Took an hour and a half to arrive and (eventually) turned up stone cold. And never received the drink. Never again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime Pizza, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring our vegetarian pizza was made to our liking. The pizza base was absolutely delicious, clearly made from fresh dough. I was particularly impressed by the owner’s commitment to food safety. He assured us that they use different cutters for vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas. Overall, excellent taste and service. Can’t wait to return and try more from their menu! Highly recommended!

Wrost dirtiest takeaway shop ever how they are aloud to still be in bussiness is crazy with everything that we see on a daily basis is shocking to the stomach. Going From rats running all over there bins and the roof of there bussiness left rubbish not in the bins to fly tipping items from home and littering out the rubbish from thier cars straight to the floor without using a brain cell on using a bin or care about it effecting the tentants who leave above and around them to crashing into people's cars and driving off without a care for the damage they have caused to the drivers car This place isn't worth spending single penny or a single bit of time as they are dirty creatures that need shutting down

The kitchen is very clean and tidy and staff are very friendly and the food tasty.

Order: • Zingara Pizza - good quality ingredients, dough nice and chewy • "Garlic Bread" - similar to a Margherita pizza with garlic <-- much better than the average garlic bread • Wedges - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside Prompt delivery, friendly handover. And for someone that lived in Italy for 20 years, the pizza that this restaurant bakes is something outstanding!!!! I did not found another place in the UK that makes the pizza better then this one! 2 for 1 pizzas that mark the spot. Cheaper alternative than chain pizza places and better quality. The pizzas are stoned baked and delicious. I also ordered their chicken wings which are made fresh and come of the bone many places that serve chicken wings are usually dry and disappointing however this place knows how to make great food at reasonable prices. My order was slightly late by 10 minutes which was understandable for a Friday night. the driver was apologetic on arrival. This is my second time ordering and I will definitely come back. Great pizzas, the best in watford

I took a punt on a new pizza joint and based this one on the heavily favourable reviews of this place. I'm left scratching my head. Aside from the order being delayed, which is absolutely fine.. this pizza was so bland. The pizza dough / crust had no texture other than extremely chewy. There was really no flavour to this pizza! And that's strange because it had 5 toppings! It felt like there was not enough sauce at all. Finally this had the warning of spicy.. spicy!? There wasn't any form of spice on this. Very odd! Maybe I got a bad one? Plus side is it arrived hot, though the box was sodden in grease. Wouldn't go back which is a shame!

Pizza is always perfect. Can Not fault anything at all from food to delivery. The delivery man even remembered us.

First time I tried pizza from here and must say it was very authentic Italian pizza , fresh ingredients , healthy tasting and not oily and overloaded and heavy ,like other high street pizza chains. Dough was also very nice - thin crust , slightly chewy I don’t usually eat the crust but I did for this pizza! Top marks , well done Prime Pizza Team !

Visiting Watford for the Warner Bros studio tour and decided to try this place after a long day. Ordered 2 customised pizzas 🍕 between us and both thoroughly enjoyed. Pizza was cooked to perfection and arrived earlier than expected with a member of staff calling us to let us know it would arrive in 5 mins. 100% recommend this place if your local or just visiting
