Very good hotel I highly recommend I had a pleasant stay there personal very attentive to its customers

Great hotel in convenient location - receptionist (Nicola) polite and efficient

Unfortunately, they will only allow you to warm your room when they choose fit. Bring a jumper

Always enjoy staying here. Foods great in the Bakers Arms public house too.

We had to alter a booking at the last minute because of an illness, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of their way make things easier for us. We would highly recommend them.

You can't really fault a Premier Inn for value and a comfortable night's sleep, and especially not this one. Friendly staff, good parking, next door to pub that serves good food (do pay a visit there!).

Again , disabled parking abused by contractor vans. Premier inn don't care though.

hotel staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was fresh and cooked to order also have the option of buffet aswell

im regular customer at premier hotel but this hotel is very bad feel like sleeping in jungle noises from every where not recommended

Azam on the desk an absolute life saver. I needed an urgent document copying for morning meeting. No problem went out of his way to help. That’s what I call service!

You get what you pay for. Large room with comfy bed. Breakfast is ok apart from the tasteless sausages.

As a newly disabled person, I first stayed here a week ago, and Nicola at the reception went above and beyond to assist me. Traveling alone with my new limitations was a little daunting, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. To say that Nicola put me at ease would be an understatement! When I needed a room again this week, I knew exactly where to go, and it felt like coming home. I was thrilled to see that Nicola was on duty once more, and, as expected, she didn’t disappoint! Words can’t express how truly grateful I am to her. She was incredibly helpful without overstepping my boundaries, which is rare. Too often, well-intentioned people try to take control—pushing my wheelchair without asking—but Nicola just seemed to understand. She respected my independence, even though it takes me a bit longer to get things done as I adjust. Her lighthearted banter made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nicola—you are one in a million! You made the whole experience a pleasure!

Nice quiet Premier Inn, near where our venue was. Room good but only 1 chair. Lacking another one. Clean, room all you need. Breakfast available, nice food plenty of choice. Staff polite helpful. Cooked or Continental. Staff very nice & helpful in there. Lots of seating. Best to book at reception for breakfast. Clean. Pub next door. Had dinner there. Staff very polite helpful too. Nice meal. Handy, not far to walk. Plenty parking outside. Disabled friendly.

Nice hotel. Only problem was it was a little hot in the room so took a while to sleep.

Very clean hotel, all of the staff were polite and friendly. Great location which is a short taxi ride to Drumsheds.

Wi-Fi is not great constantly dropping out .

Do not stay in Room 101. You can hear the music from the reception area all through the night and when I went down to ask the receptionist to turn it down he just told me that he will look for a room that has music on. It still persisted throughout a sleepless night
