Princess Bar in Glasgow City

I am sorry but i waited so long for my food and the food wasn’t even that good- also overpriced - the kids food was also terrible

Visited this bar for first time yesterday for family funeral and what can I say food was delicious we had lentil soup and a choice of steak pie/ fish /and chicken in gravy I had the fish and its the best fish I've tasted for a long while they have a great selection on there menu at reasonable prices and staff were lovely and friendly Daniel our server was really nice and friendly and nothing was a bother for him it was a lovely wee dining area spotless clean and had a cracking large beer garden and parking area will definately be visiting this place again soon thanks for your top class service and compliments to the chef

Twice we’ve been up now between 5-6pm to go order food and been told the kitchen has just decided to close when it’s advertised to be open until 7pm. Won’t be trying a 3rd time

I support a gentleman to the all abilities club princess bar who has additional needs I find the staff friendly enough do feel that cost and quality of food really let's it down service is pretty slow the person I support told me soup was cold which was a vey small bowl not great sandwiches bread didnt look fresh and charged £2 for bingo and 50p raffle ticket and prizes were £1.25 ag of haribo which is £0.75 profit on the prize feel this is undignfied to the clients that go to this club as it is treating them like children there are other clubs that provide better service and better value for money and cater for the needs of people with additional needs if you rip them off they will go to other clubs

Since the menu change a few months ago and new chef we have been 5 times in 4 weeks. We like to eat out and im very fussy so this is something if i keep coming back! Food is so good now. Will keep coming back. Only got 2 pics cos I've usually started eaten before I think of taking a pic 😂

Came in for lunch on a Monday. Brilliant service, lovely bar staff The prices were brilliant and the food brilliant!

Food prices need to come down a bit & it would probably attract more customers. I was £55 (odds) for 3 mains 2 pints & 1 cola. I was in another local a few days later & was the same price for 3 starters, 3 mains & 2 pints & a cola. Maybe the team need to get out and see what the other pubs are doing.

We all had nice time at breakfast with santa. All staff very nice and helpful, kids loved it. Thanks to all x

Place was really neat and the service was great. The prices were also decent. I loved their fish and chips and the Pepper corn sauce with chicken was also great! I'll definitely be coming back.

only been here for two seconds and the staff has made fun of me and the menu is rubbish FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD chips are bad very bad tooooo crunchy

First time visiting in a few years,pub has been upgraded and looked really nice, lots of space, booths etc. We were meeting up with a few friends of the people we support so they could have a nice lunch. Unfortunately it's a bit chaotic, they work on a numbered spoon table but couldn't find who was having what at what table, some of the food was cold and had to be sent back, think it was down to a lack of staff,long waiting time to order and for the order to come out. Food was good, but it wasn't cheap and we expected a lot better for the price. Definitely think they need to have more staff on when they know it's a busy day.

Great, affordable pub food. Staff are lovely and it’s a great place for a drink too and a couple of games of pool!

Went in here the other day, as I’ve passed a few times and never been in, What a great venue inside, was made to feel very welcome, am sure the girl who was on was called Stacy, she was brilliant, great drinks selection, and there food menu looked very good also, they seem to do a lot of entertainment nights also, will definitely be back, 👍

Very friendly staff. We went for a drink (or 2) before a wedding reception nearby. Pool table and sport on a decent sized screen. No lock on the toilet doors though ( male and female) so you'll have to whistle!

Took my wee grandad and I'm also dog sitting. Staff were so accommodating. Friendly and very helpful. Went for breakfast and food was tasty...a little bit lacking for vegetarians but I love the pub. Grew up in the area and it was nice to be back 😊 will be back!

Staff are amazing foods great drinks are really reasonable! Always something on and they do more than their bit for charity and the community!

Went for a private function and was very impressed with the friendly service. It was bring cleaned throughout as well which I was happy about as I had my young daughter with me.

A pint and a bite to eat very good experience . will be back soon I hope.

Beautiful bar but service let them down..cluttered tables with empty glasses 45 minutes waiting on each round of drinks lots of staff but no organisation..Beautiful beer garden .. people were leaving due to waiting time for drinks to be served..very disappointed with service

Still stinks to high heaven of an old smokers club. Place is in desperate need of some tlc. Carpet reaks and when you pay them to put on the food, lets just say I would be disappointed serving this at the homeless shelter. They just really need to invest in making the place cleaner. Have had both funeral functions and baby showers in here but the decor would make the inside of a coffin look glam 🤨
