Prince Of Spice in North Tyneside

I ordered a meal from here this evening …after reading good reviews I found I was really disappointed the meal was only warm no really worth waiting for

Shocking customer service..I placed an order online to pay cash on collection. Got it home the KP garlic chilli was missing rang and he argued with me saying it wasn't on his order and I hadn't payed for it..so I checked my order incase it was my mistake but it was there in black and white and I had payed for it .. but he still insisted saying I hadn't payed and he would make me the curry that was missing but charge me the £9.50 again 😔

Worst service ever! Items missing so rang up to tell them to speak to a really rude bloke who didn't really care... said everything that was ordered was there then changed what he was saying half way through the call and blamed it on just eat and said next time to make sure I contact them... err no... this is their issue with just eat so why should we contact them... was then told would have to wait another hour for the missing items... cancelled it and was told a driver would drop the money off.... no driver arrived so have logged the complaint with just eat... not how you should speak to people when your in the wrong.. Will not be returning!

Always had delicious and good valued meals from here. Been a few months since had one and almost put off by recent negative reviews. Glad we went ahead though. A friendly welcome and the Meat Thalli was superb. Big chunks of meat and everything was fresh and so tasty. Highly recommended

Only went here as everywhere else was closed. If anyone's wanting a decent Indians use spice junction in monkseaton. That's why you stick to your local. Chicken not cooked properly looks like they forgot to put the onions and peppers in. Gloppy mess. Cold and took 1hr15mins to get delivered. Would not use again. Awful. Best part of the meal was my can of pepsi which was warm must I add.

Gorgeous food both meals were hot tasty and arrived in good time sorry no photos we just ate and enjoyed 😂 will definitely order again 👍

Ordered a meal given delivery price, driver charges £1 more, i phone shop asked why and was told "due to the war in the Ukraine their chicken price had gone up " and the manager told staff to charge everyone £1 extra. FFS another one jumping on the bandwagon to RIP customers off 😪

0 stars, the manager is a joke, absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a chicken chat & margherita pizza with sauces, when delivered all the sauces had burst all over the bag, nothing left in the cartons. The pizzas were both margherita. When we rang them up to complain expecting them to just replace the pizza and sauces the managers attitude was disgraceful, the way we were spoken to was horrendous, telling us the chicken was on the pizza which it definitely wasn’t. He agreed to replace the pizza but said he wouldn’t replace the sauces it wasn’t his problem. After waiting for the replacement pizza, we rang back and he said ‘we shouldn’t really care it will be exactly the same’, ended up keeping the original pizzas and when the replacement pizza finally arrived we just sent it back with the bag full of sauce to prove we weren’t lying. We will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! Will be telling others the same.

Had a garlic bread and a korma pizza, both practically inedible. Just a mass of incredibly sweet goo on top and the bases undercooked. Soggy bottoms!!

Worse food ever tonight had a prince of spice sizzler kebab. I could have cooked some foozen kebab myself and added what they did a few jalapeño and a little onion skin rotten is a nice statement for it

Have used prince of spice for the last few years, great food and service is always spot on, love the munchies boxes. Definitely recommend

Just had a really good mix grill and patia curry. Lost a mark for not sending a menu. Can't take a half mark off.

Absolutely disgusting service from the manager!! We ordered a set meal and one extra garlic sauce, upon arrival we noticed the extra garlic was missing and as there where 2 adults and 2 kids the extra sauce was for the children! One pizza was kebab pizza I mean who would eat a kebab pizza without garlic sauce !! Joke! Anyways, We called up to be told yes it was there fault but we would have to pay another delivery fee for them to send it out! This was the restaurants fault which they agreed to! yet they expected us to pay for there mistake ! Absolute discrace I will not be using your take out ever again !

just ate from here, food was beautiful, pipping hot, arrived on time and a lady dressed as mrs clause came to my door she was nicer then the food and trust is the food was nice like ;)

Good food at reasonable prices, I would recommend the Pizzas as they are very good.

Best indian takeaway we have used. Good food , good pizzas , good kebabs and polite service.
