Was a regular before so thought try again whont be going back again there was more oil no my donner meat than in my car meat was skin thin chicken meat portion size for a 6 month old baby was a let down must be new owners

Just ordered hear not eaten hear in years so fancied ordering different changed over the year burger was ok nothing special chips soggy no flavour really disappointed

So fuming with the service from this restaurant especially as we are very regular customers, my pizza which I had paid for extra toppings arrived in a crushed box with all the toppings to one side and stuck to the lid of the box so basically a mess in a box, I then rang the restaurant to complain and ask for my chips to be replaced too as they would be cold, initially they offered to send a new pizza which would have been fine but after asking for chips replaced I was told claim your money back

kebab was supposed to come with salad and sauce came with neither. starters were very bland and no spice or flavour to them. only thing what was right was the pizza.

unfortunately our cans of pop were missing. one I've been able to get refund for. the other was a 30p upgrade for coke in a meal deal so couldn't get the refund for that. a shame really.

New to the area and 1st time ordering. Came super quick and piping hot. Very polite delivery driver Did not dissapoint 5*

Food is great and has been every time I’ve ordered from here. The delivery driver is great too !! He’s really polite and just a genuinely nice guy. I will continue to order from here because I’m yet to find another spot that’s as good as this place!

Nice to see a takeaway that actually reads their "notes". I mean, it is there for a reason. Pizza was lush and the chips were one of the best I've had from a takeaway. Not tried the cake yet, but that looks amazing!

The best kebabs we've had in a very long time. Full of kebab meat, very fresh salad with loads of sauce.

Very nice food. Garlic pizza bread is always cooked perfectly and the burgers are very nice.

Prem Pizza is my favourite place to order from locally. Burgers and Calzone's are always spot on 👌 Always ask for delivery straight away and it's always come prior to the estimated time of arrival. Drivers and staff are super friendly also, not to mention the place is great value for money ☺️ If I can't be arsed to cook this is my go to place!!! 😋

Had an issue with payment due to my own fault and they dealt with it professionally and with kindness, was very grateful to not be made to feel embarrassed so thankyou for that. Nice delivery driver and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone. Food was lovely as always highly recommend.

Chips notbcrispy chicken parmezan very thin a lot cheep cheese . Not recomend for anyone.

Received notification the food had arrived only for it to be delivered 15 minutes after. The food wasn’t hot and the driver simply delivered with no apology. I have ordered from here before and it was spot on but today has left a ‘bad taste’

Food is normally brill from here but yesterday the fries tasted too oily and the chicken was very tasteless.

Never disappointed. Whether collect or have delivered. Spot on. The staff are polite and friendly. I’m a regular returning customer.

Excellent food as usual from one of our go to restaurants, highly recommend this place, the 9in deep pan pizzas are delicious as are the chicken bites too, the chips are usually hot, crispy and delicious as well unlike the cold, soggy and floppy chips normally supplied by takeaway restaurants 👍

the only thing was was edible was the pizza and starters. burger was hard like cardboard and lettuce had seen better days. won't be ordering from here again

mushroom bhajis tasted like plastic and too much gram flour on onion bhajis and very bland. rest of order was nice. but 50p for a small tub of dip is abit much.

Food was piping hot at the correct time and prepared to perfection. This is my go to local takeaway.

One of our favourite restaurants but tonight sadly the chips were horrible, limp and floppy and not very hot which is disappointing as normally the chips from here are great, hot and crispy so I hope this won't be the norm in the future. Our chicken bites and pizza were delicious and spot on as usual. Note to the restaurant please get your chips back to your normal standard in future thanks.

A bit under average beef kebab. The meet is overprocessed piece of matter. No taste at all.

This is our go to place as the food is always spot on and tasty. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Ordered from here last night but sadly the chips weren't up to the usual standard, they were cold, stale and floppy and went in the bin. Usually they are hot and crispy so hopefully this was a one off as we are regulars and constantly give a great review. Chicken bites weren't up to the usual standard either sadly, hopefully this place isn't going downhill as it's one of our favourite places 🤔

Another great meal and great service from this restaurant, I mistakenly ordered a pizza instead of a pizza meal deal and rang the restaurant to complain. the restaurant were very polite and pointed out my error which was totally my fault, they were very understanding and I appreciated their politeness and that they pointed out that my complaint was my own error. we are regulars of this restaurant and will continue to be regular customers, I will just be more careful when ordering 🥴

One of our go to restaurants, the 9inch deep pan pizzas are delicious and I just tried the 8 chicken bites with chips. The chicken bites were amazing, juicy, hot and crispy and the chips were hot and crispy too 😀 they were not cold, floppy and nasty like a lot of takeaways chips 👍

First of all let me just say that this is normally one of our favourite takeaways and both me and my wife love the 9 inch deep pan pizzas as they are normally delicious and delivery is normally very quick. unfortunately that wasn't the case tonight, the driver apologised and explained that they were really busy because everyone wanted to eat tonight because the restaurant was closed the day before? my pizza and chips were both cold so most of it went in the bin and hopefully it was a one off 😡

I got some onion bhaji but I didn't realise I needed to pay extra for sauce so they came dry and was unavailable to eat them which was disappointing but everything else was OK

Great quality food as always. Shame that the 12" deep Garlic Bread had cheese on it which my partner couldn't have. Hopefully just a mistake but if not this should be specified if Garlic Bread with Cheese is its own option

Me and my wife just love the 9 inch deep pan pizzas they are delicious and not so big that you end up with loads left over, the chips are normally nice hot and crispy which is a rarity for most takeaway delivery restaurants, one of our go to restaurants for pizza.

The chicken bites were amazing, not breaded and proper chicken (not mush). The pizza was pretty good too

can't fault premier great food always nice love the pizzas and parmesan and chicken wings nice food and good prices aswell

Pizzas were OK but there was too much cheese on them and not enough topping. The base also seemed a little undercooked

Food was absolutely excellent! The kebab was super tasty, it wasn't greasy, and the donner meat wasn't super gristly. This place could be my new go-to when I'm fancying a kebab.

Not the usual good tasty food, items were missing called takeaway to advise chips missing with meal and free garlic bread and was advised the free garlic bread needs to be put as a special note so they know to send it with order! Have never been asked to do this before😐takeaway driver couldn’t find address even though we order regular 🙄

Although it arrived early the food was absolutely spot on as always top notch once again!

Lovely 9" deep pan pizza plus my request for loads of jalopinos on it was observed. Also my partner really enjoyed her kebab meat and chips and they also ensured that there was a load of chilli sauce on it as requested too. One of our go-to restaurants 🙂

The driver said the outside of my flat looked like a crack den !!!! The bolognese pizza was suppose to be thin base was about 4” deep with no bolognese just cheese and mushroom and the large kebab in naan was a qtr full and not edible. Waste of money as it went in the bin

Was disappointed in the pizza for the price the pizza base was like one of the cheap supermarket pizzas! Didn’t get any mint sauce for the mushroom bhajis and didn’t get any salad on my donner meat and chips even tho says you get it with it.

My local pizza place. Great value, tasty pizza and the usual array of side dishes.

Really nice. Arrived hot and freshly cooked. Mixed kebab was lovely, chicken perfectly done and a good size portion with fresh, crunchy salad. Chips were also perfectly done. Delivery driver was polite & friendly. Will definitely order again.

Chicken pieces were hard to eat sorry but did enjoy it at all I can cook better.
