The room was the same as any other premier inn room. Our only problem was one of our family members went outside during the night and couldn't get back in for half an hour. The key cards kept disconnecting and wouldn't work. In 2 nights there it happened 6 times. He was ringing the bell and it took half an hour for him to get back in. Also the beefeater pub next door, we arrived late on the Friday 2100 hrs and my partner went over to the pub to ask for warm milk for our daughters bottle and it was locked up but the times states for this are 2300 hrs to close. Other than that we had a peaceful stay without any disturbance

You wouldn't know it was there.... nice rooms as standard to a premier inn. The restaurant/breakfast place is just across the road, they prefer bookings the night before. The hot breakfast you order whilst there whereas some others have an all you can eat buffet. Can't fault a premier inn.

Even though they had put a floor standing fan in the room with the windows open, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise from traffic and the fan. Ridiculously hot. The food in the attached Beefeater was awful. I had the lasagne and I swear it only had one pasta sheet. Breakfast was not great either: mushrooms stone cold, grilled tomato barely cooked, bacon had sat around so long it was chewy. They had no butter, only some form of 'spread'. Really not worth the money.

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and normally its my go to choice. I'm slowly being put off by the chain and moving forward I'm going to try and not use them. Why?? Lots of them are getting old, Drab and worn. Staff seem to hate there jobs there and why some are good at putting on a smile, talk to them long enough and you can hear working for the chain sounds the best... every hotel I'm staying at has issues. Cleanliness, facility's, ambient temperature of the rooms. This Hotel is right next to the M1. Great location and why I chose. First impressions of this hotel: The road to turn into the Hotel is basically a dirt track. Big ruts and potholes, One car a time and no passing places. The carpark is small and unless your directed by anyone its easy to miss that its a MANANGED car park. Stick Reg in tablet and sorted for the night. The room was a little worn dead flys and insects stuck on the window sill and netting. HDMI Port is was damaged and not usable. Just means i have to fondle behind the TV and is a little annoying as its covered in dust. Bathroom tap sprays all over when used. Seals that have been replaced are to a poor job and some are worn around the bath. Again around the bath could of been alot cleaner. The Breakfast! Getting into the restaurant was confusing. No signs to which way to go and very dim and worn. No sign at the top of the stairs of where to wait and no one to great me at first. Its one of them tell the server what you want venues. Scrambled egg was dry, Bacon under cooked and like it was taken out of water to keep 'Fresh'. Beans were under cooked. Would i stay here again? Not really.

Terrible. Blood stained duvet, used plaster in bathroom bin, terrible smell in room, Zero in Beefeater waiting to be shown to a table being ignored resulting in us having nothing to eat. Good location for Harry Potter Studios but otherwise avoid!

The floor had not been cleaned - there were bits and debris all over the bathroom floor and the carpet in the bedroom. Definitely not vacuumed prior to me, so I just felt a little grubby the whole time I was there. My room was also freezing when I checked in at about 6pm (in March) - not sure why they couldn't have had the heating on in advance of me arriving. The restaurant was closed for dinner due to flooding (no one's fault) so I drove into town instead, but it was reopened for breakfast and was decent enough. Probably won't return in a hurry due to the state of the room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. At check in I asked when I needed to let them know about having the room cleaned after the first night and was promptly told that we couldn't have our room cleaned after the first night as they had 40 rooms leaving in the morning and only had 4 cleaners. I was taken a back by this so instead asked for clean towels for the second day, which we were then given. The shower gel in the shower was so watered down, it was basically just water Both nights the TV randomly turned itself on at 1-20 am. When I checked out, I was asked if everything was ok. I said not really and let the different receptionist know about our stay. She apologised and said our room should have been cleaned. Our stay fell far short of what you expect from Premier Inn.

A bit in the middle of nowhere, good food. Good value for money. Beds are too soft.

What has happened to Premier Inn breakfasts? They keep serving diluted orange instead of fresh and the hash browns would make good door wedges!

The only negative things were both the bed and the bath were way too high!!. I am under 5ft, or only 148cm and it shouldn't be difficult in a hotel room to get into bed or in the bath for a shower!!

Had the red Thai curry with beef and Sweet Thai Basil dish. Both were very salty and tasted like Chinese food instead of Thai food. Not a lot of Thai flavors going on. I should add that I have lived in both China and Thailand.

This was the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had—dry, flavourless, and completely unappetising. The ribs and satay were equally disappointing—rock hard, overly dry, and practically inedible. To top it off, the green Thai curry was watery and came with only a few small pieces of tofu, making it feel more like a diluted soup than a proper dish. A thoroughly disappointing meal that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
