Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Despite the increase in prices since the last time I traveled, this network still has two major advantages: one, the cost-benefit ratio; and another, capillarity, which allows us to find a store in any area of ​​the city, and be served quickly. The place is spacious, clean, well lit, and comfortable.

Cappuccino was actually horrible

Fantastic chain, ideal for breakfast or brunch, in our case we saw several throughout London, it has about 300 stores in the city. All their products are freshly made, the fruit is very delicious. The pastries are delicious, you can also eat a ham and cheese sandwich with mustard that is luxurious. They also have juices and very good coffee. The stores are very attractive and are usually spacious. It has qualified and extremely friendly staff. You can't go to London without stopping by a Pret.

I ordered a TGTO for 18-1830 at 3pm. but the store decides to close early without giving me enough time to cancel my order. when I tried my best to arrive 1810, it’s locked, I can see staff inside but they won’t let anyone in. It is not a big deal but I would have thought

£20 for 2 coffees and poor food

On entering the establishment, I was greeted with a warm smile by Lana and her colleague Pablo. I purchased the chicken, avocado and basil sandwich (which was delicious) and I was delighted, as it was a hot day, to be gifted a Pret cooler by the wonderful people serving me. Well done Lana and Pablo- you made my day!

As a regular at Pret, I figured it's about time I share my thoughts on the place. It's not like I feel obligated or anything, but their coffee is seriously worth talking about. I've lost count of how many times I've stopped by for my caffeine fix, and they've never disappointed. But the coffee isn't the only thing that keeps me coming back. The staff at Pret are always so friendly and attentive – it's a bit surprising, honestly. You don't often find such genuine customer service these days, and I feel like I just have to mention it. So, if you're looking for a consistently good cup of coffee and a place where the staff actually seem to care, give Pret a try. Trust me, as a loyal customer, I wouldn't steer you wrong.

Muy bien sacarse el abono mensual que el primer mes es bastante económico y que te permite tomarte un café de los mil que tienen o un chocolate caliente cada media hora en los doscientos (y me quedo corto) Pret & Manger que hay repartidos por todo Londres.

Coffee is good but manager is a bit rude. In the morning one of the employees could not give me change and wrote in a note the change they owed me. That was ok. When I went back manager asked me "what was the problem" and after I explained proceed to give me my change in an indelicate manner. That's what you get for helping around this place..

Clean, tidy place with friendly staff

Excellent location, facilities and food but not great customer service. Also understaffed today at 8am as people are coming back to their offices.

Very rare that you get really good customer service in retail coffee shops - and today I did. Mario at Pret Queen Street was excellent! Thank you for listening and for your great customer service today. Recommendation: I LOVE Pret coffee, but have recently been diagnosed with an intolerance to raw sugar... and yes I love my coffee with some form of sweetener (but not pharmaceutical). Please could Pret add honey as a ‘shot’ to the drinks menu. Thank you!

Clean and brightly lit establishment with the usual Pret offerings such as sandwiches, coffee, salads and juices. This store is particularly spacious with plenty of seating and tables. It is much more inviting as a result. Even with the large seating area, there was plenty of room for walking around and shop leisurely for your lunch. The porridge containers were a bit small. I had to purchase 2 cups to fill up. The cashiers were friendly and efficient. Condiments such as sugar were properly supplied. Napkins, spoons, forks and knives were plentiful. The 2 separate entrances were propped open in winter weather, leading to a rather strong draft within the restaurant. It can be uncomfortable if you sit near the doors or in the direct path of the wind.

Standard Pret. Very big and has plenty of space to sit. Probably one of the biggest Pret I have been to in terms is seating space. Nice location, walking distance from Bank tube station.

Good layout and great staff, but like a wind tunnel on a cold day. Pret you need to put doors on this place which don't get stuck in the open position whenever someone enters!

Excellent service experienced by myself first hand at the counter with the rest of Team Pret works tirelessly together to deliver the right kind of service. I am only here for a little more than 30 mins and I see them making multiple rounds to make sure the tables are cleared, condiments are top up and chairs are pushed in. The manager keeps watch to make everything is in tip top condition and you can see everyone taking pride in what they do. Excellent experience overall.

First and last time in a Pret Manager.......sandwich, crisps and drink...wow!....my fault should have looked at the prices £7.50! so so over priced even my sandwichhad some kind of chicken spread instead of real chicken terrible....lesson learnt!

Large cafe/take away with plenty of seating and friendly staff. Popular with City office staff at lunchtime and as an ad hoc meeting point/impromptu discussion venue throughout the day. If you visit after 4 pm limited food choices but good coffee/soft drinks. Unisex loos - code to access them on your receipt or ask staff if you didn't pick one up. Close to the Guildhall Art Museum which houses part of an original Roman Amphitheatre and is definitely worth a quick visit - entry is free.

Like the relaxed feel of this location, not too crowded even during lunch hour. Good place to grab quick bite to eat like sandwiches, salads, coffee and pastries. Recommend the cray fish and avocado salad, blt sandwich.
