Krazy About Pizza in Wrexham

WORST PIZZA IN WREXHAM! A pre order came an hour and 15 minutes late. When it arrived it literally stank of a dirty oven. Couldnt eat it. When i complained thet offered to "send a couple of delivery guys" to collect it. Which im assuming was meant to be a threat rather than an offer for a refund as nobody came to collect it and a refund was not offered. Foodhub couldnt assist with the refund and closed down the conversation before i could reply.

Absolutely ridiculous service, just finished a 12 hour shift so fancied a takeaway. 1 hour late took ages to answer the phone, chips were stone cold and dry didn't get what we asked for!!

I ordered through foodhub from here on Friday at 7pm, 90 mins later I called politely to see where the order was as it was paid on my card. They said it was on its way, an hour later my boyfriend called they said it would be 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I contacted foodhub who in turn contacted krazy about pizza and they said it would be ten mins. After waiting almost 4 hours I gave up and the food never arrived. The next day I contacted them for a refund and they said I had to go through foodhub (even though it is foodhub policy to deal with refunds directly with the takeaway) This takeaway is a complete joke and it is my opinion they’re just trying to rip people off. When I looked at reviews of theirs online I wasn’t surprised to see one star reviews, complaints of rubbish food, rubbish service and missing orders. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs, It’s only a shame I can’t give it zero stars as one star is way too high.
