McDonald's in North Tyneside

Mustard on burger that I had to scrape off, I specified no mustard. Chips are inedible because they are cold. Milkshake was not provided with a straw. The 'caution hot!' warning on the apple pie was optimistic. It, too was cold.

Large fries were more like small

Watched on map, sat at another location for 10 mins. Seemed like she nipped home. Food was cold on arrival. Woeful

Shocking standards. Do not make the mistake of eating here. Delivery drivers arguing with staff that they’ve been waiting over half an hour for their order and it affects their money and ratings. Staff getting frustrated with delivery drivers circling their counter. Something as simple as a wrap takes over 20 mins to appear, which when you open it it’s ripped and upside down in the box. If you’re thinking of dropping in here after your shopping for something to quickly eat, you’d honestly save time getting in your car and driving to a different one.

These idiots seem to be incapable of adding all items to an order. Despite the receipt TELLING you what should be in the bag, at least 50% of the time there's something missing. This time, 9 nuggets. Last time it was all of the food. Yes... They only added the drinks and left out £20 worth of food. It surely can't be hard to check what's meant to be in the bag before sealing it!? Do yourself a favour; order from Killing worth if you actually want to receive what you pay for.

the burgers and chips weren't hot and I had to reheat them in the microwave, also the delivery man wasn't overly pleasant I thanked him and he never spoke back to me and just walked away. 😑

I received everything I ordered tonight but what is going on with the fries- I ordered large fries and by the looks of it I received small fries in a large fries box- The other night I ordered medium fries to see what you got with medium and I received more fries than a large -😀Apart from that I’m happy with my order.Funny old business this McDonald’s carry on👍

It's not McDonald's It's like a cheap version with the logo McDonalds, drinks taste more like soda water with bottle cup flavour, burgers have small cheese slices (half slice).

Order was on time but completely wrong order and freezing I got given a sausage and egg McMuffin pancakes at 2pm in the afternoon??? How is that still there for pick up

Worst McDonald's iv ever had im not even sure if the fries have been cooked

I waited more than 30 minutes, I had to cancel it as I had my grand children. The little one could wait no longer as he was so hungry. I then had to start cooking. Total let down

NEVER EVER EVER order food from this branch of McDonalds. If you get a delivery there are always items missing and those items that they have remembered to put in are either dry, hard or cold.

Food was lukewarm for the burgers & nuggets. It was cold for the chips and they forgot the sauces for the nuggets.

Tracked the driver sitting in the car park of asda for 14 minutes before coming to deliver

Ordered a large Chocolate milk shake and a Banana Milk shake got two cokes. Burger slightly warm chicken meal cold useless service

This McDonald's prides itself in serving cold meals and wrong orders or orders missing items. My advice check your order before leaving the serving area if you're taking out. If you eat in ask for your table to be wiped before eating. The manager I seen was scruffy shirt hanging out and had no clue what his staff was NOT doing. Don't eat here. I decided to try them again 1 year later and no change.
