As an introvert, i was welcomed in and seated me, gave an menu, told the recs and gave me my space to order in peace checked in between if the food was great or if i need anymore that explains excellent customer service. Food oh my days best best burgers i had so far and atmosphere inside is warm there are outdoor seating as welll! Shoutout to the crew and the woman in Albania football jersey.

Nice little place, tucked away. The choice of burgers is good and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. The toilets could benefit from ring nicer, but the experience was good overall.

Visited Honest Burgers with a friend the other day and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who let us know there’d be a short wait for a table—but true to their word, we were seated in no time. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved that you can choose how your meat is cooked. They also offer plenty of gluten-free options, which was a big plus. Can’t wait to come back!

Burger chain with several establishments in the city. The meat is of quality but for my taste they abuse the sauces and it loses the flavor of the meat a little. In this place the tables are very close together and you can share a conversation with the one next to you.

Came with my family. Very rude service. Lady with wavy hair was completely inappropriate. Started as I came in. She asked how many people. I said four and a baby in a buggy. This seemed to be the beggining of her issues. She then corrected me saying that our party was made or 5 people. (She seemed to forget that buggies usually take more space and hence it's important to mention) I have a child who is 18 months. She was laughing (watching something on YouTube) and I heard her say 'I really can't be bothered with this noise today'. Her and her other colleague then kept on staring at our table. We felt very uncomfortable throughout. The food is acceptable, but the service shocking. I was then charged £3.79 service charge!!! A truly awful customer service experience, and when one reads the reviews it seems a recurring theme with the same people.

Honest Burgers are my go to location for lunch whenever I'm in London. Great value, lovely food and no issues with gluten free requests. The onion rings are great!

Absolutely amazing experience! I have a gluten allergy and they catered really well to it. Staff were really friendly and service was quick. 110% going again!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Need to make sure you book in advance as there was a large queue when we originally passed. Crammed inside but the food and staff are really super friendly. They also have gravy with bacon bits. 🤯 A really amazing feel, however because of the squeeze you might be closer to others to hear conversations you may not want to hear. Still a great time!

It's hard not to love going to Honest for a great burger and chips. The prices have gone up, so I'd suggest sticking with the standard burger and chips without any extras. Just be aware that the tables are quite tightly packed.

This is THE place to go if you’d like a burger and chips. Hands down the nicest i’ve ever had. I’ve eaten here twice now and food/service is always top tier. Prices are fair for London and portion sizes are good. Please keep this up guys!!

Top quality hambugers, highly recommended!

We went after a musical at night. They welcomed us in a friendly manner. We ordered 2 burgers, a beer and a drink. The order was quickly on our table. The burgers were very good in flavor, a little small but with plenty of accompanying fries. The IPA beer was amazing. The prices were within the norm for London. In short, it was a good experience in every way.

It's a pretty good place, the fries are fresh and they "salt" them with rosemary. There is a noon promotion, take advantage of it. Drink + Fries + Burger 8.95. The burger wasn't bad. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the tip (about £1.79).

I recently visited Honest Burgers Covent Garden after seeing it highly recommended by gluten-free bloggers, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. One of the staff members, who is also gluten-free, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. She was incredibly attentive, offered great recommendations, and we had a lovely chat with her. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful and knowledgeable team when dining out with dietary restrictions, and this experience has definitely made me a loyal customer. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were very friendly, and the burgers were delicious and filling. It was just very noisy with both music and people talking; other than that, everything was great. 🥰🥰

Decent burger and fries, the meat was a quite overdone though. Great value for the price. Maybe it's common but to have those glass ketchup bottles is not a good idea. It's impossible to get something out of them.

Can do all their burgers gluten free with a change out of buns but also had the onion rings GF which were really nice. Sloppy sandwiches and very tasty, I had buffalo chicken which had this lovely pesto mayo in it and the rosemary chips which are hand cut are just different and very good. Fan of this chain now and will return.

Felt unwelcome as a tourist. The waitress had an attitude that made us uncomfortable, as if we weren’t supposed to be there. If you’re looking for kind service, this isn’t the place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dishonest and Misleading – Avoid This Place! We visited this restaurant on Thursday, March 13th, at 3:00 PM. I ordered two lunch meals, one priced at £8.90. Before ordering, we specifically asked the waitress which burgers were included in the lunch deal—whether it was just the small first menu card or the whole menu. She assured us that the entire menu was part of the promotion. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a total of £39.93. The waitress, a woman with long, dark, wavy hair, laughed in our faces when we questioned it, clearly misleading tourists on purpose. Even while eating, we said that the food wasn’t worth the full price but was acceptable under the lunch deal. Unfortunately, this place scams customers, and there is nothing “honest” about it. Avoid at all costs!

We went for the lunch meal deal, which was quite worth it—£8.95 for a burger, chips, and a drink. However, the bacon was burnt when it first came. They happily replaced it, and the rest of the meal was fine. I would recommend it to anyone dropping by in the area, as Honest Burgers is a reliable and good burger spot.

Tiny tables, everything is crowded, cramped and loud. The front door keeps opening and closing and it feels cold. We've rarely had such a bad time in a restaurant. The service is quick and friendly. The food was a disappointment. The burger is small, tasteless and looks nothing like the provider's photos. The chips had no taste. It's a mystery to me how to do that. The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right. I don't understand why guests line up to get into the restaurant. In any case, we'll give this burger chain a wide berth in the future.

This place is below average, everything is probably cooked in the same oil, so I couldn't tell what tasted or what, they burned the meatballs, everything was too oily and not worth the money, I won't come again.

Popped in for a post-theatre dinner as everything else was closed and we know they do a quality burger. Incredibly welcoming at 10.15 at night in an area of London that is always busy, so staff must have been exhausted (although they didn't seem it). Quick, friendly service and amazing food from a simple menu. Outstanding!

Amazing food served by friendly young people. The hamburgers are towering pillars of meat, so best get your appetite up. Top tip... If you are going with two diners, one of you should order chips, the other coleslaw, then share, because a single portion of either is, shall we say, overgenerous! Also, fairly reasonable in price compared to the other restaurants nearby.

1.31. I visited around 6 o'clock. The food wasn't bad, but the staff's attitude was very unpleasant. When I asked them not to bring me the fork that other tables brought, I was asked twice, perhaps because of racism. And it was very unfriendly. The other restaurants I visited in England were very friendly, so this one was even more memorable.

This one star is not on the venue or food as I have no issues with them. This is about the lack of good old customer service. My wife and I walked in to see if we could grab a quick lunch. There was an empty table, but the young girl who greeted us explained there was a fifteen minute wait as others on a list waiting before us - albeit none of them were waiting inside or outside. We had no issue with this, so stood by an empty area by the window. This lady told us to wait outside and I mentioned it was pouring with rain and we were not in any customers way. Her reply was ' I dont control the weather, wait outside' In my opinion, she should have asked for one of our mobile numbers, suggested we go into the covered covent market area and she would call us when the table was ready. What has happened to customer service and politeness. Honest Burgers please retrain your staff to be more polite and caring. Unfortunately you have now lost our custom.

Very good burger from the best just because of a lot of people the service was not the best and we were looking for them as we were asking for what we should have had. We didn't have water, you mean we needed paper towels after eating burgers.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and as expected it was heaving. This branch does not allow advance bookings, likely because it gets so much footfall traffic. The food is excellent & we love it because they cater so well for gluten free requirements, which always makes us feel safe. They have great local beers on including non/low alcohol content for those who can drink gluten containing drinks too. They have vegan & chicken burgers but we love the honest beef burgers. Service is quick & friendly & we always pay the brand a visit when in the area as it's one of our faves.

Después de caminar llegamos a la hamburguesa Honest, no parecía mucho desde fuera, pero con un cartel que presumía de fresco nunca congelado todos los ingredientes hechos a mano pensamos ¿por qué no! ¡Qué joya que esto resultó ser las hamburguesas eran inigualables tan sabrosas que todo era perfecto las patatas fritas de romero eran un buen toque en el lateral, su menú es limitado, pero esto es algo bueno, ya que parece que han logrado perfeccionar todo en él! Con adultos y niños había algo para todos y todos estábamos contentos de que este es el tipo de ansias después de horas caminando por Londres. El personal era encantador y atento No me di cuenta de sus nombres, pero había un señor mayor que parecía tan orgulloso del negocio que es lo que cualquier negocio necesita personal leal. We had a really nice experience at Honest Burgers during our Saturday stroll through London. The lady who served us with dark hair was incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The service was impressively quick and efficient, and the food was delicious – everything you’d hope for in a great burger spot. It’s the perfect place for a quick, satisfying stop while exploring the city.

Great food. Very busy when we visited so there may be a wait for a table at busy times. Gluten free options are great. Had a lovely burger and a bourbon cocktail and would recommend both.

A nice little burger shop that impresses both in terms of taste and ambience. In addition to the lower floor, you can also sit one floor higher, where you have a nice view outside and escape the hustle and bustle of the street. In addition to the burgers, the four of us shared the homemade lemonade, which was perfect in terms of quantity. The community store is also great in terms of price. You also get a large portion of fries with the citizens, so the portions will fill you up well.

We were having issues from the beginning we had a spot reserved and they told us they don’t reserve spaces. However once we were in we were put on two separate tables and we had a big family with us. It was still all fine up until the waitress Annie who was smirking and rolling her eyes and talking to us condescendingly. The food was really good it’s a shame the staff weren’t. When we asked for the name of the waitress everyone started spitting their names out of their mouth so fast like I’m going to give them 10 star reviews. As I was leaving I was hearing remarks things like “oh your welcome to leave negative reviews online it’s no problem. Enjoy”. Overall disappointed at the customer service. I have been to the King’s Cross branch and they were all so lovely compared to here. Won’t be going back.

I got the vegan option on the festive menu. The burger was ok/good. It uses well known vegan ingredients, such as Beyond Meat burger and La Vie bacon. I was a bit disappointed that the onion rings are not vegan. The only vegan option available as a side dish on the festive menu was a salad. The fries were a little bit soggy. Not too bad, but not great. The staff was quite friendly even though the place was super busy.

The place seems tiny from the outside, but if you look closer you can see that there are stairs that take you to a cozy upstairs. The food is delicious, all homemade, even the meat is taken from THEIR butchers .They serve you every burger with delicious rosemary fries that no one can resist.The service is fantastic.A few guys and girls work there and they are very friendly.The food is served super fast and efficiently.In short it is a perfect burger chain Londoner.

We went to Honest Burgers spontaneously and didn't regret it! The service was very nice and the food came quickly. It was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was still sweet. The food was adorable! Both the burgers (beyond meat and beef) as well as the fries and the cole slaw were very tasty. There was nothing to complain about and we would be happy to come back.

Little cosy honest burger in covent garden. If you come at dinner time you better have reserved your seat as it will be packed. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. Good taste. Average London prices. Toilets are on the lower ground floor with two sets of stairs and no lift. There are also seats outside

Nice restaurant with two floors. A bit narrow, but it’s nice for a small group, couple or solo. Portions are quite generous, specially the fries. They have a Christmas menu which was nice and not that expensive (if I remember correctly £20,50 - starter, burger and soft drink). Service was ok, nothing special. They charged us £2,5 pp for service which is a bit crazy. I would recommend if you like burgers as they have some nice mixes of ingredients.

The place is cozy and with a very good atmosphere, the prices are not expensive at all, and the food was delicious, plus you have quite a variety of hamburgers, but personally I was left hungry... I have to say that I like to eat and maybe a “normal” person gets full, but I was left a little hungry. Recommended 100%, I don't give 5 stars because of the size of the meat but the food is delicious, I recommend the “Tribute”
