly and were pleased to learn that they are offering home delivery. We've had excellent meals delivered twice and will try to order on a regular basis as this great individual restaurant deserves to survive.

We love this restaurant - definitely our go to for an Italian and any special celebration. So as it was my husband's birthday yesterday we thought we'd try a takeaway from them. Wow! Fantastic - lovely and hot and fresh, with great size portions meaning there was even enough for us to have seconds at lunchtime today. The owners are fab and take time to get to know their customers - we will definitely treat ourselves to another takeaway in the next month or so! And thank you especially for the extra cheesecake treat having mentioned it was a birthday meal!!

Just had a delicious take away from this restaurant. Since we are staying inwe thought we'd treat ourselves to a crispy and tender calamari fritti, spaghetti carbonara and side dishes. A great alternative to going out. Also liked the 15% discount for take away food.

We decided to visit tonight after leaving things til the last minute. We had a really lovely meal...I had pasta which was really freshly cooked and my partner had calzone, lovely bottle of house red and affogato for dessert (off menu - vanilla ice cream with espresso poured over). Love this restaurant, authentic little family run Italian. I’ve eaten here a number of times now with large parties and small, and it’s consistently great food and wonderfully friendly. Highly recommended for a good dinner out.

We have eaten here three or four times and have enjoyed each visit. The Chef usually comes and welcomes customers personally, or he will come out at some time during the meal to speak to customers and even serve them if the place is busy. The restaurant feels authentic Italian and staff are very obliging when it comes to celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays. They're happy for you to bring/consume your own cake, which they will bring out to you in subdued lighting and they join in the 'Happy Birthday' sing along. We have always found the food to be excellent, if a tad on the expensive side, but we are happy to pay it, for the friendly personal touch that the staff give. It is surprising to see there are one or two poor reviews on here; I have eaten in far worse places than this. I think one has to bear in mind that running a restaurant like this at a profit must be a hard task (business rates, staff costs etc.) and it would be a shame to see this little gem of a place go under, for lack of custom.

Whent here to celebrate my 31th birthday party with the family 12 of us.

We booked weeks in advance and asked for a specific table which was duly recorded in the diary. On arrival the table was occupied and the waiter just shrugged when I mentioned it. Waited ages to be served after we sat down. We had to attract the waiter's attention to order drinks and again to order food. We had been in the restaurant 55 minutes before our starters arrived. Yes, it was busy but not enough staff to cope, there were 2 chefs and 2 waiters and the chefs were having to double up as waiters.

Nice welcome in , good decor , lovely set up. First visit ,we booked for lunch, I can imaging the evenings are busy with a good ambiance , we were told they have a pianist some evenings, so will definitely give that a try. The restaurant was a bit cold in temperature for my liking , I noticed someone plugging in a heater at some stage which we appreciated , another customer kept his coat on,however, the food was really good and well cooked, couldn’t fault it. Bruschetta, olives ,salad, seafood pasta , banoffee and panacotta deserts , bottle of Pinot, all for just under £100 ( including service) for 2.

Restaurant was very busy (we had reserved). Table was good. All 5 of us loved the food and the service was great.

Ambiance could do with a few candles. OK food, secondary location, up market pricing - £3.75 for a coffee which tasted and looked like instant!

(I'm a graduate Italian chef) I went to eat a pizza, plus something to tease. After a while we were seated, he approached the table the cheff, (owner). And he started trying to speak to me in Italian, pretending to be Italian. Too bad!! I'm the real Italian. Then it turned out... Albanians, Spaniards and Moroccans, all of whom have no experience in the Italian restaurant field. Including the chef. He also added that he had never gone to Italy. I am very sorry to the clientele of that restaurant, who believe they eat typical Italian dishes, when it is all invented at the time there.

We visited as a family on New Years Eve. I appreciate that predictably the restaurant was full, however, service was very slow both for food and drinks. The quality of the food was good when it arrived, but the continued waiting to be served did put a damper on the evening.

We have eaten in this lovely place many times now. Took mum on her eighty first birthday. I didn't want a party for my sixtieth. Want to spend time with our lovely friends. There were six of us. The service was second to none. The food was tasty and well presented. Everyone in our party had a lovely evening. Thank you Emilio and his team they have come so far in a year and we are proud to be one of their clients.

Was passing through the area and came across this little gem of a restaurant. The restaurant itself is very smart inside with a lovey feeling to it. The food was delicious and portions very large. Staff very friendly and service was great. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely eat here.

Iv heard great reviews of this restaurant & my mum has been several times. I visited with friends , I thought the starters were expensive as was the wine house wine £22 fine, Prosecco was £31 & the majority were around £37. Prices should reflect the establishment and the wine! We ordered pizzas , 2 of us didn’t enjoy them , mine was very wet in the middle and the veg wasn’t cooked. I personally didn’t like it and only ate half. The restaurant is a unusual layout and the waiters were very quiet !!

We visited this restaurant in the summer and gave it a 1star review due to the poor customer service. The owner kindly invited us to return, to which we did at the weekend, in our own time and without his knowledge.

Visited Pronto Italiano for a friends 60th birthday. You normally have to pre order your food and then just turn up at the restaurant, have a drink and a chat and your food is delivered to your table. Good quality dishes and very tasty.

The food is always top quality and I wouldn't fault it. But the service really was appalling. The drinks waiter took several orders, many repeated but not a one was passed on to the bar.

We visited for the first time with the intention of having a nice meal to quietly celebrate a birthday. We’d heard good things - we weren’t disappointed!!

Dined at this establishment for the first time tonight with my son who has just returned home after 4 weeks in Italy. Consequently he believes he is something of a connoisseur on Italian food. Oh he also trained as a chef.

So pleasantly surprised by this Italian restaurant serving a wide range of good authentic Italian food of an exceptional standard. Will definitely go back to try more delicious dishes from the menu!

Have been a few times now, and this little Italian never fails to serve up excellent food in a brilliant atmosphere. The chef can often be seen out chatting with customers and checking on how the food is, and clearly has a real passion for making sure everyone has a great eve.

Second time visiting this restaurant, both times had lovely food and fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Really friendly and attentive staff.

Last night was our 2nd visit and this time we took our friends. Another fabulous meal from start to finish. Every course very tasty & once again great friendly service! When my husband said it was a shame there was no ice cream or sorbet on the menu, the owner brought some out especially for us which was a really nice touch! Also great that the background music is Italian which we love! We will definitely be back and recommend!

We always ordered takeaway from here when it was based in deepcut. We decided to give the restaurant a go and sadly we’re really disappointed. Starters were fine. We both ordered fillet steak, rare and both came well done. Were sent back and came back rare but by that time our sides were completely cold. Dessert didn’t taste freshly made. All in all we didn’t feel like the price we paid was worth it, there are better restaurants with better service near by.
