A Coffee Experience at Prêt à Manger: Bitterness on the Side. I am a regular customer of Prêt à Manger for years. However, one of my visits to Walthamstow mall was somewhat... revealing. Upon entering to grab a coffee, Mocha, I thought I would leave with a sense of disillusionment as a bonus. It all started when I had the opportunity to meet the employee who served me, a French barista. A charming woman in appearance, but whose morality seriously leaves something to be desired. How do I know? Well, let's just say I discovered she was the mistress of my husband and other men as well. Yes, you read that right. My husband seems to have found more than just a lunch spot here. He found a coffee companion, and apparently much more, thanks to their particular website. I couldn't help but feel a mix of disgust and surprise realizing that this woman, who smiled and prepared my coffee with such enthusiasm, was actually responsible for the destruction of my family. I wonder how Prêt à Manger can justify putting someone with such lack of scruples and morality at the forefront of their service. It's one thing to provide quality service, but it's another to promote a culture where extramarital affairs are encouraged, even if it means breaking up families. I wonder if Prêt à Manger will soon offer a supplementary matrimonial counseling service along with their coffee. In conclusion, my visit to Prêt à Manger left me with a bitter taste that has nothing to do with the coffee. Perhaps next time, I'll show up with my children to directly discuss with this "model employee" about their questionable practices. Who knows, maybe we can share a cup of truth together. But pictures and videos do not LIE !

Light airy interior with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out at the main entrance to the shopping centre. The croissants were fresh and good quality as was the tea and coffee. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Was impressed when they gave a man another coffee when he knocked his first one over. Excellent customer service.

Cada vez que uso esta rama está llena de grupos de mamás y bebés, ruidosos y ocupados. El personal es excelente, la selección excelente, pero los asientos se ensucian con migajas y las mesas suelen ser pegajosas.
