Brilliant place to get a coffee and food is great. Staff are really friendly too! Highly recommend

I really love this cafe. All staffs are friendly and helpful, especailly Carmela, Daniela and Maria, they are always keep smile on their face. So i come here for my breakfast everyday.

I come into this store 3 days a week to TRY to get a vegan wrap and 9 times out of 10, they're not on the shelf. If they're that popular, maybe you could put more out? I come around 8:30 and there's almost never one for me 😭. Please change how you stock the shelves 🌻✌️

Purchased a Salted Caramel Latte, the latte did not taste that good and some of the tables were a bit messy - at one point some type of liquid sugar/syrup got onto the side of my phone case from what I presumed was a clean table and made a giant mess on it. After drinking around half of my latte I take a sip and feel something weird on my tongue which turned out to be a hair, I was NOT happy. Left and tossed the rest of my latte, £4.30 wasted. Aside from that, the staff were nice enough so I can't fault them there, but I wouldn't come back.

Poor service I asked 4 a plate girl on till didn't understand gave me a tray if your working in customer service learn English avoid

Have had a horribly busy day week and didn't have chance to make my packed lunch today. Went into Pret, whilst on the phone and walking between meetings. I felt really rude as I was on a call that I just couldn't break away from. The guy behind the counter was so lovely, and we did all sorts of random mimes to each other, but I got my lunch and he clearly understood how stressed I was. Thank you Pret... I've managed to not go hungry this lunch time!

Nice cafe, I didn't love the food but overall busy and good for a snack.

Tea with milk was served as milk with a dash of tea which made it undrinkable.

Ordered a latte and got a coffee full of froth! Slow down and focus on standards The face to face service was brilliant! Well done

Tried dinning in this morning and was most disappointed with coffee quality (you don’t know how to make Mocha or Chai Latte ) and the quality of the hot chicken or falafel sandwich was so stale - should have got myself a cold sandwich instead. Wasted £20 and would never eat again at any of these shops. My mistake!

The most disgusting Chai Latte ever!!! And for the Falafel and Halloumi cheese wrap, I don’t recommend it, maybe if the shop replace it with Halloumi and veggies wrap, only then Might taste better.

Terrible staff. Every time I go a lady with head scarf stare and talk about me with other staff members then the other staff lady start steering. it’s not happened once . The only Pret I have ever been in that doesn't offer Filter Coffee. Not - we don't have it today, or it's not ready, just we don't do it all... Price gouging? Filter is normally 99p or 1.50. The nearest alternative, Americano, is double that.

Honestly, I never bother to write a negative review, in fact I don't write reviews at all unless I think there's something worth saying, and in that case they've always been positive... but the service at this place was terrible. I can't generalize because probably not everyone who works here is like that. But there were two employees; a man (barista) and a blonde girl (counter) who I found to be completely rude and with a very bad attitude. I didn't like them at all. They seriously had a super bad vibe, just mean, unpleasant and obnoxious people, and I wouldn't go back at all...I wouldn't want to see them ever again😂😅. Anyway, I mention it because I think the manager should know the type of people they have in this workplace since they need to interact with customers on a daily basis.

I have visited this branch for many years and the customer experience I received was absolutely disgusting. Also infront of customers, I was mortified. I even called up your customer services and not really bothered so once my subscription has finished my relationship with this shop is done.

Save your money and go to Costa! Overpriced to start, but the staff are so rude!! Said takeout, but decided to sit in instead as it started raining. The entire time the 2 women behind the till stared at us, gave us unwelcoming looks and talked loudly about how we said we would takeaway. I felt very unwelcome, the atmosphere is much more welcoming at a Costa! Sort your staff Pret! So disappointing, especially for the price.

No longer getting my coffee here after my last few attempts. A few of the women here are so rude for no reason, the team used to be better. - every time I go in to order a drink the server just blankly stares at me, either doesn’t say a word or just yells “what?” and then doesn’t say the price, doesn’t ask if I have a subscription, or when I can pay just stares… - my coffee always seems really light and then I get to work and realise it’s been half filled with foam :/ £4 for half a cup of coffee - place my coffee on the ordering side of the till, continues to place others coffee on the collection side, and then get annoyed and yell at me when I don’t realise they’ve put my drink on the wrong side? That’s only a few of the things and I’ve only been in about 10 times since the last team.

I went to this Pret yesterday to order my usual iced Macha. And when the man gave me my drink, it had milk chunks in it. I’m a barista myself and I know this is not good milk. Alternative Milk can be in date but sometimes can have a fault to it. I said to the man that this isn’t normal and he said yes it is. Then trying to show me inside the milk carton. Rude he was. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I was genuinely about to vomit. I threw my drink that I paid for in the bin after taking a sip and having loads of milk chunks in my mouth and made my way to Pret in arndale and I showed them the picture and even they said “ ew that’s not normal”. I’m still upset about this situation.

I felt that Pret A Manger was a delightful experience with a nice pleasant atmosphere. We ate Chicken and Avocado and Basil plus Chicken and Italian Basil Pesto Sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. We also ordered with our Sandwiches two Cappuccino Coffee's and they were lovely to drink. Overall I would recommend Pret A Manger for a beautiful relaxing but casual lunch. They also play some good tunes whilst eating and drinking. Fantastica. Eccellente. Meravigliosa. I would return again. Whenever I order from Pret to be delivered with drinks I always have an issue with the drinks leaking. Today was worse as 2 hot drinks with holed lids, leaked so much it wet the other items so the cookie wasn’t eatable as it was soggy and both drinks had less than half of the coffee left, it also soaked the bottom of the couriers bag which luckily didn’t have another order in. I have been issued a refund but thought it would be useful if Pret used a better method of sealing the hot drinks that are being couriered.

Always enjoy pret. Quality coffees and enough seating.

We made an order and half of it did not turn up. Ordered some items again and some still missing. Not sure if the issue is from Just Eat or Pret.

Salad with chicken,spinach,basil,roasted peppers, pistachio,dressing..very good!Will buy again..Fast serving.The only negative comment is,it's too cold if you seat under the a/c unit..and too much draft if the door is opened.So better if you seat in the corner,behind the selling point.

Not what I expected, to be fair i didn't know what to expect . Situated on piccadily Gardens, Manchester it's resllt conveniently situated as a food on the go if your changing buses or trams. Good services good choice of food and beverages. Prices are in keeping with other places to eat and drink. Will go again. We needed a drink more than anything. I'd love to try earlier in the day

Manchester Coach Station’a 4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, merkezi bir konumda, büyük bir Pret. Fakat dışarıda geniş bir alan olmasına rağmen masa sandalye yok. Bu yüzden 4 yıldız verdim. Kahveler, yiyecekler her Pret’te olduğu gibi standart. Tavsiye ederim.

Clean and bright store. Food is good but expensive. Plenty of seating and air con good. The toilets were clean. Only downside was the staff. Too keen to chat with each other whilst serving customers

i have been delivered 2 hot egg and bacon rolls, not what i ordered. i order 2 egg bacon baugettes, which are cold scrambled eggs.

I’m a big fan at of Pret and the food/ drinks they offer but the staff at this store were rude and uncourteous. They told us that we couldn’t eat our sandwich inside as they were closing soon (we’d of had more than enough time to finish it).

I have been delivered the wrong order i asked for a breakfast egg and bacon (bauget) and received an egg and bacon roll not the same thing

On a visit to Manchester, called in for an early morning coffee and croissant. Very good branch in centre. Friendly efficient staff and spotlessly clean tables etc.

Croissant was cold on the outside but colder inside. Order placed at 7am which suggests it wasn’t cooked fresh - perhaps frozen from the night before. Pretty disappointing from Pret.

Quite and nice place . We can sit relax and do our own works even sits for an long time. Helps to get an work atmosphere and somedays i came here and order some coffee and do my office works in laptop. It it located in the heart city of manchester Piccadilly. Staffs are very pleasant and beautiful as well 😂🤭. I like cahi latte and chocolate shake the most. When we do any kind of subscription for 1 moth we can drink a maximum of 7 drink from pret a manger a day. So please check the offer as well.

The location is fantastic. They should improve the seating though. For some reason, they stop making frappes at 4! It can be disappointing 😞

Very friendly staff (especially Victoria! Remembers my order and is always very polite), delicious coffee and good food. It can get very busy at lunch but the staff do handle it well.

Food was packaged horribly, both coffees and soup leaked out ruining everything else ordered. I had to get a refund.

Order never came so I can't rate the resturant apart from they tried... But Just Eat driver decided to say he'd collect and never bother so yeah great service JUST EAT! How about hiring people who want to do their work?

Really nice food and drinks, reasonably priced and quick service. Very good subscription programme. Can get loud and busy around rush times but otherwise just a steady flow of people. Usually free seating avaliable.

Restaurant claims to of tried to contact me but no one called me. Driver got hold of me as soon as he arrived at my place. They changed my my cinnamon rolls to raisins without contacting me. Which I can’t eat. So I want refund for them two.

The tea had spilt and wet all packaging. The wrap which was substitute as what I ordered wasn't available. The wrap was like biscuit on the outside and cold inside.

As always, these guys deliver my order - unlike Starbucks and Black Sheep who accept order and then cancel 2 hours later - 15 minutes before delivery slot - Keep up the good work Pret

This store has the friendliest staff I think I have ever meet in a pret the mgr has done well there . There range here is absolutely great. I highly the mango pineapple smoothie . Also get the subscription this is a deal and a half and great tasting coffee and drink available and the sandwiches amazing good job to the staff here

I highly recommend Pret in Portland St. I came here every single day when I stayed in Manchester. I do love this place and its wide range of products, last but not least the coffee. But the most important thing, the staff! They made me feel like home especially Anan, he's been so kind to me and made me feel welcomed every single time. Finally, I definitely recommend their rice-coconut flat white, omg! But please, ask for Anan, he's the best :-)

I am Pret A Manger regular customer , I drink everyday pret a manger black filter coffee, which is fantastic. But every time I buy coffee from this Brach I feel like I am drinking water instead of coffee. This Brach has got something seriously wrong with its filter black coffee. disappointing!!!
