Food was absolutely horrible, chicken had no taste whatsoever and it gave me a bad stomach ache

The chicken was awful. Barely had a taste of it. It gave me stomach problems.

Dirty restaurant, filthy floor and tables... the chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the hot plate for a very long time . There are many other options in Brent Cross, go elsewhere for a better eating experience.

I didn’t receive anything and the driver left the order somewhere without the code or anything and on the app it’s shows delivered.

They don't pack food properly for Delivery. BAD SERVICE 👎 FOR DELIVERY..

Good to see there are many Halal shop in Brent-cross shopping centre . It used to be the best shopping centre in London and still much better than many new shopping centre. Small KFC the customer service is not that great good still good for as it’s Halal . Free parking not very over crowded .

This was my third time ordering and shocked, as always, an order was missed in the bag!!! they don't giving care of your Notes! and unfortunately same as last times, something was missing, this time our drinks were missed!!!!

It’s the worst kfc brunch in Uk, all the staff are so rude and not clean at all, I really like the kfc food but because of the rude and untidy sraff i prefer to go to mc Donald next to it! And I don’t know why the management doesn’t do anything about that

The cleaning standard of this kfc is below average as soon as you walk in the main counter is really dirty the white panel has gone black, the tables are not wiped filthy and not cleaned regularly the staff do not have good customer service. Then the staff had a loud arguments with food delivery drivers disrupting families who are sitting and eating. I will never bring my family to this place again!

The worst service and worst kfc in the whole european region. Why the hell do you run this store if you cant handle the rush. Worst customer service experience in my entire life. Hope the higher management will do the needful.

The food taste very bad and missing some items. I’m not really happy about it.

The tables and the floor were not clean, nor were the self-service kiosks. I am convinced that they don’t have a cleaner there, which is just gross. We were given a paper towel to clean the table ourselves but in an ideal scenario someone would come over to clean it properly. Related to this, it seems quite understaffed as well. I was supposed to have received an Oreo shake but I received and Aero one instead. The counter was cash only for some reason and the tray that I received the food in was slightly dirty. The customer service was not on par to my expectations either. The food was alright though. Overall, this KFC was quite unhygienic and I would not go here ever again. Expected better from a KFC that’s in Brent Cross, it lets the image of Brent Cross down.

The stuff is really rude specially the boy who works there They are behaving like give as food for free at least they must have some respect to customers i will never go there again.

Food was cold and when i told the person serving she did not even apologise, then I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. The tables were dirty and still had peoples trays on them. I would never go back to this KFC

Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes to be served with my elderly mother, to then be told that they can’t cook the wings. And the staff didn’t even apologise. What an absolute disaster and waste of time.

not a great at all. had to wait 30 minutes for a single meal when everyone else, including people who just ordered, were getting the food in 5 minutes max. the chicken popcorn was soggy and squishy & the chips were the same. also the gravy was super watery but atleast the garlic dip was tasty! charging £12 for a meal during a financial crisis, i would atleast expect a somewhat decent quality experience. just go to mcdonald’s next door or go get some actual good food from the other court.

I ordered a tower chicken burger which took ages to be ready even it was not busy my fries were cold they didn't even had mayonnaise and ketchup the food didn't had a kfc taste I will not recommend it worse experience

Today my mother in law, father in law, my baby boy and daughter went there for take away popcorn chicken, hot wing, and for meal roughly around 11:20am. The staff didn’t inform that pop corn chicken was too hot and my son started eating saying wow popcorn chicken and he burnt his mouth and started to cry loudly. My mother in law went to complain them and instead of apologising they start to talk on their native language and started laughing at her, and said you can wait 5 minutes. I want to make a complain about this incident, my son is now scared to try his favourite chicken popcorn. Please let me know which is the right place to complain. When we buy popcorn chicken in other store if the popcorn chicken is too hot, staff of other store always let us know the popcorn chicken is hot and to be careful.

We have been going to Pret at Bren Cross Shopping Centre for many years and we can’t ask for more hospitality. All of the staff are smiling and friendly. They constantly chat to customers and create a friendly atmosphere. Overall it is one of the best branches of Pret .

I paid for the mayonnaise and the sweet sauce and they didn't deliver it to me

One of a main meal was not in the delivery. When you go onto the Just Eat it you can click to say “YES I want my money back” what about the person who did not any food?

Fast service, good and fresh food, staff nice and prompt to help. I gave service 3 stars for the fact that they need to pay attention to tables: always full of food, sticky, dirty. I go often with my son and we need to clean the table before sitting, almost always. I know it is a small space and it is super busy , but this is another reason to have one person clearing tables, so you make space for more customers.

KFC standards have depreciated immensely. will never be ordering from them again.

Very poor. I chose this branch (as it was Brent Cross) thinking the food would be outstanding, but how fooled I was. The place was like a Dive. The KFC in Watford (next to ALDI) is miles better. I'll stick there next time.

The best tasting meal they’ve made for me so far. The driver was calm and charming. I felt comfortable enough to have a joke with him and he looked happy when he left. I think the charming interaction probably enhanced the whole experience. Customer care is really important.

We ordered 5 meals; one was missing completely, and another had the burger only, no fries or drink. Food is ok, but service is terrible. The delivery driver was apologetic, but it wasn't his fault. Just Eat customer service was helpful in refunding me for the missing items, but this wasn't a solution to us being a meal and a half down at the time.

I recommend going to this KFC only if you want to be put off from KFC. Purchased 2 zinger burgers, fries and wings and the new buffalo wrap. The zinger burger was poor, quite possibly the worst I've ever had. The bun on both was stale and hard, wasn't fresh at all. There was hardly any lettuce or mayo inside. The buffalo wrap was also disappointing. It was basically a normal wrap with a bit of buffalo sauce. Again there was a real lack of sauce and filling. The person in the kitchen preparing the food on the 11th April 23 at around 4pm-5pm really needs extra training or needs to find a new job they are actually interested in. The food was really unacceptable. The wings and fries were fine although we left most the fries. Whilst we were there I didn't see any staff cleaning up, even though there were a few empty tables which still had rubbish on it. The bench we were sitting on also had rubbish which we just pushed to the side. Overall I wouldn't recommend eating at this KFC. It doesn't feel clean and the food is horrible.

Driver dropped our drinks and one broke and went on to my dads trousers and the food bag was wet and the food got wet too. Not happy at all

Cold drink placed loose alongside all the food, which wasn't in a box. So everything was cold and very disappointing. The delivery driver was top notch though and very fast.

Even 1 star is too much, the staff are very rude and unhygienic, I walked in and saw a member of staff unwell coughing all over without holding her mouth!!! I can't even imagine peoples food being contaminated with that cough every 10 seconds, atleast wear a mask if you are ill dealing with food! The food tastes like burnt oil and the place was filled with smokey air smelling like burnt oil. Sadly i had placed my order and it was too late to walk out! Never going there again. Poor managemenr not training their staff hygiene or customer service skills. This place needs a complete turnover!

Two days ago, I visited this brand with my kids. It was awful of being dirty. Firstly, food was too much salty and oily as the oils dropped from chicken pieces. Chips was cold and tasteless. There was pieces of chicken and bones under tables and floor was full of papers every where… we spend half an hour there but nobody came to clean table which were full of rubbish. We saw a lady - stuff who was eating chips whereas she was preparing our order. It was disgusting when he take chips with her dirty hand and then served it to customer. Manager was drinking his coffee in front of counter and did say nothing to stuff despite he was looking crew member that she was eating whereas she was serving customer. It waaaaassss awful. I visited 3 time this brand in different days and times and every time was same as before…. Shameful!!!!!

I usually order at the till regardless of how long the que is. I like them to know I'm watching as my food gets prepared. I honestly believe that alot of the time if you order from behind the scenes, drive through, self serve etc.. they tend to take liberties with your order. Anyway, I used the self serve outside the store, paid then went to collect. It was ready immediately as soon as I got to collection point. When I got to my staff room and saw my hot wings, it reminded me why I order at the till!!! As dry as the Sahara desert and way too much hair for my liking. But in all fairness I've received decent food in the past. I will use this place again if I'm honest but I'll continue to order at the till as I've never before received a dry hot wing that needs a shave.

Restaurant approved the order without driver assigned. Driver was then assigned delaying the delivery. Delivery time changed. Food was delivered straight after driver was assigned. Food delivered and was very cold. Had to heat up using my energy which went against the whole point of me getting a take away.
