I had a terrible experience in this Pret earlier this evening. I had ordered an iced decaf oat latte but a decaf oat latte was provided. I politely informed the barista of this as she handed over the drink and she became furious and shouted, "you said a decaf oat latte!!!". I was absolutely shocked to be spoken to in that manner, and next to the manager too who was serving another customer but did not step in. I told her that there was no need to speak to me in that way and she shouted again, "now that drink will be wasted". To defuse the situation I took the oat latte (not ideal in 30+ degrees heat) but the experience left me a bit shaken up. I expected a better level of service, to be honest, and have never experienced verbal aggression or rudeness in my local Barbican and Farringdon Prets. I sincerely hope this will be looked into so other customers don't have to go through the same experience. I can see that there's a similar review from 3-weeks ago so fear it may be a repeating pattern.

Yesterday (Friday) I was told the store would be closing at 6:30pm which was a shame as I wanted somewhere to wait until 7pm , the advertised closing time. It had taken me some time to find a pret that was open late. Staff very friendly and had a problem with the coffee machine not working but got me a cooler instead. Can stores please, please, please stick to advertised hours :-)

I was having a really rough day and was so exhausted. Ordered myself some food and a drink, service was really friendly and efficient. I ended up accidentally spilling my entire drink all over the floor at this pret. I was so tired and just managed to tell the member on staff, Sean (Shawn?). He was so friendly and helpful and immediately starting to clean the area (I was trying to help too, I promise). I was very apologetic and probably a bit frazzled but he calmed me and just reminded me that things like this happen sometimes. I know it sounds silly but It's the small things that make a difference to a person's day and I really appreciate it, thanks Sean. Update: it happened twice. Very tired.

As a big fan of Pret and their loyal subscriber, this branch offers the poorest customer service I ever met in the UK. I ordered an ice oat latte today, they gave me an ice latte. I said to them what I ordered was an ice oat latte, the lady behind the counter shouted to me furiously: “you said an ice latte!” OMG, I was definitely shocked by the way she treated the customer, is it such a serious thing to make she shout? I just said:”ok, give it to me, I won’t die if I drink normal milk”. It’s not the first time I visit this branch, I’m a member of virgin active which is very near to this branch. I always order some food and drink when I finish my workout, so I visit this branch about 2-3 times a week. I personally always feel the staffs here are not as friendly as other Pret branch. Sometimes I even could feel some kind of racism from the staff here: they smile and offer help to the white customer but never smile and offer help to me. I don’t want to complain it ,because I love Pret, I just come here to take a coffee and buy their delicious sandwich. But, now, I think it’s time to say it out.

Awful service. Their croissants are ice cold, and they don't care. When asked to warm it up, they said no and they weren't going to make any new fresh ones. This is 11am, not even late in the day.

The team at this branch are great and friendly and polite! They quickly work through the lunchtime queues. My gripe is with ever decreasing portion sizes, partially filled baguettes and ever increasing prices. Not on Prets!

ridiculous, they make their schedule how they want. Today I was told by that employee named Amir that I am only allowed one type of coffee based on the subscription. I want to know since when are you only allowed to have one type of drink??

Such an arrogant personal on this place. I have a problem with my card, and for this reason i wanted to pay cash, and always they don’t have any change. I can understand one or to time, but it’s my 4th time come there and no cash change. And always they answer in a such an arrogant manner’s.

Service was fast, staff members opened a new till as soon as they saw the queue building up. Chai latte was ok but could have been better, it tastes different in every branch so far from what I have tried. Normal Pret variety menu..

Nice and big but staff in this branch are not very customer focused. I always have to queue for ages while several staff are stocking shelves or any other task to avoid serving customers.

One of my favourite Pret’s! All the staff are so friendly and it is really spacious inside. But what makes this place really great - is Orlando! He is always so polite and helpful, and his barista skills are second to none 😎 A real credit to Pret and the service industry in general. Thanks Orlando and thanks Pret!

Today, at 4:50 PM, I ordered a coconut latte. Unfortunately, the latte was tasteless, and there was hardly any milk in it. The bad taste was unusual for Pret, and I hope they address the quality control issue.

Not eating the specific location but Peet in general. They have reduced cup sizes and they fill it about 66%. Becoming a real rip-off. Look for an alternative.

Not the best one of the branch. Staff was not that friendly, place looked a bit dirty and the music was really loud. On the plus side: staff worked efficiently and quality of food as can be expected.

So, I met this guy at St James' Park while he was saving my kid from drowning (odd situation I know) and I thought he was such a charming man! And turns out he is! I though that after my husband passed 3 years ago, I would never find love again, but I think I may of found it again! And this place housed my first date with this man! Luckily I didn't have to worry about telling him about my 5 kids as he had seen them when we met in the park. I think hes a great guy and I think hes perfect for me and my kids!

I love pret for lunch when I'm working in the office and the staff in this one were really friendly and bubbly. No complaints from me.

Vale la pena entrar poque encuentras de todo lo relativo a cafés, tés y la bollería está bastante bien, con opciones saludables. Le doy 5 estrellas a este local en concreto porque nos atendió un chico portugués con una amabilidad excepcional y se esforzó por hablarnos en Español y luego cuando salió a hacer limpieza aún se acercó a hablarnos. Ese es el tipo de atención al cliente que te hace valorar de verdad los sitios. El resto de los dependientes también fueron muy agradables.

Hay cientos en Londres, una cadena de comida rápida más. No es barato

Had never been to a pret before and had heard good things so looked forward to it only to find a tacky over priced coffee shop that showed that all but a tiny portion of the money they make gets kept for themselves...just found a bare room with about 10 cheap tables and uncomfortable chairs all pushed to the side...the irony being a poster that summed up the coffee and the shop perfectly by saying "this is rubbish"

Busy. Attracts a predominantly work crowd at present which are very few as most are still working from home! Staff are friendly but wish they would stock more items. As per most places, this has been scaled down a lot with the COVID-19 pandemic. Go earlier in the day for a better selection. Nice to see Christmas treats again.

Big and busy branch in a prime location for workers near by and tourists / families visiting the Museum of London. Indoor seating and some outdoor as well. Usual Pret range and your always bound to find something from juices to sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, coffee and more. Staff are generally friendly. Service is fast given how busy the branch is. Range is somewhat reduced as per most places with the COVID-19 pandemic. Good place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee.

The store has a spacious seating area. The staff was friendly and it was clean when we sat down. As usaul there coffee is always nice as standard.

Con tantos restaurantes de la ciudad firmemente cerrados, ¿dónde mejor para un almuerzo rápido antes de una visita al cercano Museo de Londres que esta sucursal de Pret A Manger justo al sur de la rotonda debajo del museo mismo? Un rollo de langosta, ensalada de salmón, paquete de patatas fritas, un sándwich y un muffin para mi hija, yogur, agua con gas y un café helado, todo para 23.

Fui a tomar un café y un pastel antes de ir al museo 9. 00 para 2 cafés y almendras y una pasa de dolor, el personal está bien, WiFi aquí, mucha gente en las computadoras portátiles trabajando.

Fui allí un domingo por la noche para tomar un sándwich rápido. Excelente servicio como siempre con la cadena y obtuve un excelente refrigerio a un precio rentable. La variedad era muy baja, pero fui un fin de semana con aproximadamente 2 horas para cerrar el tomo, por lo que no puedo quejarme en absoluto.

Il locale si trova a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di St Paul e, come tutti quelli appartenenti a questa catena, offre un servizio ristorativo che reputo particolarmente convincente, ovvero self service e possibilità di portare via o di fermarsi a mangiare all'interno del locale, provvisto di uno spazio molto semplice ma particolarmente pratico, pulito e abbastanza grande da poter trovare facilmente posto a sedere, dato che, per consumare un pasto di Pret a manger bastano pochi minuti. Il prodotto da consumare è fresco ed è possibile scegliere tra panini, sandwich, insalate e c'è anche l'angolo del caldo; molto ben fornito è il frigo delle bevande. Da notare inoltre come ci siano tutta una serie di altri prodotti da stuzzicare che è possibile acquistare (dalle patatine ai dolci). Il prezzo è buono e il servizio è minimo (pagare alla cassa praticamente), ma vedere persone che sostituiscono i prodotti nei frigo e mantengono pulito il locale sbarazzando anche i tavoli è particolarmente positivo. Personalmente consiglio la catena per un pranzo (o comunque una pausa) veloce e che porta a sazietà spendendo pochi euro.

Ok so I don't review prets often. I visit them frequently because I live and work around a bunch and organising myself to bring my own food in is clearly impossible I asked for a coconut rice milk cappacino to fade the suicidal dullness of coming in on a Sunday again to work for the PhD with the blistering brilliance that can only come from trying a new method of getting the caffeine to my veins to combat the lack of sleep (short of shooting up an espresso in an alleyway). The lovely staff informed me the cappacino isn't available with coconut rice milk as they can't froth it and suggested a latte instead. I agreed and they said as I'd never tried it before it was on the house which is the nicest treat to cheer up what is likely to be a miserable 12 hours in an office. Thank you for helping me get through another one :) PS the coconut rice milk latte tastes pretty amazing

Went here on a Sunday evening to grab a quick sandwich. Excellent service as always with the chain and got an excellent snack for a cost effective price. Variety was very less but I did go on a weekend with about 2 hours to closing tome, so can’t complain at all.

Went for lunch after a morning at the Museum of London, very friendly staff and high chairs for little ones. Just missing out on five stars because there isn't a self serve drinking water tap and if the downstairs is full, no lift to get to upstairs seating if you have a buggy.

The food & drink at Pret is always great, but it's a shame they default to paper cups, even when you specify 'drinking in'. It also goes against their supposed environmental policies
