Me and my partner bought a hot shot box and it was beautiful, everything was so tasty. Best parmo weve tasted!! More than enough for 2 people :)

We always order from Primo, and the vast majority of time it’s delivered on time or earlier, is always hot and is always really nice. Our favourite takeaway.

Switched to primo pizzeria because the parmos were awesome, however ordering one for delivery and receiving the parmo and chips at the same temperature as the salad is not good

The meal I ordered wasn't as hot as I'd have liked it to be and the tub of garlic sauce that I asked and paid for did not end up arriving with the meal.

Food as always was superb , hot on delivery, fresh salad and all very tasty 10/10

Sadly I made a mistake and ordered a kebab pizza instead of standard kebab which is no fault of primos as the food was excellent as usual and always comes piping hot and well worth the money.

Worst delivery we’ve ever had from Primo’s. Chips were cold, soggy and dried out. The chicken was so overcooked it crumbled when trying to take the meat off. The wing disintegrated into a powder. Not edible. Everything went in the bin.

The worst fast food I ever had.. burned pizza all good been cold when arrived, burned chips inside wrap. Everything been tasting like warmed up. Disgusting.. avoid .

Called into primo for kebab meat and chips, what can I say it was fantastic, fresh meat, fresh chips(thats why I had to wait) and most all in was a large portion like I ask for with lots of tasty chilli and garlic.... I often get this from other take aways and its piss poor with a dribble of sauce on but at this takeaway and on this occasion it was top of the pops, with enough left over for breakfast, hats of to you Mr Primo. In the words of Arnold Schwazenegger:- I'll BE BACK.....

Absolutely beautiful food, been looking for a new takeaway restaurant since I can’t use my usual as I moved house. Will definitely be back. The woman driver that delivered was a little rude but the food made up for that

Wasn’t the worst but doubt I would order again. Kids liked the pizzas but Donner meat was pretty bland and chicken was very dry

The small pizza in the hotshot box was terrible. A thick base, barely any coverage with the toppings & soggy dough, wast cooked all the way through

Till date one of my best takeaway’ I have been through 100of restaurants and takeaways but primos is one of best. the taste of Donor wrap was amazing in addition to this large hot shot parmo was beyond the expectations nice stafff amazing service hope to see you again.

even though it was early food was luke warm. pizza was burnt on top and really bland. garlic bread looked promising but was crisp on top but doughy in middle. overall poor food quality for the higher price of other local restaurants . wont be using again

Best bu3gers in artlepool by a mile

The inferno was supposed to have chilli & garlic on all it had on was green pepper & pepperoni I wouldn’t call that an inferno. The garlic mushrooms need to have garlic in them as the last few times all they are is cheese and mushrooms the garlic sauce we ordered had more garlic in it and also need not to have the paper in the mushroom container as it sticks to it and you wast most of them as you can’t get the paper off.

Ordered two kebab wraps and was mostly filled with salad. Hardly any kebab

Not entirely sure what we got delivered but it was quite possibly one of the worst take aways I've had, I honestly think they made the food went outside with it and ran round the block it was that cold in fact the sauce and salad were warmer than the food won't be coming back

Usually very nice from here but today wasn’t great. Both pizza and parmo over cooked and dry, hopefully this is a one off.

Absolutely lush but the last few times they have put stuff on top of the pizza box so the cheese and toppings are stuck to the top of the box so they need to stop doing it other thank that lush

Chicken tikka kebab was nice same as parmo, kebab meat had a bit of spice to it, chips weren't great though food was hot when arrived will deffo try again

Awful quality. Ordered a pizza and chips. Chips were very soggy and pizza was the overly processed base you get from some places. Delivery driver was a nice chap but won't be ordering again
