Prestige Kebabs in Wrexham

Ordered 2 burgers via just eat at around 1am...come 2am still not arrived 2.15 still nothing and then 2.30 yup you guessed it nothing....2.40am I ring them to see why its taken almost 2.5 hours to cook and deliver 2 burgers. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious and hung up on me twice. Last time I rung I asked her to cancel the order as its been 3 hours and would just like a refund. I was told no and got hung up on again. I mean who would go to a restaurant order food and wait 3 hours and still wait and pay. I thought it was FAST food for a reason! Its now 2 days on and I get an email from just eat telling me I can't get a refund because the restaurant said its been delivered. I have just spoke to the very rude manager again and said I would like a refund as you have both my food and money. I was then subject to shouting and swearing down the phone (all of which I have recorded). Hung up on again. I will be going to citizens advice and trading standards over this shocking establishment. Seriously avoid if I could give a zero star I would. Better of throwing your money away to be honest.

We waited 2 hours for our food! We rang many times to ask how long our food would take, NO answer! The food eventually arrived, stone cold and burnt. Will never be ordering from here again! Customer service could be better, even though we were given free food due to our delay it was not justifiable.

Ordered a takeaway.... was told 50 minutes! A hour and 20 past when I rang them up. Was told the drivers car was broke an he was on the way! 3 phone calls later and another 40 mins and he was here! It was dryer than my airing cupboard and tasteless. I am not angry..... or upset..... I’m just shocked.

Ordered 2 kids meal. 1 was chicken nuggets with chips and it was the cheapy nuggets even the kids didn't like them. They sent the wrong pizza, they came back with the right pizza and the chicken on the pizza was raw and I ordered a garlic base and it was tomato. To summarise it was awful and will not order again.

Awful worst ever tasteless and wrong on 3 occassions. Cold and tasteless. Very poor. I will be honest I am not fussy but this I would not give to a stray dog it was awful. If I could not give a star I would of. We ordered for a family of 4 and nothing on what we had was nice. Even nuggets where the cheap one where you buy like 300 for a quid. Stay clear!!

first of all my food was late came didn't send complimentary garlic bread opened bag as i ordered pots of various sauces all smashed together ordered 2 Donner kebabs sent one chicken one Donner. Donner meet and chips dripping with oil no joke it covered half the box food was cold staff were so rude when i called them. dont eat from here if you dont want a bad experiance.

Decepcionante. Organicé un kebab noche con las chicas y organizado por un cierto tiempo. Llegó unos 30 minutos después la compañía había dicho que sería tarde. Pedí el pollo solo que venía con patatas fritas empapadas. Doner kebab estaba pasada y no sólo en una envoltura de pitta. Salsa de chili era tan fuerte no se podía comer. Sé que es barato y alegre, pero me sentí tan enferma la comida después de la fuerza de la salsa de chili barato me pusieron el resto. y binned Sin embargo, el conductor de la entrega era precioso. No suelo quejarme pero no días felices: - (juego justo para el conductor entrega aunque :-)
