Love Honest Burger. I give 4 stars to service and atmosphere as we felt rushed. I understand it is a busy place, but you can always be a bit more welcoming.

This one star is not on the venue or food as I have no issues with them. This is about the lack of good old customer service. My wife and I walked in to see if we could grab a quick lunch. There was an empty table, but the young girl who greeted us explained there was a fifteen minute wait as others on a list waiting before us - albeit none of them were waiting inside or outside. We had no issue with this, so stood by an empty area by the window. This lady told us to wait outside and I mentioned it was pouring with rain and we were not in any customers way. Her reply was ' I dont control the weather, wait outside' In my opinion, she should have asked for one of our mobile numbers, suggested we go into the covered covent market area and she would call us when the table was ready. What has happened to customer service and politeness. Honest Burgers please retrain your staff to be more polite and caring. Unfortunately you have now lost our custom.

Very good burger from the best just because of a lot of people the service was not the best and we were looking for them as we were asking for what we should have had. We didn't have water, you mean we needed paper towels after eating burgers.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and as expected it was heaving. This branch does not allow advance bookings, likely because it gets so much footfall traffic. The food is excellent & we love it because they cater so well for gluten free requirements, which always makes us feel safe. They have great local beers on including non/low alcohol content for those who can drink gluten containing drinks too. They have vegan & chicken burgers but we love the honest beef burgers. Service is quick & friendly & we always pay the brand a visit when in the area as it's one of our faves.

The burger is one of the best I've ever eaten: juicy, well cooked and with fresh ingredients. The staff was super friendly and the relaxed atmosphere made everything even more pleasant. Always like to visit honest burger when I come down to London and this trip was no different. This time, I got the tribute burger, and it was nothing short of excellent. I really recommend.

Vaya por dónde empezar... Estábamos visitando Londres para el teatro y queríamos comida con tantas opciones, ¡por dónde empezar! Después de caminar llegamos a la hamburguesa Honest, no parecía mucho desde fuera, pero con un cartel que presumía de fresco nunca congelado todos los ingredientes hechos a mano pensamos ¿por qué no! ¡Qué joya que esto resultó ser las hamburguesas eran inigualables tan sabrosas que todo era perfecto las patatas fritas de romero eran un buen toque en el lateral, su menú es limitado, pero esto es algo bueno, ya que parece que han logrado perfeccionar todo en él! Con adultos y niños había algo para todos y todos estábamos contentos de que este es el tipo de ansias después de horas caminando por Londres. El personal era encantador y atento No me di cuenta de sus nombres, pero había un señor mayor que parecía tan orgulloso del negocio que es lo que cualquier negocio necesita personal leal. Gracias de nuevo por una comida encantadora mantener el buen trabajo.

We had a really nice experience at Honest Burgers during our Saturday stroll through London. The lady who served us with dark hair was incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The service was impressively quick and efficient, and the food was delicious – everything you’d hope for in a great burger spot. It’s the perfect place for a quick, satisfying stop while exploring the city.

Great food. Very busy when we visited so there may be a wait for a table at busy times. Gluten free options are great. Had a lovely burger and a bourbon cocktail and would recommend both.

A nice little burger shop that impresses both in terms of taste and ambience. In addition to the lower floor, you can also sit one floor higher, where you have a nice view outside and escape the hustle and bustle of the street. In addition to the burgers, the four of us shared the homemade lemonade, which was perfect in terms of quantity. The community store is also great in terms of price. You also get a large portion of fries with the citizens, so the portions will fill you up well.

The burger is delicious, but the service and staff are not

We were having issues from the beginning we had a spot reserved and they told us they don’t reserve spaces. However once we were in we were put on two separate tables and we had a big family with us. It was still all fine up until the waitress Annie who was smirking and rolling her eyes and talking to us condescendingly. The food was really good it’s a shame the staff weren’t. When we asked for the name of the waitress everyone started spitting their names out of their mouth so fast like I’m going to give them 10 star reviews. As I was leaving I was hearing remarks things like “oh your welcome to leave negative reviews online it’s no problem. Enjoy”. Overall disappointed at the customer service. I have been to the King’s Cross branch and they were all so lovely compared to here. Won’t be going back.

I got the vegan option on the festive menu. The burger was ok/good. It uses well known vegan ingredients, such as Beyond Meat burger and La Vie bacon. I was a bit disappointed that the onion rings are not vegan. The only vegan option available as a side dish on the festive menu was a salad. The fries were a little bit soggy. Not too bad, but not great. The staff was quite friendly even though the place was super busy.

The place seems tiny from the outside, but if you look closer you can see that there are stairs that take you to a cozy upstairs. The food is delicious, all homemade, even the meat is taken from THEIR butchers .They serve you every burger with delicious rosemary fries that no one can resist.The service is fantastic.A few guys and girls work there and they are very friendly.The food is served super fast and efficiently.In short it is a perfect burger chain Londoner.

We went to Honest Burgers spontaneously and didn't regret it! The service was very nice and the food came quickly. It was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was still sweet. The food was adorable! Both the burgers (beyond meat and beef) as well as the fries and the cole slaw were very tasty. There was nothing to complain about and we would be happy to come back.

Little cosy honest burger in covent garden. If you come at dinner time you better have reserved your seat as it will be packed. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. Good taste. Average London prices. Toilets are on the lower ground floor with two sets of stairs and no lift. There are also seats outside

Nice restaurant with two floors. A bit narrow, but it’s nice for a small group, couple or solo. Portions are quite generous, specially the fries. They have a Christmas menu which was nice and not that expensive (if I remember correctly £20,50 - starter, burger and soft drink). Service was ok, nothing special. They charged us £2,5 pp for service which is a bit crazy. I would recommend if you like burgers as they have some nice mixes of ingredients.

The place is cozy and with a very good atmosphere, the prices are not expensive at all, and the food was delicious, plus you have quite a variety of hamburgers, but personally I was left hungry... I have to say that I like to eat and maybe a “normal” person gets full, but I was left a little hungry. Recommended 100%, I don't give 5 stars because of the size of the meat but the food is delicious, I recommend the “Tribute”

Order 2 sets I ordered 1 chicken burger and 1 beef burger, but I got 2 beef burgers and had more than half of the food left (photo attached). The meat smelled so bad that it was tasteless. In particular, the purple coleslaw that came on the side made me want to vomit and I hope you never order it. Among the sides, the fried onion is delicious. There was green scale in the lemonade cup, so I left most of it. They didn't even set the table, so I kept looking at them and gesticulating, but they didn't come so I went and asked for them. They set the table while we were eating. I ate French fries without ketchup. I didn't plan on ordering the sauce, but since I'm a foreigner, it was added due to the language barrier. We recommend ordering the burger individually rather than as a set. However, the guests at other tables seemed to enjoy it. Everyone had empty dishes. So it may just not be to our taste. I am sensitive to the smell of meat. The atmosphere is okay. When I mentioned the price of lemonade, they deducted 4.2 euros, which was a bit of a consolation.

Kristiana was an absolute gem of a server!! I attended Covent Garden Honest Burgers with my two friends one of which is a wheelchair user and one who uses a walking stick. We decided to sit outside as it wasn’t too cold outside and we were greeted by Kristiana who I knew from the get-go was going to be a true and utter gem. She has the loveliest manners, attitude and humour levels and she regularly made my friends and I burst into laughter! About halfway through our meal she informed us that another patron who had been dining in the restaurants had actually paid for bill for our meal and left without saying a word !! Kristiana was so excited for us (she could never have known this but we were all having a monumentally tricky day as it was a certain anniversary for one of my friends that day) so to have that delightful news delivered and by someone so kind and gracious was just lovely! I am so excited to go back to this Honest Burgers and I do hope she is my server again!! Also the food as always was magnificent !!!

food came pretty quickly, nice, fresh and tasty. the arrangement of the furniture, however was not ideal - cramped and easily knocked into by passersby and also feeling like youre in the way whilst eating. I also didnt expect there to be a service charge, considering the service was minimal. it was just a very average experience tbh

Since it was a Friday night, the restaurant was quite crowded, so I was seated right next to the restroom. There were a lot of people going to the toilet right next to me, and I was in a hurry, so another staff member quickly noticed that I was in a hurry and guided me to a quieter seat. After that, even though the restaurant was busy, we had a great time as they explained the menu to us and served us with smiles. I am very grateful to Amanda. They accommodated my request for the hamburger to be rare, and the fries were delicious. I think this kind of customer service is amazing in London, especially in areas where tourists come and go.

Quite ridiculous. I’m a YouTuber and came to order, record a reaction. The server rudely told us we can’t film (dumb rule), and asked us to sit outside where it was empty. So we started filming outside. He then pops up again and says we can film outside ONLY UNTIL the rest of the tables were empty. What a joke! That’s literally the damn pavement and I don’t see any celebs frequenting your average burger joint. We went to Junk and Supernova instead and they were both so fun and the chefs even let us film inside the kitchen! HONEST review.

We tried their burger, rosemary chips and buffalo wings. Everything was so good, specially the rosemary fries. Shoutout to our kind and beautiful server, Amanda, she was a sweetheart. Will definitely come back. Cheers

Went to HB Covent Garden Monday 21st in the evening before the theatre. It was reasonably busy. Good was very good. Good value and great burgers. Service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I went to ask for a menu and then it took a few minutes for them to come over, but I could see they were busy, and we were ok for time. When they came to take our order they said that the drinks were on them as they felt they were slow to take our order.. I said that this was not necessary but they insisted. I thought that this was really nice of them. We are often up in London at the theatre in fact we are there again in a few weeks. We will be back. Thank you, Honest Burger for exceptional service and good food.

We visited Honest Burgers Covent Garden whilst on a girls trip to London. We were seated upstairs, I had a Tribute burger, which was one of the nicest burgers I've ever had. Packed with flavour, cheese, French's mustard, pickles, bacon. It was divine. Really good quality. The rosemary fries are great too. We both had a side of Bacon gravy also, which is superb! In fact, thats one or the reasons we visited. I want to give a shout out to the guy who took payment of our bill, I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name. My friend asked if you did bottles of bacon gravy to take away (yes, it's that nice aha) you informed us that you didnt, but would get us some. You really did go the extra mile and came back with two pots of gravy for us to take home. Those pots travelled home to Nottingham and Glasgow! Absolutely wonderful service and he was so friendly. Thank you. We came in around 2.30 on Friday 18th October. We definitely will be visiting again on our annual trip next year!!

came in late with my gf and everyone there was still super nice to us, the food was wonderful, the local beers they have are super fun too. extremely sorry to the girlie who, when i stood up, looked up at me and went ".. hi" in font size 2, i did not mean to say hi back in such a bullying tone, i was just caught off guard 😭😭

I had lunch at this Honest Burgers and it was my first time trying the chain. I was impressed by the quality of their sandwiches and the flavor of the ingredients, even the appetizers such as chicken wings and breaded chicken fingers were really delicious. The staff is very friendly and immediately replaced a sandwich with ingredients that had not been ordered. Value for money a little higher than average compared to fast food restaurants in the city, but in my opinion justified.

What a heartbreaking dinner at Honest Burger in Covent Garden. I'm a fan of this restaurant chain (as my reviews of the Brewer and Meard Street restaurants can attest), but I was very disappointed with the one in Covent Garden. First of all, I took away a star because one of the waitresses was extremely rude (the young waitress with wavy hair) while the other waitress was very very friendly. The management of this restaurant should therefore ask questions about this young waitress who is unfriendly by her attitude, her behavior and her way of speaking. I removed another star because of the fries that were far too salty on our 2 dishes. We couldn't eat them because they were so salty. The positive point is that the burgers were good.

The food was really nice no complaints there on that but the seating was so cramped that it was like I was sitting on top of the person on the next table, it felt very claustrophobic for myself and my friend I was with.

I am not sure if it was because we ordered the special burgers, but the meal was exceptionally delicious. The fries were delectable, and the burgers, particularly the chicken one, were incredibly satisfying. I must admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal and pretty much devoured the plate.

Very nice burgers at a very fair price. A bit noisy but that was a lot to do with a dog that kept barking all the time.

Good food but the service was pathetic, had to wait for half an hour before we got our cold food, that too after reminding the staff who was very casual and unapologetic…

The burger was very good, my wife ate the special one and I ate the spicy chicken, we recommend both.

The place is fun to hang out with friends or colleagues with nice vibes. The burgers were good and fulfilling but not spicy. The low spice would be the only downside for my spice loving tastebuds otherwise good food, good mood 🙌🏻
