The lamb was great but the chicken was oily

I pay 24 pounds sn i get tiny food not deserve thys money and it was not fresh and so dry

I ordered x2 large kebabs. The lamb meat had gone off, I had one bite and it was foul. The texture, taste and my stomach was upset. Called the restaurant & manager said the meat may've gone warm from the heat! I ordered at 5pm & he said they only checked the meat when opened in morning. Disgusting to know that rotten food was delivered when I spent over £20.Never ordering from here again & will stick to Alkis in Colindale.

The fries arrived so soggy to the point the packaging was dripping so they were barely edible, did not have a nice taste at all. The chicken had a rotten smell to the point i think it was which just put me off eating it overall. I tried a bit and it had no taste just very disappointing to be honest. £10 gone to waste as nothing was good apart from the drink.

The food was delivered over an hour late. The restaurant didn't seem to care. The delivery guy was extremely rude and was cross with me. Why run a delivery service when you don't want to do it? Extremely disappointed.

Disgusting restaurant. My food was cold no test at all and the delivery guy was very rude there was no salt no sauce. And I called the restaurant to report the issues they were not helpful at all. Did you say call just eat and ask for a refund why would I make order to ask for a refund I waited for this order more than one hour. Absolutely ridiculous😡😡

Food was terrible, small portions, too salty, tzazik was 2.00 pounds but when arrived in the box was saying 0.89pounds. The tomato on the greek salad i was wondering if is tomato or apple never gonna order from here again

Delicious shish, and very tasty in houseade pita.

Peri chicken and chips were soggy so that was a let down but the onion rings and burger were nice

Over 4 hours late for delivery. Came cold and unedible. Not happy. They said was delivered when they had not even cooked it let alone sent the driver. Will never use again and will be wanting a full refund. Might even pass the shop and say hi 👋

I placed the order around 4pm, I was waiting up to 6pm and my order hasn't been delivered at all, I called to restaurant 5 times and no answer. F*****g joke. Please don't order anything with them, I want my money back

Pronto Grill House is a great restaurant and home delivery provider, the food is always tasty and even better for myself, very healthy, they always cook my order to perfection and the way I always request it, the delivery guys are always curtious and my meal is looked after, they deliver it promptly (please always take care on the roads, and drive safely, thank you drivers) thanks again PGH, I hope you all have a great Christmas and New year, and enjoy some days off with family and friends, regards L (71)

Chips were cold but over cooked. I asked for pitta but I got a stale wrap instead.

I was waiting for my order from Pronto grill house 2 hour..for 2 burger This is a jóké never order from here Jokers i live 8 min from restaurant.

Had chips with chicken meat and cheese, however chips were coated in oil. Also my ice cream was missing and after he looked at the receipt informed me he didn't have that flavour, but said would come back with my substitute choice. Still waiting !!!!

I still haven’t revived my food and been waiting over an hour . But has been completely what’s going on I’ve been calling the restaurant from 3 and nobody is picking up

I ordered kebab meals which should come in nan bread but instead they delivered it in a tortilla wrap. It was horrible, l took one bite and threw the rest away. It was one of the worst food I have ever had. Phoned the restaurant, but no one would pick up. I will never ever order from this restaurant again. I have applied for a refund from just eat, but I am still waiting for them to respond to my emails. I am very disappointed with just eat and their customer service.

Didn’t even deliver my food made me wait over an hour and doesn’t even cancel.

The fish and chips were oily and tasteless and the grilled chicken cubes were dry and overcooked. The chicken wings were not hot and unseasoned. The salad was the only delicious meal. Had better before in restaurant.

Portion too not worth the price

The kebab was not worth the price at all, never have I ordered a lamb done with such little meat. Secondly the chips were stale and dry tasted like re heated chips and lastly the wings were just grilled wings with BBQ sauce slapped on top. Also no cutlery or napkins were included in the bag. Not happy about the service received and will not be ordering from here again.

I had to call for my food to be delivered. The delivweu guy was the rude and not even gave me my receipt.Not what I ask for the the drinks weren’t not even cold and not what I asked for as well. NEVER ORDERING FOR THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Every element of the order was exceptional the only criticism is the Donna meat is a hit and miss As mine was nice and my partners was a bit to chewy for her preference

I've ordered an hour and half before 7pm for 8:30pm delivery. My food arrived cold at 9:00pm - no apologies or amendments - the driver and shop keeper on the phone blame each other. Then the driver threatens to take the delivery away...that I paid for! Not professional and the food was cold and bland.
