very nice hotel lovely view and Michelle on reception was very helpful and informative

Couldn't fault this place , value for money , rooms clean and well equipped tea coffee etc , Brewers Fayre Close by , reasonable prices at the bar , the staff in the bar and the Inn were marvellous, very friendly, very helpful , breakfast was spot on with a nice view over the Marina , ten out of ten for a value for money stay , please visit adequate free parking

First impressions very good, arrived at 3.15pm on Friday 28th February, really nice welcome from reception, room was very nice, excellent view, one of the best premier inn's, totally recommend

Excellent stay at the Hartlepool Marina with family. Still got the manned check in desks at the time of writing, which is great. Well maintained, clean rooms, plenty of parking and well located. Staff very helpful and friendly, with any lack of prompt service down to the usual low level of staffing in Premiers' these days, rather than the willingness of the staff. Nice views of the marina and well located.

Staff are amazing and nothing too much trouble. I would especially like to mention Sophie who was a super star with nothing being to much trouble, along with Ashley and Matt, I stay in around 3 premier inns every week with work all over the UK. This is the best by far .

The food quality is real good,and the drinks too,family friendly and disabled access and parking,if you struggle as a disabled person staff can be helpful finding you a suitable seat,.... plus your near the sea good views of boats etc..supermarkets and mcdonalds not too far away..you must have back up cash as there is no cash machine in the venue..you would have to go asda supermarket as the nearest for a cash machine,quick to get to in car,however longer on foot walking..

Used this hotel twice and enjoyed staying next to the Marina and a walking distance from the town centre and museum. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was typical for the chain. Would recommend.

Relaxing standard consistent Premier inn service and comfort

Pillows everywhere, bathroom was inna complete state, bathroom ceiling is broken, stains in the walls and bedframe. My bedside table has ashes on the side. Broken kettle. People giving this hotel a 4 star and 5 star. Absolutely shocking

You know what your getting with premier inn, it didn't disappoint

Up to the Premier in standard, being clean and equipped for a comfortable long stay. Convenient location in the Marina with walkable paths to the local stores and some points of intresting. However, my room was only equipped with a heating and ventilation system (no active cooling); therefore, the room got quite humid in the summer warmth.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, not really charming but situated at the Hartlepool Marina with nice views over the harbour. Very good breakfast. Recommendable.

fairly good with a good assortment of breakfast items, the food was hot and plenty of it. Fairly quiet with a decent view. Reasonable prices.

Great hotel in a great location.

We got a table someone just got up from, there 2 on table for 4, staff wiped round middle of the table, left us with the same knife and forks on table, that the gentalmen was coughing over, not happy about cleaning or lack of, I changed them myself with another member of, she wasn't very happy, tuff

Brilliant budget hotel in a nice central location. Staff lovely and friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. I felt very safe staying there as a lone woman.

Staff went "Infinity & Beyond" to help us...especially Erika and Sophie. We arrived with my Mother, who has mobility issues. When they checked us into the rooms, we had been allocated first floor rooms. My Mother has difficulties climbing the stairs so when we realised our predicament they reorganised the rooms and gave us two rooms on the ground floor. Thank you for making our weekend even better!

Good rooms at a good price, great restaurants within walking distance. Ask staff for directions to marina restaurants and bars to shorten the walk and view the harbour.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. After a long drive, nice to be welcomed with a smile. Beds are comfortable and high, so anyone with physical challenges can easily get in and out of bed. Room very clean, nice views over harbour, walking distance from harbour bars, facilities and cafes. You don't get any noise from the bars, etc, even with the windows open. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is a decent start to the day, and staff are helpful and friendly. You can eat outside in good weather over looking the harbour. Only 4 stars because having stayed here before in the summer the lack of air conditioning means the rooms get hot, there are decent fans in the rooms but if you like a cool/ cold bedroom as we do, then it does get stuffy.

The room is large and clean, there is a restaurant right next door which is very convenient for meals

Visited many times. Erika, Sophie and the whole team are a fantastic group of people, and a real credit to the company! Always helpful friendly and polite.

A really good Premier Inn. The location is great right in the heart of the marina. The reception staff we incredibly friendly, giving us tips on where to eat, local history and places to visit. When we got to our room the staff had left a packet of cookies and a nice message, really did not expect that and we have never had this at the many Premier Inn's we have stayed at. The view out of our room was lovely in a morning looking directly at the tall ship in the Navy Museum. The Brewers Fair next door is nothing special, typical chain pub. Breakfast was average, nothing special, but close by. Unfortunately the town is suffering like many up and down the country with many boarded up shops, a shame really as it was clearly a rich town at some point as some of the buildings are spectacular to look at. Parking at the hotel is free with plenty of spaces, just enter your registration into the ipad in reception.

Nice atmosphere when it's not crowded. Nice views of Hartlepool Marina day or evening. Good quality food and reasonable offers. Bonus Card account seems to work well.

Windows could do with a clean. Breakfast was like a cattle market.
