The food was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Definitely coming back.

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I’ve received at your [Location Name or Shopping Center KFC] branch. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 7 years and have never had any issues until the past couple of months. Unfortunately, on my last few visits, I’ve been repeatedly told that the chicken pieces I want are unavailable, and that I would have to wait up to 30 minutes. This has happened three times in a row. I understand the location is busy, but it seems that the staff are either not managing stock efficiently or are unwilling to serve. What’s more upsetting is the attitude of the staff. When I politely asked about the availability this last time, I was met with rudeness. I even mentioned, “If you don’t want to serve me, just tell me,” due to how dismissive their tone was. This kind of behavior is really disappointing and not reflective of the service I’ve come to expect from KFC. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as I’d really like to continue enjoying KFC at this location — but it’s becoming increasingly difficult with the current experience.

I dont know why but they are very rude !!!! Everytime you asked for the chicken piece you want its like they get angry because they feel like we are taking from their home. Not nice at all no smile on face always grumpy i rather go to another KFC NOW THAN brent cross one.

I went the other day to this KFC whilst fasting, and the staff were really kind and ensured that my meal came on time, was fresh and followed the exact instructions I had unlike other KFC’s that I have come across, will definitely be coming back. Shoutout to Asmitha, Vasuki and Padmaja for the excellent service and in particular the supervisor keep smiling!!

driver got lost and couldn't understand when I was trying.to direct them to the where he needed to go. By the time I found him the food had gone cold and the can of drink was warm.

What has happened to the KFC zinger burger? 🤷🏾‍♂️. I am appalled at what this company is doing and where they are going! The quality was terrible 😣. Fillet (if you can call it that was tiny and thin. Tbh, not saying anymore. Short and tall, it was dreadful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though its was soo busy , no place to sit actually it’s very small kfc , but the service , the people working there were doing soo great job working around soo much busier time with lots of customers around . A quick and accurate service. Thank you.

Awful customer service. Ordered a large meal for 5 people and krushems. All the krushems were sour and the milk was gone off. Gave us all bad stomachs the next day. Horrible.

terrible terrible food. it was cold. three out of 6 pcs were as small as the wings and they gave me gravy (which I hate) instead of the coleslaw. really bad quality. not fresh at all. extremely greasy and poorly handled. such a disappointment.

Very poor experience. I had been there more than three times or several times while i was starving as my workplace is near, the food - fries, burger and chicken wings were served cold and dry to me *all the time*. May be i am unlucky one. There was a time when i was in rush, the cashier or receptionist did not want to take order when there was no customer at all and was not doing anything on the counter and asked me to order by myself on the machine which i didn’t think was a big deal and did myself.

I had very bad experience about this restaurant because most of the time they send wrong order or less item most of the time i ignored because i feel human error but the continue ally do today i didn’t have fries at all no fries on my meal and my children got upset last time they send water instead of 7up or sprite.so please careful next time today my son has birthday and because of no fries he was upset.

Dirty restaurant, filthy floor and tables... the chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the hot plate for a very long time . There are many other options in Brent Cross, go elsewhere for a better eating experience.

Good to see there are many Halal shop in Brent-cross shopping centre . It used to be the best shopping centre in London and still much better than many new shopping centre. Small KFC the customer service is not that great good still good for as it’s Halal . Free parking not very over crowded .

This was my third time ordering and shocked, as always, an order was missed in the bag!!! they don't giving care of your Notes! and unfortunately same as last times, something was missing, this time our drinks were missed!!!!

It’s the worst kfc brunch in Uk, all the staff are so rude and not clean at all, I really like the kfc food but because of the rude and untidy sraff i prefer to go to mc Donald next to it! And I don’t know why the management doesn’t do anything about that

The cleaning standard of this kfc is below average as soon as you walk in the main counter is really dirty the white panel has gone black, the tables are not wiped filthy and not cleaned regularly the staff do not have good customer service. Then the staff had a loud arguments with food delivery drivers disrupting families who are sitting and eating. I will never bring my family to this place again!

The food taste very bad and missing some items. I’m not really happy about it.

The tables and the floor were not clean, nor were the self-service kiosks. I am convinced that they don’t have a cleaner there, which is just gross. We were given a paper towel to clean the table ourselves but in an ideal scenario someone would come over to clean it properly. Related to this, it seems quite understaffed as well. I was supposed to have received an Oreo shake but I received and Aero one instead. The counter was cash only for some reason and the tray that I received the food in was slightly dirty. The customer service was not on par to my expectations either. The food was alright though. Overall, this KFC was quite unhygienic and I would not go here ever again. Expected better from a KFC that’s in Brent Cross, it lets the image of Brent Cross down.

The stuff is really rude specially the boy who works there They are behaving like give as food for free at least they must have some respect to customers i will never go there again.

Food was cold and when i told the person serving she did not even apologise, then I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. The tables were dirty and still had peoples trays on them. I would never go back to this KFC

Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes to be served with my elderly mother, to then be told that they can’t cook the wings. And the staff didn’t even apologise. What an absolute disaster and waste of time.

not a great at all. had to wait 30 minutes for a single meal when everyone else, including people who just ordered, were getting the food in 5 minutes max. the chicken popcorn was soggy and squishy & the chips were the same. also the gravy was super watery but atleast the garlic dip was tasty! charging £12 for a meal during a financial crisis, i would atleast expect a somewhat decent quality experience. just go to mcdonald’s next door or go get some actual good food from the other court.

I ordered a tower chicken burger which took ages to be ready even it was not busy my fries were cold they didn't even had mayonnaise and ketchup the food didn't had a kfc taste I will not recommend it worse experience

Today my mother in law, father in law, my baby boy and daughter went there for take away popcorn chicken, hot wing, and for meal roughly around 11:20am. The staff didn’t inform that pop corn chicken was too hot and my son started eating saying wow popcorn chicken and he burnt his mouth and started to cry loudly. My mother in law went to complain them and instead of apologising they start to talk on their native language and started laughing at her, and said you can wait 5 minutes. I want to make a complain about this incident, my son is now scared to try his favourite chicken popcorn. Please let me know which is the right place to complain. When we buy popcorn chicken in other store if the popcorn chicken is too hot, staff of other store always let us know the popcorn chicken is hot and to be careful.

Why have just eat not replied to my complaint?

We have been going to Pret at Bren Cross Shopping Centre for many years and we can’t ask for more hospitality. All of the staff are smiling and friendly. They constantly chat to customers and create a friendly atmosphere. Overall it is one of the best branches of Pret .

I paid for the mayonnaise and the sweet sauce and they didn't deliver it to me

One of a main meal was not in the delivery. When you go onto the Just Eat it you can click to say “YES I want my money back” what about the person who did not any food?

Fast service, good and fresh food, staff nice and prompt to help. I gave service 3 stars for the fact that they need to pay attention to tables: always full of food, sticky, dirty. I go often with my son and we need to clean the table before sitting, almost always. I know it is a small space and it is super busy , but this is another reason to have one person clearing tables, so you make space for more customers.

KFC standards have depreciated immensely. will never be ordering from them again.
