Having recently moved offices and being made to go in more often, I had to find a new local Pret. Fairly quickly, the staff here recognise me, know my coffee order and are so friendly as well. Great atmosphere which shows how well the manager is doing their job as that energy is reflected by everyone.

Friendly staff quick service at 11am. Nice place to people watch looking out the window.

Best place in center to grab nice sandwiches and coffee

The service is very slow. You have to qoue on the front of the shop before entering. it is not organised. i waited 15 minutes till they took my order. Tge order served in a srange way. They forgot the drink and later they brought it and it was not tasety. They are very slow to deliver the reciept. I think the staff need to be trained how to manage custmers and they need to have priorities. Food is good but is not worth to waste that much time

Today I’ve been served by a guy. I’ve told him few times Earl grey tea.. and he have done latte.. You might need to check, if people working for you can hear… A bad start of the day. I’ve been already many times in this place, but everything was so nice and accurate. But not today. Big dislike for this kind of staff!

This review is 100% for Eusebio & Hussein as they have been incredible staff members in this Pret! Every morning no matter the weather, they always greet me with a smile and just an amazing customer service. I think they both deserve a pay rise for the service they gave to the customers :) x

You can‘t go wrong with a tasty beverage from Pret and a super fresh snack! Especially with the subscription😌.

The staff at this Pret are the best! This is a very busy branch but the staff, especially Eusebio & Hussein, remember your order, are genuinely polite and enthusiastic. I regularly visit Prets all over London and the customer service is never as good as it is at this branch. They deserve all the praise and more!

I was having a bad morning and in a rush but my quick interaction with Hussein was lovely. His friendliness and smile genuinely made my day - that’s all it takes!!

frankly, normal service at this busy location. short stay and ordinary coffee at the pricey cost

I went inside to use the toilet and have a coffee. The staff knocked the toilet door a few times and asked if someone was inside. Never experienced anything alike before. Really bad. As I was leaving I realised there was no soap. Extremely bad. I asked the cleaner if they had anything to wash my hands with. The reply was no. Not untill I asked a third time I was directed to use the hand sanitiser outside. I couldn’t find any sanitiser outside but as a turned around I realised it was by the till. As an excuse for uninvited toilet-users not paying for coffee. Before I was even 2 meter from the till and still yet a customer in between me and the cashier. He asked what I wanted. I understood by then that this place had really horrible customer service so I made it look as if I wasn’t going to order but said I wanted to wash my hands. As I stood there washing my hands for twenty seconds they let all the other customers know the toilet was not working any longer. Not explaining to anyone why that was the case. I obviously felt embarrassed by the situation so I left. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It was ridiculously horrible and just insanely rude.

Decent size with a good bathroom . Very friendly staff . Can be busy at times , but waiting time short .

Great staff and usually enough room to ear in. Apart from lunch time, when the city workers come in mass to eat .

It has a got a great seating place. For me, the service was quick!

Normally quick service but very inconsistent when it comes to putting through the right products. You would have thought after a few lunchtime rushes, the staff would quickly recognise the sandwich and prices. Also they don't consistently cut the toasties in half. I don't know if this is pure laziness or they don't want to do it. One of the guys does cut them and takes great care and attention in doing so but the rest of them don't.

Wannimmer ich in London bin gehe ich regelmäßig ins Pret A Manger. Hier gibt es leckere Snacks, himmlische Suppen und köstliche Salate zu einem akzeptaplen Preis und super geeignet als Pause für lange sightseeings. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet uns deutschen Touristen gerne Fragen zu ihren Produkten und hilft auch mal wenn man etwas sucht. Meine liebsten Snack bar Riegel nehme ich immer nach Deutschland mit. Ich esse nie Schokoriegel, aber diese Bars sind ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder. Whenever I am in London I go to Pret A Manger.They have tasty snacks, heavenly soups and delicious salads with fair prices. Thos place is the best for breaks during long sightseeing tours. The service is quite polite and answers also questions of german tourists about products and also about a way to a sightseeingpoint.My favourite snack bars I take always a few of them with me to Germany. I never eat choclatebars like snickers, mars or similar but I really love the delicous snackbars, nuts bars of pret A manger. You can find them close to the cashier. One cost just 1.30 £. It's a real handmade taste! We will definitely come again.

Prets always good. But one tissue should be provided with a messy cheese and tomato croissant. Apart from that all good.

Pret is a great place to pick up a quick snack, service is swift and efficient, even when there are queues they are fast moving. The staff here obviously take pride in their work as this store is very clean and well maintained. A little more costly than other sandwich shops in the area but on the whole worth it.

Pret is quite standardised, but the staff here are especially friendly and helpful.

Pessimo servizio. Sta mattina 29 nov. alle ore 10,30 ho chiesto 2 caffe espresso corto mi hanno dato 2 bicchieri grandi di un caffè troppo lungo. La cameriera italiana non mi ha voluto rispondere in italiano. Ho accettato il primo bicchierone e ho chiesto(in inglese!) Che mi rifacesse il secondo. Lei ha preso il secondo bicchierone di caffè lungo, che era già pronto, ne ha gettato la metà e il resto ce lo ha servito in un bicchierino piccolo. Pessimo servizio. Pessima cameriera che essendo italiana ha fatto finta di non capire e ci ha servito molto male. Questo non giova al buon nome di pret!

I never leave reviews but I had to give feedback on the excellent service from the staff at the Finsbury Park Pret. From the minute I walked in they were attentive as I arrived with a baby in a dirty nappy I was immediately taken to the toilets and the staff helped me with all the doors and setting the table up. They also insisted on bringing my tray over so I could settle my little one. Definitely put a smile on my face and made eating out with my 4 month old a little easier!
