everything was ok, the only downside was the lack of toilets

The croissants smell wrong, two visits and both of us agree they just smell off compared to every other decent pret.

Appalling customer service at Pret Fleet Street. There is regularly poor training of new staff here, who often make mistakes with orders and trollies left out blocking access. This morning staff refused to serve an additional shot. This is the worst Pret in the area and extremely poor customer service received here.

Went to get a coffee at 3.15pm doors closed already. Staff showed 3fingers to tell me they close at 3pm. In the window it says 3.30pm! Unacceptable! Should cancel my subscription really as you can't provide the service!

This is a great place to grab a soup, salad or dessert. You can grab food to go or eat it there. The atmosphere is casual. We liked the mango and granola dessert the best.

I've been coming to this Pret for years and it is easily the nicest branch in London - hence my rating, (and even bothering to write a review for a Pret!) The inside is massive and is a great spot to do work or sit and relax. The staff are also very friendly, but with every Pret you find, the food is ridiculously expensive. Yes, it's London, yes, the food (claims to be) "organic", but £1.60 for a herbal tea?! When you then have to pay extra to eat in (not Pret's fault, but it still adds up), you can easily end up paying at least £10, or more, for a sandwich, drink and maybe some fruit or a yoghurt. This may not seem like an insane amount of money, but it's not worth it when you consider what little food you are getting at the same time.

We love these places, we went to three different ones while we were in London for a week. The food is well prepared, tasty and they have a good variety. A great place to get a quick sandwich or beverage.

Good quality and healthy options, freshly made. Prices are OK and staff is friendly and helpful. 4 starts because of the limited seating options and the non-existent view (only window to the street was blocked by a very big poster), but considering the area and it's density it's to be expected.

Tem vários pela cidade, não tenho certeza se fui nesse. Mas fui em dois e tinham exatamente as mesmas coisas. Pra ser uma rede de fast food, achei a comida muito gostosa e o preço bem mais barato que em outros lugares. É possível comer no local. Tem lanches e pequenas refeições, também. Tem opções veganas e vegetarianas, nas embalagens contém uma folha para identifica-las.

Sure wish we had this franchise in Toronto and the GTA! This restaurant was located everywhere in London. Everything was always fresh and always had lots to choose from. Healthy choices as well as items for the sweet tooth. Great coffee options too.

While staying in residence at Middle Temple Inn we ate at Pret a Manger on Fleet Street every single morning. The atmosphere is open and welcoming. The food is great and reasonably priced, While sitting and eating you have a great view of the magnificent architecture of the Law Courts.

I had never heard of Pret a Manger before a recent visit to London, where they seem to be on every block. Good, solid place to get our morning coffee and an egg/bacon sandwich or croissant.

This place is brilliant! Located throughout the City of London and every location as great as the next. Clean, consistent and always amazing employees. Fresh ingredients, and tons of items to choose from breakfast to dinner and everything in between ... Pastry, soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, grains, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free all made fresh daily. Detailed labels listing all the ingredients. Our favourite was an orange chai latte. I can't believe nobody has brought this franchise to Toronto and the GTA. Did I mention reasonably priced with tables and seating for all.

Mas como disse não sou muito de coisa natural então quando fui em um pela primeira vez fui direto no de frango e nunca mais sai dele.Sim ele tem rúcula (não tem gosto de rúcula) e sim é um patê de frango e o pão é integral pela aparência, mas depois que eu comi nunca mais passei no McDonald's. Até hoje eu sinto o gosto desse sanduiche na boca quando estou com fome.DICA: todas as unidades quando você vai pagar te perguntas "eat in or take out?" (comer aqui ou levar para viagem) -> levar para viagem é mais barato o preço, em todas as lanchonetes de Londres, então sempre fale TAKE OUT, te economiza umas 2 libras pelo menos.

Bom pão, carnes frias combinadas com legumes variados e bem conseguidos. Gostamos muito da experiência orgânica que não nos empanturrou. Um bom café no final. Aprovado!Um único senão, a falta de espaço para conseguir uma cadeira e uma mesa, embora a procura fosse muita.

While visiting London I made many stops to Pret A Manger. It's easy, it's inexpensive, and the food actually tastes very good. The soup was delicious and with a cup of coffee it made for a great lunch on the go while you are traveling. I highly recommend.

We had seen so many Pret A Managers that we eventually had to try one for our London experience. We liked the sandwiches so much that we also bought sandwiches at Heathrow as we awaited our flight home. When we travel to New York City next summer be plan to grab sandwiches at Pret A Manger there also.

O prêt a manger foi uma opção interessante para comer uma salada, iogurte ou porção de frutas porque na viagem eu não queria gastar tempo comendo em restaurantes. Aqui no Brasil estamos acostumados a um almoço mais denso e completo, um café da manhã básico e um jantar meio leve. Por lá o café da manhã é realmente reforçado enquanto que o almoço é geralmente um lanche que a pessoa come em um banco, numa praça ou num parque e o jantar é mais pesado. Aproveitei para entrar no clima e fazer o mesmo que via os ingleses fazendo, comprava um lanche e comia numa praça por perto de um pret a manger. Foi uma boa experiência, deu para curtir um pouco dos parques e também ganhei bastante tempo com isso. Achei a comida do pret a manger uma opção para esses casos.

The food is wonderful and fresh, and you can take away (to go in US) or sit and eat and people watch. The prices are reasonable as far as anything in London goes, because as you will find, London is a very expensive city, everything costs a lot! We looked for this restaurant whenever we were out and about on foot, which was a LOT!!

La elección es porque estás lejos de otros sitios o están cerrados o no tienes más dinero. Los sandwiches no están mal, como venden mucho no te encuentras que sean de ayer o cosas así, pero está lejos de llamarlo restaurante. Es como un supermercado de sandwiches que con suerte te los calientan (el cajero nos trató igual que en el súper, la cajera era más simpática).

Convenient to grab a sandwich, fruit and drink and have a picnic lunch outside. Our first introduction to these was from our daughter who encouraged us to grab and go to Trafalgar Square where we sat on the grass and had a wonderful family picnic. Food is fresh and tasty, the selection is good. Only criticism, they get very, very busy and it becomes hectic, which can make navigating it with children or a large family a challenge.

We ate in quite a few "Preps" during our 5 day visit to England this past June. As mentioned in other reviews, they are all over London. We never had a bad experience with them, plenty of cold or hot food available for carry-out or eat-in. Food quality was always very good and prices reasonable for London. Didn't know we had them I the US, but if I'm in a city where they are located I'll be sure to visit them.

You can also grab a good sandwich at Pret, and you're never too far away from an outlet. It's a good alternative to the fried or buried in gravy entrees featured in the pubs.

Great for a lighter start to the day instead of the "all you can eat" breakfast at the hotel. I loved the porridge-hot and ready when we were.

How I love to eat here! Especially the duck wrap with hoisin sauce. Mmmm! I could eat here every day. Unfortunately we don't have Pret a Manger in Holland. I also love the packaging design. Every piece of food is like a gift.
