A lovely friendly place to eat and drink

Visited recently on a Saturday early evening for dinner with my husband and two young children (5&8). Waited ages for someone to take our drinks order by then we ordered food at the same time. Food was average/good, but the service was awful. Had to ask for everything even cutlery and pepper twice, and I felt like an inconvenience ..Won’t be going again :(

Very disappointing.Topping for Pizza was minimal. and not even worth the discounted price we paid using a voucher. Service was also minimal in the they felt they were doing you a favour by even asking what you wanted. Will certainly not be rushing back.

Fabulous pre concert food and drink. Staff are great, nothing is too much trouble and the food is amazing.

Arrived on time table was ready didn't have the starter we wanted.had to have something else. Had the main. Owner came over and tidied table asked if we wanted dessert never had the dessert we wanted!! Asked for the bill waited 20 minutes when it arrived it was wrong owner got the hump stormed off had to wait another 20 minutes finally got the bill. Don't give discount if you don't want to deduct it off the bill. Very very disappointed took longer to sort out the bill than it did to eat our meal which made us late for the arena. Will not eat here again or recommend to anyone.

Not been for a while, was very quiet & thought the music was a bit weird, but I suppose not noticed before when busy. Food we had was lovely but disappointed we couldn't have coffee as machine had broken. Service was good though & very comfortable. Had a 25% voucher so that was a nice bonus

Had a 50% discount voucher for food, which made the bill bearable for the food served ... don't bother with the arancini, nothing like, it was like a ball of mush. Pasta dishes ok, but could have been warmer, desserts fine. Pizza chef needs to watch her language due to being in public view! Waitress was lovely :-)

Really poor service, food was taken out at different times. Also, the gluten free pizza was awful (soggy and a lot smaller than the normal pizzas). Also it was unclean and the tables were not even cleared when we got there. Don’t go here.

Great food, great prices and great service.

It was our first time at Prezzo. The food was surprisingly nice . Im a chef and don’t usually bother with chained restaurants they are normally overpriced and underwhelming. The pastas were nice and the garlic bread. ONE larger on tap was poor . The service was absolutely diabolical. We waited 15 mins for our drinks . No one gave us any allergen information or asked did we have any allergens. I was asked would I like a dessert menu . I replied yes please the lady went to presume get us one and it never materialised. A large group came into the restaurant and the rest of the customers were neglected. The staff looked really unprofessional in every day clothes so it was hard to differentiate between guests and staff. Staff looked overwhelmed and flustered like they were understaff which didn’t leave a good atmosphere. We literally ate and left. Would we return, probably not due to the poor service .

Extremely welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Food very good although thought the menu could have been more extensive. In summary however a very enjoyable experience for myself and friends and would definitely come back again.

We love it here. The staff are friendly. The food is great. And we love going as a family. The kids always ask to go on special occasions.

Staff seemed more annoyed that we attended. Not conscientious of wheelchair access and quite frankly seemed upset and very unhelpful about using our membership rewards. I won’t be dining there again. Much better service at other Prezzo branches. Food was cold and lacking flavour. Interestingly ordered the same items at other locations and was great. Will opt for Zizi next time when expecting a good family day out.

Friendly and efficient service, and well cooked, tasty pizzas. The restaurant was very quiet when we ate there, so not much atmosphere, but the friendly staff made up for that.

Great gluten free food as always and i love their strawberry lemonade!

The burrata and tomato salad (what was left of it…lol) and the pepperoni pizza was DELICIOUS! The crab and lobster ravioli was good as well.

Mathew our server was excellent, he was patient , efficient and knowledgeable which was a great help as my wife wanted a less spicy version of something on the menu, overall the experience was relaxed and enjoyable

I ate with friends in quite a large group. We had to wait quite a long time before we were served our food. However, once they started serving , they were very efficient and friendly. The food was excellent.

Really enjoyed everything about the experience. The sauce on the chicken bacon and advorcardo salad was delicious. All in our part enjoyed their food and experience too.

Ellie is excellent, she has served us twice when it was unexpectedly busy, and been a delight both times, she gives great service even when she should be rushed off her feet, and is always willing to have a conversation and get drinks and food out as quickly and as well as she can. She remembered my allergy, and our preferences, I can not compliment her service enough!! Food is also great :)

Came in as a Party of 4 for an evening meal in December. One of our 4 meals (chicken saltimbocca) was way below what we expect from Prezzo. Very tasteless and only just warm! Also, we had a Meerkat discount code which was clearly valid for the date of visit. I watched our server mention this 'round the corner' to the Duty Manager. They spoke to each other for about 30 seconds. The Manager then came over after standing in the same position for a couple of minutes. She said she'd 'been online' to check the Company Policy and that no vouchers were being accepted in December. An absolute blatant lie. She hadn't been on any computer and the Voucher clearly stated valid for every day except Christmas and New Years Day. I don't expect lies from the Management Staff at any restaurant and we won't be back!!

Very busy but service wasn't affected at all and food tasty and well presented

So pleased that we ate at Prezzo last night, the staff were all great and the food was lovely. Matthew was our waiter and he was fantastic. Our thanks especially to the manager for fitting us in at short notice and congratulations to the restaurant for an excellent experience.

I booked here for a meal with family before we was going to theatre. We arrived early before our booking at 5.30 got there about 5.15 we was sat at the table nearly 20min before offered a drink then didn't get food given to us till about 5.45 then waited again till just after 6 to order desserts then was also told most of desserts was not available. By 6.40 we had to cancel the pudding and leave service was very slow disappointed.

Food was overcooked and had no flavour. We sat for over 30 minutes after finishing our food waiting for a member of staff to come over and take our desert order. And then had to wait another 20 minutes after to get our bill. Not coming back

Well what an amazing experience we had here. Mel the assistant manager was just amazing so understanding and caring . My little girl has allergies Mel just made this so easy for us . Thank you Mel your kindness was very much appreciated.

Ordered the lobster and crab ravioli the ravioli was hard so I asked the waiter if the chef could redo both portions he was lovely… the assumed manager came over with a attitude and said you better pick something else as it’s gonna come back the same I said but ravioli is meant to be soft she then repeated herself and gave me a attitude I paid for my drinks and left 0 rating

Disappointed with bruschetta ordered. Was expecting pieces of bruschetta (toasted bread), with finely diced tomatoes etc. Instead I was served with flatbread/pizza base with small tomato halves, drizzled with pesto. This is my usual starter at Italian restaurants , but never had it served like this.

Took my bestie there for a treat for her birthday and we were not dissapointed the lady who looked after us was amazing I think she was the assistant manageress think you need to upgrade this lady she was so good she helped us with the wine the young man helped me with my booking on my ipad now the food both of us chose the same meal the crab lobster ravioli was delicious plus it was a good portion and the little board with happy birthday was a very nice touch especially the lemonchelo spelt that wrong I think! Overall a great experience thankyou to you all

I was thinking about this restaurant is high rating but food is so mid, pizza dough taste like frozen, waiter wasn't nice, after getting a bill she just came up with payment terminal straight away.

Very disappointed in portion size of the canneloni having paid £17. Chocolate pudding terrible. Service very slow. Overall can pay that price and get better quality good and service elsewhere.

I choose this restaurant thinking is high end but I was not as pleased as I would thought. The food was nearly tasteless. My pinsa mushroom burrata and truffles was good looking but that’s all. Maybe I got bad luck.

Food was excellent in this lovely restaurant, which is a great location. They make the bill complicated by offering vouchers to get you in the door, and then the IT system doesn't accept them. The manager made things right, but a significant delay in getting the bill. We still like Prezzo though.

Beautifully decorated, food and drinks amazing as usual, went for my friends birthday, there were 5 of us. One of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't in too much pain as I fell and hurt my arm, leg and hand 20 mins before getting there. They made sure I didn't have any problems, brought me a spoon because it was hard to eat with my hand, made sure everything was perfect and made sure I was OK too. Would massively recommend, and thank you so much to the staff ❤️

We LOVED everything we ordered from the gorgeous pizza my child demolished to the amazing arribiata and truffle fries everything was made to a high standard 😋

Another great meal! Mel welcomed us as old friends, even though we’d only been once before, and she remembered my friend’s dietary restrictions without being asked, which was very impressive. Lovely restaurant to enjoy a girlie catch up

Immediate meet & greet. 😁 Drinks order taken and served within minutes😊 Food ordered and normal wait(10-12mins). Our meals were served piping hot. My companion was a regular and recommended the lasagne. It was just delightful, so flavoursome. Will be revisiting.

If you have Tesco vouchers, go to Pizza Express instead. Service was friendly and efficient. Vegan food options leave a lot to be desired. ‘Tre Gusti’ only had two toppings on! Better paying £3 less for the vegan pepperoni. Olives were very bland. Doors were constantly opened leading to a cold draft blowing around us, despite being sat a good distance away.

I am sad to say that I have to make a complaint about this restaurant. I am deeply upset by the service I received on Monday evening. Me and my friend were out celebrating and I chose prezzo because I love the pumpkin ravioli there. We were the only people in the restaurant so Im not sure why there was a HUGE mix up with my order. When my ravioli arrived, it didn’t taste the same and the insides of the parcels were greyish. I said to my friend I hope they haven’t got my order wrong for the fish option, shes said no it would smell fishy your fine. I am 35years old, I have been a vegetarian my whole life, not only for the cruelty of animals but because it makes me feel ill. Fish/seafood is totally different I was brought up in a house where no one ate it so it’s something that I find quite repulsive separate to me being a vegetarian. When the bill arrived I saw that it said Lobster and crab and immediately wanted to cry I just knew something was off. I don’t like to complain but I went to the waitress and there was the chef behind the counter and said please tell me I haven’t just eaten fish. She said thats what you ordered twice, but never in my life have I eaten it or want to eat fish! I stood there in shock feeling so upset, the woman eventually apologised and said she would knock it off the bill, the chef just laughed and said the bathrooms that way if you’re going to be sick. I went back to the table and just cried. I honestly could say I felt violated, its not even my vegetarian beliefs its that thats my choice to never eat it and thats now been taken away from me because of the mistake of the waitress. It ruined my friend’s night ruined my night, and I went home feeling sick and so upset. It stills upsets me which is why Im writing this. I find it to be so unacceptable and then to be laughed at by the chef was just plain rude. What if I was pregnant or had an allergy. Taking my meal off of the bill just doesn’t justify whats now being taken away from me. I hope this never happens to anyone in the future!!

Came here & had their 2 Course Set Menu which included a drink & thoroughly enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give a 5 Star is due to the poor choice of the Starters. I don't like Hummus & was only left with Garlic Flatbread. The Spaghetti Bolognese for the Main Course plus the Biscoff Cheesecake for Dessert were great. The Service was very good & the place itself was nice & felt relaxed having had a great lunch. Prices were not too Unreasonable.

Took the teenager for her 15th birthday night out! After working up an appetite in the Junkyard Golf next door we were hungry! It was a quiet Wednesday night so plenty of tables. Very clean and I'm GLUTEN FREE, I was impressed they had a separate menu with a great choice of food! My pizza was lovely. The staff were really friendly and even brought out a Happy Birthday ice cream with candle for the muggle!! Wonderful evening

Normally enjoy Prezzo wherever else we've been but the food definitely wasn't up to scratch,OK at was busy but not an excuse to let the company down,Can't fault the staff serving on,Just the quality of the food.

Ordered here for my partner and I having eaten at the restaurant in another city and enjoying the food however this was extremely poor. Of the food we got it was all completely stone cold and inedible. Nearly £6 for a garlic bread and we literally got half. You could see where it had been cut in half! It was a truly horrible experience at over £40!!! The order was also 40 minutes later than the end of the time from -to we were given which meant it took an hour and 20 for the food to arrive.

Staff seemed disinterested and took a while to take our order. I ordered the crab chili spaghetti and it was absolutely tasteless. For 17 pounds and a portion on the small size that wasn't acceptable. I requested some kind of tomato sauce be added so I didn't have to force myself to finish the plate out of politeness. They obliged and this improved the meal tenfold. Overall meh experience.

While the servers are all nice, and the prices are decent, I don’t believe Prezzo really shines. I was seated in an almost empty restaurant right around dinner time, and was sat for 10 minutes before approached for a drink. I ordered a beer and was served a beer with ice in it. Not sure if it’s Italian, but it’s definitely not right. I ordered the calamari and the ravioli. The calamari came out almost instantly, which definitely meant it was frozen. It was merely ok. The ravioli came out soon after, and I was taken aback by the amount of oil just pooled up on top of what was supposed to be a “creamy bisque”. It resembled almost a 1/4 of a cup of oil just pooled on top. This aside, the ravioli were a bit too tough, but had good flavor. Overall, I think the restaurant is merely OK at best. I will not be returning unless to try their pizzas, which looked halfway decent.

Na de escaperoom binnengevallen bij Prezzo. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Eten werd snel geserveerd maar niet het wow-gevoel dat ik bij écht Italiaans wel vaak heb (zie mijn eerdere reviews ;-)). Gewoon huis-tuin-en-keuken italiaans. Behoorlijke prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Goede om een snelle hap maar mee te pikken maar dus niet de restaurantervaring.

Usually this is one of my favourite places to eat as the food is always great and the service is usually great. I went in at the weekend with 3 work friends whilst waiting for another to join us, we spoke to a lovely guy who seated us after asking if we could order some drinks and he brought us some menus. We sat outside and all the tables were free and it was very quiet inside the restaurant at this time. The waiter came out to tell us that his manager asked him to come out to let us know we couldn’t purchase drinks unless we bought food - had we known this before being seated we wouldn’t have found it an issue and just left. The restaurant is lovely and I would say the drinks - cocktails and wine aren’t cheap by any means so that would have been money in the till. I’m glad the restaurant is doing well whilst we are still in a cost of living crisis that they can afford to decline paying customers

Been there without reservations and the staff was very friendly, we had pizza and lasagna which was exactly like in Italy same flavour, love it,
