Lovely place with everything you could want from a coffee shop plus great food! Matcha, mushroom coffee, Chai, latte, turmeric latte, all possible bulletproof, organic milk and milk alternatives etc. Lovely and friendly staff, amazing snacks and full menu food, the perfect spot 😊

Great to have a coeliac friendly cafe in Bury St Edmunds town centre; the pancake stack and Breakfast were both good portion sizes which is great for us as we like a decent portion size! The staff very very friendly but the food did take a fairly long time to come out , however it was beautifully presented and we were not in a rush so we didn't mind a bit of a wait. I like hemp bread but my husband doesn't like that earthy flavour of it so that knocked the stars from 5 to 4 for food but it's really a personal preference thing, I wonder if there was another GF bread option for the breakfast he could have had? Will be coming back to try the coffee and also lunch options as both sounded nice. Always happy to support a restaurant which makes an effort on gluten free.

This cafe was exceptional! The coffee, tea, and cold-pressed juices were delicious. The food was very flavorful as well. Ordered the primal breakfast and primal pancakes and a CBD brownie. You won't be disappointed. The staff, atmosphere and location were perfect. Highly recommend.

Wow, what an absolute gem in Bury St. Edmunds. Beyond doubt my favourite café with the best coffee blend in the town. Ultra chill vibes, a stunning menu and the friendliest staff and owners. The food and drinks menu consists of extensive options designed with health and well-being in mind, but with NO compromise on taste or quality - everything is made fresh, sourced locally and/or organically produced. Truly excellent value for money considering the sheer quality of the food and the portion sizes! These guys were also ahead of the game on the UPF / whole foods debate! So many vegetarian, vegan, keto and GLUTEN FREE options! Seriously, 95% of the menu is gluten free.

Definitely the best coffee☕️ in town. They also do great food and super smoothies. Calming atmosphere, polite and happy staff. We should all be supporting our small businesses.

Awesome cafe! The food is super healthy and mega tasty, there’s no better coffee in Bury, especially with the mushroom mix, and the fruit and smoothie drinks are amazing. The owners are fantastic and extremely knowledgable about all things CBD, mushroom and general health. Really cool atmosphere as well.

Excellent value for money. The best cold-pressed juice in town. Lunch and breakfast are amazing too! Had a green juice with added ginger and CBD oil and it was delicious and full of flavorful. Breakfast pancakes different (gluten-free) but very tasty overall! I’ve tried the quinoa salad and potato salad and they were sooo good! Amazing taste and freshness 🥰 Customer service wonderful too. Easy to talk to, big smiles and extremely helpful. Recommended 100%

This is my go-to cafe every time I walk into town. Very relaxed, very good coffee, great service. Love the coffee and the coffee alternatives. I’ve tried the breakfast and that has also been delightful. If you’re more health conscious, this is the place for you.

Glad I finally decided to go grab a drink from Primal 8. Really nice inside, chilled atmosphere, amazing flavours in the drink I purchased, and the only place I know of that sells low carb and keto foods. Chris is a great guy also and extremely knowledgeable, will be back in no time
