My son took big bite and nearly choked as last thing you expect in your wrap is bones. They used 3 small wings in what should of been a chicken strip wrap. Called restaurant and offered a free pizza. Declined, as we didn’t need any more food. Totally dangerous... I understand orders go wrong at times but bones in a wrap that was given to child

Ordered a takeaway for delivery online and paid via card, delivery times stated 45 minutes. After 10 minutes I recieved a call dying that they didn't have why I had ordered and paid for but would I accept and alternative. I agreed even though i wasnt overly keen on the alternative but as it was a mixed meat kebab I had ordered I could still eat the majority of it. The food arrived after 60 mins, not the 45 mins it stated when I order so not only did they not have why I paid for it was late! Opened the boxes and must admit the rest of the food I ordered was warm however the kebab was cold and mostly the meat I didn't order and wasn't overly keen on. I rang them up and tried to explain my disappointment and reasons why to be told by a rude member of staff that I was being argumentative. I explained that this was not the case I was just informing them of my had experience to be asked "What do you expect for £7" (the price of the kebab), surely if u can't provide what i paid for atleast send the alternative hot! I was told they aren't bothered about my custom as they have many other customers and if I don't like the food them simply don't order again, followed by a rant in another language to which I replied with a few cross words and ended the call. Not the kind of customer service I expect as a paying customer and although the rest of my order was ok I definitely will not be returning.

I went to Asda, but they closed the checkout at 5.They made me put the food back.And I had to go over the road to Lidl Second time i've had bad service in two weeks

We've been ordering from here for years and never had an issue, unfortunately tonight we were victim to sexism. I placed an order for collection as I usually do and when THEY got it wrong my husband was told to order it next time as 'he would get it right'. Absolutely disgusted at having to write this review as never had an issue like this before but please be mindful when ladies order from here as they obviously prefer to take orders from males

No issues with the food at all. Everything was absolutely perfect Delivery was quick Thanks so much :) Will definitely be ordering again

I ordered 7 meals through Just Eat as a Christmas treat for the participants I work with. Waiting time wasn't too bad so no complaints there. When the order arrived, once checked, there were three items missing from the order, one being the infamous gravy. I called them to report the missing items only to be told "I won't send a driver back to you with the missing items as it's not worth it! Can you come into store to pick them up?" Firstly, the driver only delivered the items they had been given to them to deliver so KFC should think of this as 'worth it' as it was their error. Secondly, I would have came into store to order and pick up in the first instance if that was an option... hence using Just Eat. I then got told to get a refund from Just Eat if I couldn't get to the shop. Lousy customer service ultimately loses customers!
