Pret A Manger in Lambeth

Always such a lovely service makes me keep coming back. You don’t just feel like another customer here—you feel valued. The coffee is great, food delicious and such a great atmosphere! Highly recommend stopping by—this is Pret at its best!

Excellent branch, we tried the blueberry muffin, the avocado and basil chicken sandwich, the tuna sandwich, and the latte.

No porridge. VERY disappointed, especially as this place isn't easy to find and I only went because I love Pret's porridge.

Hidden away Pret in the middle of Shell Centre. It is very convenient for the London Eye, close to Waterloo Station (though there is a Pret in there too), and a short walk across the bridge to Westminster. Its location means that it's often overlooked and, therefore, can be a quieter place to get food and coffee. Because Shell isn't exactly winning PR wars right now, security is a little overbearing in the area, and sometimes the coffee shop is off limits to anyone apart from Shell employees if protests are expected. It's standard Pret fare in here (for better or worse), though speaking from experience, they do make a good coffee compared to other branches. Friendly service, and they do remember their regulars. Limited seating inside and out (despite the staircase, there is no upstairs) and one toilet that you can usually smell before you can see.

When making my order I explicitly asked the worker at the till if they did sugar-free syrup options. The worker at the till who was rude from the beginning of our conversation gave me the options for this. I then confirmed with them again before ordering my coffee with the syrup that I was having a sugar-free option and did not receive any correction. Went to the same Pret yesterday to find that they don’t do sugar-free syrups at all and that I was given have been given a full sugar option. The manager who advised me this also denied that anyone would have told me this and did not apologise for the mix up. I’m a type 2 diabetic so I always ask for a non-sugar alternative to syrups. But the manager was rude, combative and completely dismissive to the idea that her staff had advised me wrong or not listen properly. She even asked me to point out the worker I spoke to and the worker lied about our interaction. I had a sugar crash after drinking the coffee from here yesterday and now I know why. I won’t be coming to this Pret again for my health.

Lovely staff, always brighten up my day! :) Saw a negative comment about the manager lady, I very much like her, she is real and when smiles and talks you know she means it. It gets busy at times but moves very quickly (thanks to staff) and place is kept very clean and tidy. Food and drinks are usual Pret and they have iced drinks (which some smaller outlets do not).

The short blonde lady (manager) shouting at the staff in front of customers. Not professional at all. Upper management need to review.

The short lady (maybe Polish) is extremly rude and needs to learn proper customer service. My order was taken incorrectly and she yelled at me that it was my mistake. Ended up binning the drink, going back to my office and coming back 30mins later to rectify with my subscription. She needs to be properly educated in customer service. Customers purchase the products that pay her wages!

I am a regular and this Pret and is great and clean😃 I always receive outstanding service and especially the manager Paola always remembers my order and creates a nice atmosphere.

The is a girl she works there she is short she is so rude every time I go for a coffee she is screaming and she is so rude with the costumers I feel disgusting to get my coffe there but I have to because I work for shell and she is so rudee please someone in charge do something

Convenient for having lunch sitting at both internal and external tables. You can take food to go. Discreet variety of cold or hot foods also for vegetarians. Dear.

Very fast service, especially compared to the Pret in Waterloo Station. Polite and efficient service. Very convenient as I work close by. The manager is also very efficient and friendly. 👍🏾

Staff are hard working and friendly. Gets very busy with the offices next door and they just bang through all the orders as fast as they can.

In my entire life, I have never encountered someone as rude as the manager. She avoids making eye contact and hardly speaks, even when giving your order. She fails to inform you of what you're being served, and if you're fortunate, you might get a single word from her. The coffee served at this particular Pret location in London is of the poorest quality. As a result, I've decided to discontinue my subscription and bring my coffee from home.

I try to avoid this place because every time I’m disappointed. Remnants of my previous coffee was in my non disposable cup so I asked the short manager lady to rinse it out and she was extremely rude. Cup of coffee produced was 30% coffee and 70% foam…

Convenient location and decent service.

Consistently the worst cappuccino ever. Just a bucket of milk, no foam, very heavy. Cannot tell the difference with latte. Just buy your coffee from somewhere else.

A busy Pret and food is always pretty good. Good location next to WeWork and Shell Centre. 2 min walk to Waterloo tube

The worker “Gabriel” is extremely rude and sarcastic, never been in this pret before and he was very demanding and extremely rude to all customers, got my order wrong as he probably wasn’t listening, STAY AWAY

Small but efficient branch. Not many know of its location. Friendly staff.
