Worst pret ever!Unprofessional workers,disgusting food.

There are certain individuals who make your day and give you something never to forget! Asian guy with checkered shirt (I think he is the manager of the store, but I wish I got your name), went out of his way to collect the last cheese toastie from the other Pret branch for myself, along with providing a complimentary chocolate croissant. The upcoming baby and I are extremely grateful for your fantastic customer service and simple generous human nature - thank you once again!

Was bullied by an Asian lady staff in the store. Accidentally dropped a pot of fruit on the way to pay while pregnant. I was physically forced to pay twice for the product despite other staffs told me not to worry about it.

I’m not sure how they have 4 stars, this place is a joke we barely get summer in the U.K. and the moment there’s a little heat they run out of ice … not just once for 3 days last week no ice and now they don’t have ice again for 2 days the week after. A bit pathetic tbh. They want you to subscribe to their service but can’t deliver on simple products that customers will need especially during the heat. Never known a store specialising in ice drinks/smoothies to run out of ice, it’s actually sad. They’re always out of something!

Very early closing time. It closes at 4, which isn't a very smart business strategy seeing as most people who would grab a coffee on the way home from work finish working at 5. Costa and Starbucks' products are cheaper and they are open until 6 or 7.

Staff were polite, but I came to get a coffee at 3pm and it was already closed when Google told me they closed at 4pm instead

Ordered mocha and worst coffee in my entire life and I'm not even kidding. It doesn't taste chocolate at all and it was bitter and burned. Had to throw it right away.

Sandwiches, and sandwiches. Good stuff.

I've now been using this Pret A Manger (New Fetter Lane) for a few months, and find the staff very friendly and the shop very clean and tidy, good food choices and not too expensive.

Pretty much what you see is what you get. Like most other Prets but can get s bit untidy with all the traffic.

Same old same old. Competent and reliable.

It's an over-priced sandwich shop. Nothing more.

Prets are usually pretty consistent, I use them every single day, however this one, that I use relatively frequently, is badly managed. The culture of the staff is generally slow and unhelpful, and also quite surly and unfriendly. At every other Pret the staff will put your coffee in the bag for you but not at this one, they plonk it on the counter and yell 'next!' behind you.

In the City last week and had to stop off here. Okay it is a Pret sure and the coffee actually is quite good here. You get a full view of the John Wilkes Statue which is fantastic. John Wilkes was a previous Lord Mayor of London (YES there was life before Boris!!) He was a great advocate for freedom of the Press and pretty liberally minded for his time. Nothing better than a nice cup of coffee and a fine statue to warm the cockles of your heart.

Never had a bad sandwich, but, very expensive
