I had a delightful brunch experience at Pret A Manger. The food was fresh and flavourful, offering a great selection of healthy options. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was cosy and perfect for a quick meal or a relaxing break. Went in there today and ordered a latte and almond crossaint (takeaway). The girl charged me eat-in price for both. They served 5 customers after me and still no latte. The guy behind the counter asked me what I was waiting for. I told him my latte. At this point the girl made the latte and put it on the table. Staff were very unfriendly. No smiles and just attitude. I observed the guy having a go at a customer because he didn't put all his sandwiches in a basket. So unprofessional. I'll be sure not to go to this place again. Gail's is just opposite and the staff and service is so much better. Prets have really gone downhill

**Review for Pret Coffee Shop** I recently visited the Pret St johns wood and was quite disappointed with the state of cleanliness, particularly in the restroom area. The toilets were extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a considerable amount of time, possibly a couple of weeks. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one that serves food and beverages. The dirty conditions made the entire visit quite unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as it severely detracts from the overall experience.

This Pret is so unclean. The upstairs area is dirty especially seating and tables. The toilets need a code to enter which is great but they need a thorough clean! Very unimpressed. The manager is also very rude.

I came in today and it was a little busy but that was due to them being understaffed but the staff serving me where very polite, they looked tired and overwhelmed so I’m assuming this is down to poor management the man who served me was nice he looked the most overworked I do love this pret but they need more staff the workers are doing 4 jobs at once

A great place to stop by for a morning cup of coffee/ enjoy a relaxed atmosphere any time of the day.

After buying some food, I wanted access lower floor seating. I was informed it was closed. All the seating was taken upstairs. I sepcifically said I want to have to food in. 1m later a guy came out from behind the counter to inform that they are closing in 30m. Not professional at all.

On arrival at 8am Thursday 29/3, Sihao was extremely friendly and welcoming,which in turn made me feel very much at home :-) Diana, was out of this world! But made me feel part of the Starbuck’s World!part of The Starbuck’s Family! Diana was wearing a beautiful dress and was stunning, truly Diana and Sihao are an asset to Starbucks at St John’s Wood store 12038. My double espresso gave me double energy and the Cinnamon swirl sorted me for breakfast! I have visited Starbucks in Canada, USA and various European cities and St John’s Wood hits the top, St John’s Wood is the Best Starbucks I have ever visited,Well Done!! Starbucks St John’s Wood London UK NW8. Truly Sihao, Alex and Diana made me feel like St John’s Wood was my second home, my lounge, Truly outstanding customer service!!

Bought onion bhaji melt toastie, as tosties are my go to when it comes to lunch, also prefer this specific store is because it’s nearby to my work place, but very disappointed by the staff kept me waiting for 15 mins for a single toastie ,gave me burnt toastie twice, shift leader was also present still no actions where taken, and being ignored wouldn’t recommend this one for sure Food was delicious but service needs to be improved…

One of the dirtiest toilet in London! Smells of pee! Tables always not wiped, bakeries are from frozen bag, overall the store is very dirty.

The barrista wears the grimiest looking shirt I've ever seen, the unform is a white shirt his is disgusting. A dog urinated in the corner whilst the owner was engrossed on the phone, the manager didnt ask for a staff member to cordon off and disinfect , the owner just wiped around with a tissue and left the puddle, it made me really concerned about their understanding of hygiene at this store, i'll always enjoy Pret but not St John's Wood branch.

Thank god star bucks which is across the road where the Internet actually works! Not a place for working remotely from as Internet will cut out at least 10 times every few hours

Very busy from the moment it opens its doors in the morning till midday.

The manager here is exceptional. Especially when dealing with the elderly, less-a led, children. Very considerate, caring, and sincere.

Best Pret I've been to! Staff are lovely and they are constantly serving customers and are always very polite. The pastries are baked nicely unlike some of the other pret stores I've been to. Tables are clean. Great work!

The lady Barista’s here always seem very disinterested/make grumpy faces or have their backs turned to the machines when they can see a customer waiting? A subscription using customer isn’t getting drinks for free, they pay for the subscription? The drinks here are also strange and very meh compared to the Pret opposite Selfridges or even the one on Finchley Road. If you compre drink for drink, Cafe Nero is way better. Their drinks are delicious and don’t change depending on the whims and fancies of the barista making it. The staff here makes me uncomfortable and not sure I’ll be renewing my subscription. The tall older guy at the counter & the younger male on weekends are very nice & other folks working here need to take cues from them. I go here almost everyday so this isn’t a one time experience.

The baristas, cashiers, and all the rest of Pret employees are amazing! They are non stop busy. I was sitting downstairs and they are constantly bringing fresh food upstairs. i don’t think they get enough credit for the hard work they provide in a high paced environment. Be nice to them! They work really hard to make our drinks and food.

Today I went to this shop in near St.John's Wood station, I ordered a coffee and when I was about to pay I realised that the contactless wasn't working and I didn't have a card with me. I asked AJ (The man behind the till) not to worry about it and cancel my order but instead he gave me the coffee on the house!! That's a great costumer service right there! Please give AJ the heads up and tell him that he made my day!! I will be coming back soon, not because of the free drink but because of the great team that runs this shop. Thank you AJ!

I absolutely love this shop of Pret à Manger! Not only do they have delicious coffee and pastries, but the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I recently placed a large order at this location (70 baguettes) and was impressed with how well the staff handled it. They ensured that my order was prepared to my specifications and served promptly. I especially want to thank Mario and his team - their dedication to their job is truly inspiring. The attention to detail and care they put into each order really sets this coffee shop apart. However, I do miss the extended opening hours that were in place last year - I wish they would return to being open until 8:00pm. Despite this, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, great coffee, plenty of seats downstairs, few tables outside for some fresh air, and exceptional service. Thank you, Pret à Manger, for always brightening up my day!

I visit Pret at least once a day and like to think I have been a loyal customer for many years now. Regretfully I feel recently service and quaility has taken a nose dive. Last week I went into St Johns Wood and another customer with a dog came into the shop where the dog proceeded to urinate all over the chair. The lady completely ignored what her dog had done so I said to her - do you think its accetable that your dog has just urinated all over a chair - she was rude and abusive back. Not once did any of the staff who were aware of what was going on say anything or take any action - least clean the soiled leg of the chair!. An animal should not be allowed into a place serving food and secondly if this is acceptable behaviour allowed then I won't be visiting another Pret anymore due to it not being very clean nor hygenic!

Given all the other higher end coffee shops, it is a pleasant surprise at the space this Pret affords its customers. Coffee I had was as I'd expect from a Pret but this branch never feels like it is hurrying so it is peaceful if you want a little time to be introspective or just relax.

This is my ‘local Pret’ so been here a few times.. Particularly the (hot) food quality here is just really poor. I hope they can do something to up their game in this field, because the coffee and sandwiches (which is their hallmark product) are also questionable value for money these days

Over rated and over price but good service

Super busy! My god. Local branch so attracts residents nearby, students or people like me that needed a coffee and wifi. Coffee was good. I would have sat longer but really needed something quieter to do work plus I felt bad once I had finished my coffee as other people could not find space to sit. Service was fast and pleasant. Reasonably clean. Staff were making a better effort to clean rather than other branches which are always dirty. In all honesty I only came as I had the free coffee subscription!

This afternoon, I ordered a coffee and paid for it. Then I waited. The shop had been fairly quiet when I went in with one person in front of me. After I had ordered, I stood to one side awaiting my order. More customers came in and started to place orders. The barista seemed overwhelmed; my order did not come at all and someone else's order was incorrect. 4 people who had come into the shop after me were given their drinks and I then I was asked to repeat my order. When a further 2 people placed orders and were served, I asked for my money back. By now I had 8 minutes to get to my home for a meeting. Only when I complained loudly enough for other customers to hear did the barista do my order. He actually seemed to find it amusing that he had annoyed me. Disappointing that Pret's staff treat their customers in this manner;they are clearly unbothered that there are several competitor shops nearby who treat their customers much better.

Pret St. Katherine’s Dock This is a very large Pret just behind the St. Katherine’s Dock. It had plenty of spaces at 3pm. Many of the customers seemed to work in the area. It had the usual large selection of rolls, sandwiches, fruit dishes etc Good selection of teas coffees fruit drinks etc. we’re also available. It has a very clean and relaxed atmosphere Very helpful staff.

I went to St. John’s Wood with my sister for Coffee in the afternoon. We ordered coffees and sat outside. After a few minutes gone by, a waitress came and said aggressively: “ You need to leave because I need to put the tables inside.” and I told her I won’t leave because they should’ve told me before I ordered as that’s very unprofessional. She came again and ordered us to leave and she sent the manager and he said she needs to put the chairs indoors and I said I need to finish my coffee and he replied with that’s fine. After two or three minutes, she eventually came again and said that she needs the tables and I said I would make a complaint and she said okay my name is Valerie. I’m a regular costumer In Pret, and especially the one in St. John’s Wood and I have never seen and heard such rudeness and unprofessional actions from your staff. It made me feel very embarrassed in front of my sister and the rest of the customers. I’ve been working in hospitality for 26 years and I want to inform you that this behaviour from this specific staff member was utterly unacceptable.

Absolutely useless counter staff mumble at lone barista who duly forgets your drink!

Really nice spot to sit and have a drink. Some seating outside as well giving a view over St John’s High St. Service is quick and consistent, as most Pret stores are.

Shakes and Frappuccino always run out from their stock at the noon time around 2 pm.

I purchased the Pret subscription so I could enjoy one smoothie a day, but almost every time I’ve ordered one here, they said they only serve hot drinks. It’s surprising that they so rarely have what’s on the menu, and they haven’t done anything to fix whatever issue is causing them to not be able to serve cold drinks. I’m canceling my subscription because I couldn’t use my subscription here.

The only shop I have found that sell genuine chocolate croissants. Other places want to sell you Pain au Chocolate which is not the same thing at all.

As for a chain store, it’s pretty decent. Really good coffee with plant based milk options. Tasty food with vegan options also available. However, it’s really chaotic with staff shouting and giving out coffees while taking orders from other customers

Rude. Close when ever they feel like. They shout at customers instead of talking. No need to justify that kind of behaviour. And closing when they want also quite rude.

Decent sized pret, staff is friendly. I've been going here weekly for over a year and only once have they missed my order and I had to ask again, which was not much of a problem in my opinion. Extra seating and 2 toilets (ask for code) downstairs. (Seating and toilets closed during lockdown)

I frequently drink coffee from Pret but I have never drink a bad machiato like this time, they served machiato without milk.

No social distancing at all, only half of the people are wearing masks (many around their chin so they know they should be wearing it). Nowhere to wait for your coffee. Hugely disappointed with how this location is handling the current situation and I will avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare. No social distancing. Place is crammed full of people not wearing masks and for some reason they’re shouting over the room at each other. When you order a coffee no clear place to stand so everyone’s stuck in a crowd with no clue where to go. As much as I like pret coffee and food I’ll not be going back here again ever. Avoid at all costs if you value your health!

Food to the usual standard but the management have rearranged the seating which has ruined it im my opinion, there were stools with a breakfast type bar around the front area looking out of windows which gave you a more relaxed feeling, these are now gone with just a couple of tables, very stupid idea.

New £20 month coffee subscription but this has turned it into a cattle market understaffed and under cleaned .

No one is masked up. Staff mask only cover their mouth 👎🏽 even customers aren't wareing masked. No one protecting no one. Shame I pray for them 🙏🏽
