Premier Inn Thurrock West hotel in Thurrock

Stayed here overnight to reduce travel time the next day. Unfortunately there was an incident on the bridge which added another 90 mins onto the journey. Room was amazing as was breakfast options and kids eat free promo is perfect. Prior to check in times no one is around and pressed the bell for service multiple times without getting anyone. Wifi is horrible, completely restricted to make you purchase the premium option which is a rip off bearing in mind you pay £7 to park at the gaff too. Solid value for money based on the rooms being mint.

Overall, this premier inn is a convenient and useful stop if your planning to come to the area for a weekend or due to work. Service was lovely.

Better than a lot of Premier Inns. Attentive staff which are plentiful and that do actually want to engage with the customer. A busy place, but managed well. Meal portion sizes are also better than a lot of Brewer's Fayre hostelries. Certainly won't be thinking twice about a revisit in the future.

I just comr back to Thurrock West. The team just amazing ,love the stay as been looked after. Food was great,room was clean ,bed is vety compftible. The receptionists are very lovely.

Was right on the doorstep of where I was working. Loads of parking and added bonus, restaurant and bar are on site so no going to the bar next door on the freezing cold. Staff more than helpful and friendly. Didn't take long for the food to come, it was piping hot and delicious. You have to pay to park and collect a QR code from reception.

Ive stopped in premier inn all over the uk and as far as im concerned the service at this premier inn is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff here as far as im concerned should be a bench mark for the company and others should look how service should be done ive ask the ladies there names that as far as im concerned should have a massive well done by the management the ones ive spoken too are Sandeep Ranata Zeveli Ausra ( evening) all I can say is these need a massive pat on the back for their service and helpfulness a credit to Premier inn

It was the most amazing stay in this family friendly hotel. Staff where very friendly, very helpful, with welcoming attitude. We been stopped with family,we were surprised with the kids treats in the room.We stayed before many times,and all the time,was our stay brilliant. We had dinner in evening, which we had was delicious kids had a meal for £1. Breakfast in the morning was also nice,it was a lot what to choose kids where eaten cereals, pancakes. The rooms are always very spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The reception and the manager are providing misleading information to guests. They informed me that I could pay on the last day of my stay before checking out, but when I attempted to use the pay machine, it only allowed me to pay for one night. This means my two previous nights are marked as unpaid, and I could incur a fine for not settling the payment. The manager was unhelpful and rude, stating it wasn't her issue because the parking isn't managed by Premier Inn. While that may be true, it's unacceptable to give guests incorrect information about payment timelines.

Good location for Lakeside shopping centre. It's a bit too far to explore London as public transport requires many changes. Service is below what I've experienced at other Premier Inns previously: Didn't bother making the beds on the 2nd day of stay. Uncomfortable 4th bed. Not enough pillows or towels were given for a family of 4. Not enough tea bags for a 2 night stay but got more from reception. Parking is very reasonable at £7 for 24 hours.

Stopping off overnight after channel crossing, so location selected. Paying extra £7 for overnight parking, but room reasonable price. Breakfast is great, but extra £11.95 each. (No marmalade!!)

As the best as you can for Premier Inn. Clean, kind staff and quiet.

Appalling premier inn, the worst we've stayed at. The bath flooded the floor, plug socket by the mirror sparked, and my colleagues pajamas somehow went missing on our last night after house keeping had been in, meaning she had to sleep in dirty clothes she'd been wearing to work in all day long. Complete disregard to our worries/complaints and nothing sorted. Will not be staying here again!

very good location for a business trip

Booked 3x rooms for my family and myself with breakfast. You do have to pay for the breakfast, however, it’s worth it for the price. You pay £5 for a per day parking, but it is nothing. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff are amazing, from reception to room cleaners. I will always recommend this place to anyone and definitely use it again. Many thanks to Premier Inn staff.

The hotel is by the M25 and they charge for parking... Going up to £7 a night! It's miles from a bus or train station, how do you think we're getting there!? Other than that the rooms are great, but I'll go elsewhere next time, as that seems like an insane added extra for no good reason.

Usual Premier Inn rooms, comfy & clean. Decent location for a trip to Lakeside. Booked restaurant for dinner then, when we turned up for dinner, we were informed the kitchen had a major issue & there would be no service. We had to drive to Lakeside to get dinner.

I was served by Demetri, and I must say what a fantastic young man. Extremely helpful and professional and an all around great guy. Rooms were fantastic as well

Absolutely amazing service from reception , especially Zivile who was so helpful, friendly, comunicative. We had amazing time at this hotel, all small issues we had was sorted by this lovely person. Highly recommended, definitely coming back.

Location is good but very noisy if you open the window. Traffic movement 24 hour Booked as an overnight before starting a cruise from Tilbury Room and bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable. Down side, the bath is very high to climb into.... Not easy for an oldie with a bad hip but I'd manage it. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food You have to pay for parking but there were plenty of cameras watching the area.

very good service, you will get answers to everything you ask, the girl who worked at the reception named Zivile will always help you. it's even nice to meet you in such a hotel.

Very poor WiFi making it bad for business and doing work and a restaurant which was fully booked preventing a quick dinner. Would not recommend. Five years later, decided to give a second chance. WiFi is worse than ever. In 2024!!

The level of professionalism staff show here is unprecedented. A great stay made to feel welcome and they went the extra mile to ensure a great stay.

This is an awful hotel for tradespeople, vans were broken into three nights running!!

Beautiful staff who were very understanding that I wanted to be alone due to family issues... Highly recommend the hotel rooms were very comfortable and very clean too Restaurant was awesome good quality and excellent value Well done guys and gals
