Best premier Inn out there. Fantastic location ample parking. Really good restaurant. And absolutely amazing staff every time

It was a very nice hotel, rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, especially Steve and Lesley. Very helpful and polite. The location is good, near the bus stop with parking available as well. It was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing I think that was missing was a mini fridge and a laundry service. Apart from everything it was excellent and would highly recommend it to everyone.

As always , it's where Lenny Henry lives , so must be good , the only let down with this Hotel chain is no air-conditioning, something that 90% of rivals with a comparable price always seem to have installed. Clean tidy and with a lovely team on reception .

Only stayed here for one night but it was clean with comfy beds. The corridors and stairs looked tired and the main reception wasn't particularly inviting. Very small area for the receptionist to greet you and again could do with a refresh, but the guy was friendly and welcoming unlike his surroundings. In saying that, I would stay here again as it didn't affect our stay.

Service was top-notch, staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the location is central to the North West of England and Wales with the motorway close by. We will be going back!

Conveniently located hotel in the Wirral. Nice friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Excellent bed as seems to be the Premier Inn way.

137 Saughall Massie RoadVisited the Zinga with family , the restaurant is clean and airy staff were nice and welcoming. The dishes were of a good size and tasted great, my issue was the lamb was a little tough , but the accompanying sauce was really tasty. The toilet hand dryer was broken which made drying of hands difficult

24-26 Liscard Village, Wallasey CH45 4JP EnglandReally disappointed by this place tonight, got in around 6:15 for our booking and after being seated we immediately asked if we could order our 1 year olds meal first as we would like to get him fed as soon as possible which the guy understood and said that was ok. After poppadoms and chutneys about an hour had gone by but still no kids meal, we was getting worried at this point and baby getting very restless so got up to ask the guy if he could check that the kids meal had been ordered, guy goes into the back and comes out to confirm this is getting done, an hour and a half later and finally food comes out but no kids meal at all, I wasn't happy to say the least, when I asked about the kids meal he looks at the ticket confused but says oh they'll just go get it, it was clear they hadn't even started this meal and was only just starting to cook it now, after another 5-10 minutes of waiting I asked the guys to just leave the kids meal as by now it was too late and we had to try and give him some of ours instead. Two guys came over to apologise about this and then tried to make out they was doing us a big favor by not charging us for this kids meal (oh thanks for not charging me for a meal that we didn't receive 👍) I was livid at this point and that obviously just made things even worse, all in all a massively disappointing visit and definitely wouldn't recommend taking any kids here. Shocking service.
