Coffee was good but it was cold inside and wifi network wasn’t working at all

Pret Employees are just slamming the doors like their owns but it also reflects poorly on the establishment's overall customer service and etiquette standards. A simple door etiquette reminder or even a door closer mechanism could prevent such incidents and create a more welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Had such a great experience, felt very cared for and server was very kind and friendly.

Visited Mansion House branch this morning, so firstly would like to thank you for being open early on Sundays as everywhere else around here is closed. I ordered two of the oat pots with pistachios, which are absolutely delicious and full of protein and an oat flat white. Tamanna served me, was very welcoming, smiling and polite and made my flat white perfectly as many cafés do not get the texture right. Was also a perfect temperature, nice and hot. Hate coffees that go cold after 5mins. 70/75 degrees is spot on. I believe Tamanna could see I was exhausted and struggling with all my bags and SO kindly gave me my coffee on the house. Tamanna has really made my day! I don’t expect free coffee and today of all days it has meant a lot this small act of kindness. I will definitely be returning.

The customer service experience was deeply disappointing, characterized by a lack of professionalism and empathy. The individual in question, a short, bulky woman with mousy brown hair, demonstrated a regrettable absence of people skills. It is suggested that her talents may be better suited to tasks where minimal interaction with customers is required, such as cleaning toilets. This would help create a more positive atmosphere for patrons who expect a higher standard of service.

What a hideous experience, only bought a sandwich - went to pay with cash and the staff were not able to find £6 in change - a joke they even asked me if i could pay on a card - last time i looked in England we have coins and notes! wasted 10 minutes of my time at lunchtime and countless other people waiting.

Just ordered a feeling peachy cooler for almost £4 and the guy just poured it out of a carton. No syrup, no purée, nothing. Bitter and tasteless. Pret, you should ashamed!!

Asked for a drink with less ice and was given regular amount of ice. I finished half the drink in 2 sips and brought this to the staffs attention, they weren’t prepared to give me what I actually asked for. People, Check your drink before you accept it….

As many visit to Pret A Manger store in different location, so far this is worst one in customer service. I had sandwich and snack pot for my lunch, and asking for takeout, the cashier seem total ignored me by charge full eat-in price, and when I point out, she did not say anything by talking with her colleague, and when I asking receipt, other long waiting time that she keep talking with her colleague. For food, still in the standard and taste that satisfied me.

We had a good experience here on a Sunday morning - staff were efficient and we got what we wanted fast :)

Pret, always OK, rarely WOW. This one is no exception. Good location and place to sit before client meetings, tea is ok, food never excites but always fills a hole. The staff here are polite, perhaps we shouldn’t ask for more. But give me an independent coffee shop any time. And hoping to make you smile…. Do you remember the joke about hot coffee and ice cream? Because affogato.

What makes THIS Pret better than the other 11 we walked past today? Its staff, friendly and engaging and it had a loo when we needed it!

Walked in and got a millisecond to think before asked what I wanted, feeling rushed I said cappuccino. It's incredibly irritating when you take 10 mins out of your schedule to get your first cappuccino for the morning and it's burnt and watery. Don't you think ?

We use Pret to host our board meetings for our new startup. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Servicio rápido y sabrosa comida. Precio razonable. Cuenta con ensaladas, sándwiches, comida caliente como lasaganas. Además de deliciosos postres y jugos. Cuenta con opciones vegetarianas. Según la hora puede estar muy concurrido y no tener mesas para comer, pero puedes pedir para llevar. El baño estaba decente, pero falta más atención a la limpieza del lugar.

The food is good, the expresso is excellent, i particularly loved this one because it has a downstairs quite room.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID. The lady will stand in the door 2 minutes before closing and will kick you out with your coffe in hand! Horrible!!!

Pret A Manger generally does a very good job of providing quality snacks and drinks. Coffee, sandwiches and soups, porridge etc are all good. You can get food to go or sit in. Generally they are not the most comfortable environment to sit in or have ad hoc meetings for example. To be fare they are not meant to be destination type cafes, more grab a quick breakfast or lunch. This is what I use them for. This one actually is not that bad to eat in with a fair number of seats. Staff are always pleasant and seem well trained.

I thought it was impossible for the toilets to be worse than the Starbucks in 87 King William St, London, but this place wins. Absolutely unacceptable!

Abbiamo preso due Panini per pranzo, ma purtroppo è stato il classico pranzo dove mangi per fame.

I like Pret. This Cannon Street branch opens at 7.30am on Saturday which is way earlier than the 9am of Pret, Paternoster Square. Food is consistently good and always fresh.

The best Pret in the area. The other stores need to learn from these guys. This one is smaller than the other nearby prets, yet churns out smiling fast efficient customer service in abundance. My praises to the store manager and the staff who work there. You guy are truly excellent and will do well at everything you turn your hats to. 🧢

One of the better branches in the City. This one actually has areas which are comfortable to sit and eat rather than be cramped up or have no seating at all like most of the other branches in the city

Impossibile non imbattersi in un Pret a Manger se si visita Londra. Diverso dalle solite catene di caffè londinesi (Costa, Caffè Nero, ecc) e diverso dai soliti fast food (Mc Dondald's, KFC, ecc). Il cibo è davvero buono nonostante sia "veloce", i sandwich sono ottimi ed è disponibile una vasta gamma di frutta/macedonia. Vari posti a sedere e arredamento minimal e moderno. Forse i prezzi sono leggermente più alti ma ne vale la pena. Locale/catena assolutamente consigliato/a!

I had porridge after walking around in the rain and it was the perfect pick-me-up. The staff are nice and the place is clean. Good selection of hot and cold snacks.

I visited this store with a friend of mine and we were greeted by a sweet lady named Teodora. She has a bubbly personality and is always smiling. Would visit this store again! We got a crossiant on the house as well. Cheers

Hay muchas opciones para vegetarianos aquí (incluyendo sándwiches, envolturas y ensaladas), toda la comida se hace fresca. Fui a esta sucursal en un momento tranquilo, pero en general las sucursales en la ciudad están muy ocupadas de lunes a viernes (especialmente por la mañana y al mediodía en las zonas turísticas).
