Honest Burgers - Covent Garden in City of London, Westminster

OMG. This could well.be the BEST burger ever- AND i chose gluten free and veggie. My husband also ordered the same but a different veggie one and we shared..they were both to die for...and the gluten free beer with it..Great casual relax feels vibes and good customer service..we actually said we could come back here every night for the rest if our holiday:)!... we won't..but temptation there... ! Maybe just our last meal before we leave London. Thank you for making eating out as veggie gluten free such a JOYful experience 😊

Arrived on a a busy Friday night, excellent service by the upstairs team. Food and drinks arrived quickly and up to the usual honest burger high standard.

Service incredibly slow and inattentive. Food was fine but not as good as other branches, chicken wings were cold - nobody checked to see if everything was ok and staff were downstairs so difficult for us to comment. Urinal out of order so only one toilet cubicle for all guests - lock was broken on cubicle door and flush was also broken.

Had an incredible beef burger with double American cheese. Highly recommend it!

A great plus is that they allow walk-ins. Front of house said we'd have to wait outside for 20mins, but we could order drinks. After 5mins, he came back out and said our table was ready. One particular waitress, wearing a blue two piece crop top thing with tight bottoms, was behaving very unprofessionally. She wanted to have a break and so, chose one of the customers' table. Even when a group of customers wanted to be seated at that table, she refused to move and shouted. Spitefully, she quickly helped to clear another table, before promptly sitting back down again to have her break. She even ordered food! The other waiter who was working upstairs was excellent. Food: vegan burger was the best we've ever had! So juicy, perfectly balanced flavours, couldn't even tell it was vegan. Rosemary salted chips = divine. Onion rings were extremely oily but we enjoyed the crunch-level. Buffalo wings were delicious. Little bit on the expensive side, but the food was worth it. Very impressed with the food lift they had (see pic attached).

The food at honest burgers it’s great…however the staff in this place was so rude! We had to ask for the same thing so many times, staff was cleaning cutlery so loudly right next to us, we could hear them complain about everything… it just wasn’t a good experience. Unfortunately, the food can only save it to a certain extent. Service makes it or breaks it.

Fantastic burgers! I recommend the smashed burger! Terrible service! Loads of staff, but no one acknowledged we were there waiting for about 20 minutes. I don't mind waiting on busy days, but at least look at customers and say you'll be over in a bit. It was terrible service and it makes me not want to go back. Considering the food was great, that's a huge deal!

Great burger experience, definitely one of the best burgers I've had. The beef had a nice char and was complimented by the fresh lettuce and bun.

Service and food was amazing!! The Covent burger was so tasty and juicy! The onion rings are way too big for my preferences and have too much crisp, but that's my personal preference.

Fui por recomendação de quem dizia que está cadeia de restaurantes era semelhante às que estamos habituados mas foi uma desilusão pois a comida estava completamente cheia de gordura. O pão estava ensopado em gordura, as batatas vinham ainda em banho de óleo e a cereja no topo do bolo foram os remendos nas tubagens que fazem a exaustão da cozinha onde se viam gordura acumulada bem como um chão escorregadio a condizer.

Great food and amazing service. We ordered and waited so long for our order, but for some reason, our order wasn't pushed through, so when the waiter realised he apologized to us and offered to give us the order for free (no charge) because we waited so long this totally made up for thre mistake.

Comimos aquí unas ricas hamburguesas y aros de cebolla sin gluten. Una de las hamburguesas era sin gluten. Estaba todo riquísimo!! Es un buen sitio para comer en Covent Garden, atienden rápido. Cuando llegamos no había sitio pero a los 15 minutos tenían ya una mesa para nosotros. Mientras esperábamos hicimos tiempo en el Jubilee Market que está al lado. La relación calidad-precio es buena. Repetiría sin duda.

Came here on New Year’s Eve for a quick bite before heading to the theatre. Service was great, food came fast and tasted delicious. Great option if you’re in a hurry and looking for something reasonably priced and filling.

Dire experience, won't be going back. It was a busy evening so I understand that things won't always go smoothly but the poor quality of service was beyond on. We were sat at a 'table' at the top of the stairs by the service station so my girlfriend was constantly being knocked in to. Her things were knocked over by a staff member a few times. Our food took well over 30 minutes to come out which is impressive as we had salads whilst our friends had burgers. Her drink didn't arrive until a good ten minutes after everyone else. My food wasn't sent at all and I needed to ask for it. We had to ask for cutlery twice, and the food arrived barely warm. I strongly recommend not going here and finding somewhere else to eat.

We were group of 4 to enjoy the famous Honest Burgers in London. Since the place is busy, we had a 15 min wait to get a table. The restaurant has seating space on the ground and 1st floor. We called for 2 Chili 2.0, a Tribute and a Covent Garden burger along with a portion of Onion Rings and Chicken Tenders. The burgers were fantastic and the chicken tenders is a must try.! Unfortunately the service throughout the evening was terrible and impolite. The lady at the door was rude, and so was the guy who took our orders. Would definitely suggest a course in hospitality for the two of them. Left a bad taste after enjoying our meal at this outlet.

Has to be the best chicken burger I've heard and it was nice to actually have a hot sauce that actually had a bit of a kick to it (still wasn't as spicy as I'd like 😅). The atmosphere was nice and the choice of music tonight took me right back to my youth with some classic 90/00s rap/hip hop.

맛있는 버거집입니다. 크리스마스 세트로 22파운드에 맥주, 버거 세트, 사이드까지 먹을 수 있었어요. 생각해보니 22파운드면 3만5천원이 넘어가네요. 체감은 2만2천원인데 외식 물가가 참 살벌합니다. 맛은 있었으니...여행 왔으니 가격은 넘어가도록 하겠습니다.😅

Absolutely LOVE honest burger! Such a great restaurant for anyone who has allergies. The staff were absolutely lovely and really attentive. The burgers are always on point, they’re rosemary chips are so flavourful and their onion rings are just wow!! Definitely worth the visit when you’re in London!

First-time visit! The burgers here were a delight—full of flavour. The staff were friendly, and the portion sizes are quite okay. Rosemary fries fresh and mint lemonade were delicious. Great burger chain. Toilet area could be better, it was not nice ambiance.

The Christmas burger was amazing, specially with the rosemary chips. The seasonal coleslaw was kind of bland, but the gutters make up for it.

No exagero si digo que es la mejor hamburguesa sin gluten que me he comido jamás. Tienen una opción de menú que sale a muy buen precio si vas con hambre: bebida, agua ilimitada, entrante, hamburguesa y salsa a elegir. En nuestro caso nos pedimos la Buffalo de pollo y, en el segundo día (repetimos porque nos encantó) la Tribute y Chili, ambas de ternera. Personalmente nos gustaron mucho más estas últimas. Los camareros de 10. En todo momento super cuidadosos con las intolerancias y/o alergias posibles además de ir muy rápidos sirviendo la comida. Pd: tienen opciones vegetarianas!

الاكل لذيذ مره طلبنا برجر دجاج البافلو لذيذه مره وبرجر لحم well done وبدون بيكن كان مره لذيذ بس نسيت اسمه هو وحده من الببيولر عندهم وفيها خس ومخلل واشيا حلقات البصل هي اللي كانت عاديه بصل كثير وزيت صغير والجو ازعاج مره خصوصا فوق بس اللي جوعان ويبي برجرر لا يفوته

I visited your restaurant last night and I must say the experience was nothing short of amazing. The burgers were absolutely delicious exceeding all my expectations. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the host, a young lady. Despite not having a reservation, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure to find us a table promptly. Their warm created a pleasant atmosphere, making us feel valued as customers. Overall, I highly recommend this place for burger enthusiasts.

We read good things about this restaurant so gave it a try. It was busy however the girl serving really wasn’t enthusiastic to serve us at all. The burger was good, the fries delicious but the onion rings were truly dreadful. We love home made onion rings however these arrived over cooked and dripping in grease yuk. Awful and spoiled the rest of the meal. We used the bathroom facilities which are next to the kitchen and they were not good at all. Very disappointed with the state of the toilet areas and the kitchen. If we had seen that area first we would not have eaten here. The burger and fries were lovely but the rest of the experience below par.

Es una cadena de hamburgueserías, personal atento, calidad precio buena, las hamburguesas estaban muy buenas. Igual se concentraba un poco ruido de música alta y gente hablando alto pero buen ambiente en general. Recomendable.

It was great! We know the chain so we were expecting a good burger. And it was! It is a quite popular place so you have to wait sometimes before sitting in. Try the cider or alcohol free beer with your plant burger! Recommended!

The Teriyaki burger was so salty that I couldn’t finish it and the fries were lukewarm at best. The saving grace was the refreshing mint lemonade. The sinks in the men’s bathroom were also black with grime (a perfect way to lose your appetite!)

Der beste Burger den ich ja gegessen habe!! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Burgerladen in der Nähe unseres Hotels. Da man nicht reservieren konnte, sind wir spontan vorbeigekommen und haben tatsächlich sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Die Speisekarte ist simpel es gibt Burger mit Beilagen, was wir aber total gut fanden, da man sich hier auf eine Sache konzentrieren und die richtig gut macht!! Das Fleisch war perfekt medium und die Pommes so mega kross - wir träumen heute noch davon. Der Preis war auch absolut faier. Wirklich super und sehr weiterzuempfehlen. :)

Food was ok and it was served relatively fast. Now, when I ordered the bill to pay for our meal (my boyfriend's ♂️ and mine ♀️) the woman who brought the bill handed the bill to my male partner instead of me (even though he was further away from her). I kept showing my credit card to pay but she was still waiting for him to pay. Took her a minute to realize that it is 2023 and the time when paying for bills was exclusive to men is long gone. One more thing that belongs to the past: assuming baby change is done only by women, and women only. Would be great if they could update their mindset to today's era. Updated: Thanks for the input. Really appreciate it. The food is good and we ordered again yesterday this time "to go". And I was pleased to see the packaging for take away is environmentally friendly. Thank you for that.

Love the food! However the service is very varied. It can be really good or quite poor. I'd recommend the Mint lemonade and onion rings (which are gluten-free). They're very accommodating if you like a burger but would prefer it with chicken instead of beef. They Overall it's a really good chain and I'd recommend for an easy night out.

Reliable and consistent food quality across this chain makes it easy to pick a place for a good meal. Despite Covent Garden being busy but we got a table immediately. Food arrived piping hot and fresh. The burger is always juicy and well seasoned.

I am gluten free and had been recommended honest burger and i have to say i was most impressed with the quality of food and ease of getting gf food. Very yummy. Another thing i enjoyed was other than when we were ordering etc we were left to enjoy our food and talk. But when we tried to get a servers attention they came quickly and couldn't be more helpful.
