food came pretty quickly, nice, fresh and tasty. the arrangement of the furniture, however was not ideal - cramped and easily knocked into by passersby and also feeling like youre in the way whilst eating. I also didnt expect there to be a service charge, considering the service was minimal. it was just a very average experience tbh

Since it was a Friday night, the restaurant was quite crowded, so I was seated right next to the restroom. There were a lot of people going to the toilet right next to me, and I was in a hurry, so another staff member quickly noticed that I was in a hurry and guided me to a quieter seat. After that, even though the restaurant was busy, we had a great time as they explained the menu to us and served us with smiles. I am very grateful to Amanda. They accommodated my request for the hamburger to be rare, and the fries were delicious. I think this kind of customer service is amazing in London, especially in areas where tourists come and go.

Quite ridiculous. I’m a YouTuber and came to order, record a reaction. The server rudely told us we can’t film (dumb rule), and asked us to sit outside where it was empty. So we started filming outside. He then pops up again and says we can film outside ONLY UNTIL the rest of the tables were empty. What a joke! That’s literally the damn pavement and I don’t see any celebs frequenting your average burger joint. We went to Junk and Supernova instead and they were both so fun and the chefs even let us film inside the kitchen! HONEST review.

Went to HB Covent Garden Monday 21st in the evening before the theatre. It was reasonably busy. Good was very good. Good value and great burgers. Service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I went to ask for a menu and then it took a few minutes for them to come over, but I could see they were busy, and we were ok for time. When they came to take our order they said that the drinks were on them as they felt they were slow to take our order.. I said that this was not necessary but they insisted. I thought that this was really nice of them. We are often up in London at the theatre in fact we are there again in a few weeks. We will be back. Thank you, Honest Burger for exceptional service and good food.

We visited Honest Burgers Covent Garden whilst on a girls trip to London. We were seated upstairs, I had a Tribute burger, which was one of the nicest burgers I've ever had. Packed with flavour, cheese, French's mustard, pickles, bacon. It was divine. Really good quality. The rosemary fries are great too. We both had a side of Bacon gravy also, which is superb! In fact, thats one or the reasons we visited. I want to give a shout out to the guy who took payment of our bill, I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name. My friend asked if you did bottles of bacon gravy to take away (yes, it's that nice aha) you informed us that you didnt, but would get us some. You really did go the extra mile and came back with two pots of gravy for us to take home. Those pots travelled home to Nottingham and Glasgow! Absolutely wonderful service and he was so friendly. Thank you. We came in around 2.30 on Friday 18th October. We definitely will be visiting again on our annual trip next year!!

What a heartbreaking dinner at Honest Burger in Covent Garden. I'm a fan of this restaurant chain (as my reviews of the Brewer and Meard Street restaurants can attest), but I was very disappointed with the one in Covent Garden. First of all, I took away a star because one of the waitresses was extremely rude (the young waitress with wavy hair) while the other waitress was very very friendly. The management of this restaurant should therefore ask questions about this young waitress who is unfriendly by her attitude, her behavior and her way of speaking. I removed another star because of the fries that were far too salty on our 2 dishes. We couldn't eat them because they were so salty. The positive point is that the burgers were good.

I had lunch at this Honest Burgers and it was my first time trying the chain. I was impressed by the quality of their sandwiches and the flavor of the ingredients, even the appetizers such as chicken wings and breaded chicken fingers were really delicious. The staff is very friendly and immediately replaced a sandwich with ingredients that had not been ordered. Value for money a little higher than average compared to fast food restaurants in the city, but in my opinion justified.

Food is ok. Very very poor service. Was asked to move in the middle of the meal to a different table.

We happened to fly by here looking for food and it wasn't a mistake to eat here! Burgers were very tasty and so was everything else. Service very friendly, simply great!

The food was really nice no complaints there on that but the seating was so cramped that it was like I was sitting on top of the person on the next table, it felt very claustrophobic for myself and my friend I was with.

The Truffle Fried Chicken Burger special is amazing. Please make it a permanent addition to the menu 🙏

I am not sure if it was because we ordered the special burgers, but the meal was exceptionally delicious. The fries were delectable, and the burgers, particularly the chicken one, were incredibly satisfying. I must admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal and pretty much devoured the plate.

Bad service, always is the same in honest burgers

Managed to walk in on a Saturday afternoon. Both burgers were very good and no issues. Only reason not 5 star is the price! 2 burgers and fries and 2 beers nearly £60!

Very nice burgers at a very fair price. A bit noisy but that was a lot to do with a dog that kept barking all the time.

Good food but the service was pathetic, had to wait for half an hour before we got our cold food, that too after reminding the staff who was very casual and unapologetic…

The burger was very good, my wife ate the special one and I ate the spicy chicken, we recommend both.

The place is fun to hang out with friends or colleagues with nice vibes. The burgers were good and fulfilling but not spicy. The low spice would be the only downside for my spice loving tastebuds otherwise good food, good mood 🙌🏻

I was visiting London in August and Wanted a Good Burger Spot, Honest Burgers Did not disappoint. They had great Vegan/Vegetarian Options along with a good mix of Regular Options, Next time I am in London, I will definitely be returning to Honest Burgers for a Meal

Where we ate before the Back to the Future concert. The most basic burger with Coke Zero and coleslaw. The coleslaw had a slight taste of cannabis, perhaps because I smelled it so much. It's sour and has quite a taste that will leave many likes and dislikes. It might be okay to eat a little bit. The burger is delicious. Be sure to add cheese. If you eat a burger with sweet sauce and fries together, you can board the Eurostar to heaven! Even if you have a fight with your girlfriend, if you give her a bite to eat, her anger will go away. However, there is a bit of a wait.

It's an honest burger. Although the size of the burger was a bit smaller compared to what I'm used to, the accompanying fries were able to satisfy my hunger. The burgers are cooked to you preference, and they take time to properly stack the sandwich and serve it you in a presentable manner. A bit of too much salt in the patty, but perhaps it was that specific batch. The atmosphere is quite nice! Visited at night and the small lights bulbs outside and the reflections in the glass panel made everything look really beautiful. Our stay in London was short and we weren't able to revisit as this was one of the best food place we've been to. To the management: you run a very nice and well organized place with good food. Thank you for a positive experience. It wouldn't hurt to serve a cold beer at 10pm when almost everyone had their dinner and more than half the tables were empty :)

It used to be good but now.. no more chunky chips.. now they are dry and thin.. the burger was tasteless .. the lemonade was soda with sugar

Was recommended by a friend but still came in with typical American expectations of will it really be that good? It blew our expectations out of the water; shared an honest burger and six wings with my wife and both were exceptional. If I wasn’t already full we’d be ordering another plate of wings, the meat just fell off the bones and the seasoning was delicious. We will be thanking our friend for the great recommendation.

Lovely burger but the service could've been better

Staff and food were great. I have marked one down because of the poor toilets. One was broken, water on the floor. Gap in the door where people could see in. I wouldn’t have gone if I’d known in advance. Let’s the staff and food down.

My family and I had less than 45 minutes to eat before leaving for the Adelphi theatre. Not only did the food arrive quickly (and was delicious) but our server Louis went above and beyond to ensure we were able to enjoy our meal without rushing too much. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. For these reasons we would return to this branch of Honest Burger!

Tasty veggie burger with beyond meat; friendly service; pricey - however normal prices for London; we did not have to wait long; was only possible to sit inside; was crowded but not too full; this is a busy area and we came late so floor was already a bit messy; I liked the burger and would come again if I visited the area again.

Burgers were lovely and so was the service. Sadly, I really struggled here as someone with a disability. The music was very loud and the tables were very close together. If you have neurodivergence, I would recommend that this place isn’t suitable.

The burger was okay. I didn’t like fries. They were overcooked and dry. Also, coleslaw salad had too much vinegar.

My god. Food in here is incredible. Great New York vibe, chilled out and completely Uninterrupted by asking how my food is when my mouth is full. (Personal pet peeve of mine) Bacon Gravy... Now, that is to die for - I could swim in this and this would be my death row final meal sauce. Awesome. 11/10, Best meal. Best meal ever.

We were at this restaurant very late. We couldn’t find another place and just ended up here. We didn’t think we would eat here. The place was very strange, but we were very hungry. I think we were the last visitors that day. They gave us a spot on the second floor. We have never eaten in such places, but it exceeded all our expectations. The food was fantastic; the burger was the best I’ve ever had, and the rosemary potatoes left a lasting impression on my heart. If you are in the area, this place is a must-visit. The service was excellent and professional. We are grateful and hope to visit the place again. Greetings from Norway.

Locale super carino quasi intimo per mangiare degli hamburger. Personale cordiale, siamo arrivati senza prenotare e nonostante il posto fosse piccolino ci hanno fatti accomodare subito. Selezione di panini interessante, i nostri panini erano buonissimi e serviti con una abbondante porzione di patatine fritte mega croccanti e super gustose. Consigliato!!

we traveled around the whole evening to have dinner in London but all the places required a reservation days in advance (which is absurd) we found this beautiful place by chance with its fantastic owner ANIE, who treated us like true friends and was super kind. . the sandwich was VERY GOOD, and the homemade chips seasoned with rosemary were FANTASTIC, the Onionrings were also very good, all the products were of the highest quality at a super affordable price!! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!!!

I visited Honest Burger yesterday and had an awesome time! The place has a really chill vibe, perfect for a laid-back meal. Ula was our server, and she was fantastic. Super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us some great recommendations from the menu. The burgers were amazing – juicy and full of flavor. And those rosemary salted chips? So good! Overall, a great spot with delicious food and top-notch service. Big shoutout to Ula for making our visit so enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

We went as a family yesterday as our daughter had read a review saying how good it was for gluten free food. Of the four of us we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We had the honest burger, the smashed burger and two of the chicken buffalo. All of the food was so tasty and well cooked, the rosemary chips were delicious. We were very pleasantly surprised by the price considering it was central London and the quality of the food was excellent. For a celiac to be able to eat anything from the menu including the onion rings it was a treat.

I love Honest burgers in general, but here everything is specially good, service, the local, good vibes!

We went here with two people with severe allergies. Had a good chat with serving staff to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately something went wrong with the order initially (kitchen side) and we alerted the serving staff. They handled the situation brilliantly. Promptly served us new food apologised profusely and the mistake was reflected in the bill. A good experience allover and would gladly visit again because of the diligent way they handled the mistake.

We have been to other honest burgers before, so we thought we'd try this one. Mistake. The staff there didn't really seem interested in us at all once we sat down. We waited a good few minutes after we were seated for a menu as the staff seemed busy chatting. Once we were ready to order, we put down our menus and attempted to get the attention of staff. They clearly noticed we were ready to order but continued faffing about with stuff not relating to serving any customer until another table's food was ready. One of the staff served the food, and took orders from a table seated after we were ready to order, before finally arriving to take our order. When the food arrived we were surprised to see our order slip nestled within the chips. Well, I say chips, but really we got mainly the small crispy bits of scraps. We didn't really trust the food, so ate very little of it. When trying to get the bill, we did actually contemplate just walking out, as we really couldn't get any staff attention despite asking excuse me please when there was a staff member near our table. All three members of staff ignored us. Staff here are very skilled in one thing -pretending they don't see the customer. The main reason we go to honest burger is because it was started by two young guys in our area, they've done well and we want to support them, but this one experience was so horrible that we definitely would never go back there, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We have been Convent Garden for the first time, had Tributie burger + pesto chicken burger, as a drink one small brewer and Diet Coke. The food tasted so good! Especially the chips with a bit rosemary was dope, so crispy! The food served fast and bill comes with automated +%10 service charge, we paid 40ish in total

Ordered a "Covent Garden" burger (medium) which was beautifully cooked. The absolute best part was the rosemary fries that come as standard. Cooked to PERFECTION. Had a refreshing Mint Lemonade to wash it down that tasted like non alcoholic PIMMs it was so fresh. I polished off every chip including my wife's. I'm full as anything but I could happily eat that meal again right now. Decent meal deals it seems as well and the service is quick. Had some rude pedestrians brushing past as as we ate but hardly the restaurant's fault as there's no room for barriers. Overall a perfect gourmet burger experience.

The best burger place i’ve ever been to hands down. Service was incredible, food (especially the homemade rosemary chips) was delectable. Not too expensive, and overall just a wonderful place to visit here in London.

Absolutely loved my first ever visit to Honest Burgers. I had the set menu for £19 - tribute burger and chips, small onion rings, Coke Zero. The burger was absolutely delicious. I really liked the chips, they had a lot of flavour to them, and the onion rings were some of the nicest I've ever had; fresh and tasty, and a very good portion size. The service was excellent with the two men being very helpful and friendly but not too pushy. The place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Would definitely visit again!

Good burger at a good price for London

Just like the name says, they are honest. If the menu says the burger is SPICY then it is spicy! Full of flavour and delicious. Can't complain. Prices are pretty fair, the staff is really kind and on of the female coworkers is 🔥🔥. One thing they could change is to make the portions bigger. But I ate the spicy burger with fries and I was somehow full until evening.

First time for me, I ordered covent garden burger 🍔 medium rare 😋amazing with a lot of different souses and side hot fries 🍟 great quality 🤗, The staff very friendly 👏
