Really nice place with friendly staff. Only issue is air con in room keeps getting warm and have to go to reception to reset it

I had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Sevenoaks. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the food was great. I’d definitely come back!

I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Sevenoaks. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable — everything was clean and well-maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food; breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed here for 3 nights during Easter break 2025. Was in room 2 on the ground floor. Staff and service is very good. However, this premier inn failed to deliver on the sleep comfort. The room air conditioning was not working properly. It required maintenance. Staff tried setting it up to max cooling after after a couple of hours it stopped working again. Hence couldn't sleep properly. Staff were helpful to provide a fan. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable as all of us had back pains sleeping on it. The rooms and toilets are also a bit worned, the water smells of iron which means that the pipes have become old. Room and air conditioning was also circulating lot of dust as you can see in the photo from a video showing dust particles. Food in the restaurant is okay like any other premier inn. Breakfast was very basic too. Parking is 3-4 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel is opposite the station but 15-20 mins hilly walk to the town centre. I expected better from Premier inn.

Exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Welcoming service. Central location. Parking is 2 minutes walk away.

The worst premier inn room I've stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few! The room wasn't very clean and no toilet paper. I pulled the single bed out to put next to the double for my son and it was thick with dust under there! I mean really really thick dust curling up. However when i told a member of staff he was lovely and came to my room and hoovered it straight away. Soundproofing was awful. I could hear people talking in the room next to me. The room upstairs there was constant banging on the floor. I sound like a real moany old grump 😆...but it wasn't a pleasant stay and I wouldn't come back. But the staff were all lovely! We ate dinner in the restaurant and the waitress was great but the room and the noise really let the hotel down. In fact I dont think I'd ever stay in a premier inn again!

Excellent service! From start to finish! The rooms were ready and clean. The food for dinner was amazing The chicken ham pie with crumbly topping well worth getting. Kids meals pizza corn on cob and beans only 6.99 each Breakfast was cooked fresh could of had more but we didn't. It was just an absolute pleasure last night's stay and this morning. Parking for disabled outside front or car park cheap 300 yards down road.

Right opposite to metro. Like 5 min walking distance. Very satisfied with the service and location.

Great value for money. Clean rooms that are air conditioned. Breakfast also good considering the price. Perfect place to stop off at or stay at if you have business in the area.

Excellent stay here. Really modern Premier Inn with check-in screens but as we arrived a member of staff comes to the desk immediately to see if you need any help. Really friendly guy on reception. Nice lounge and waiting area too. Our first room the tv wasn’t working but the guy downstairs got us another room within 5 minutes which was conveniently next door. As always, room has everything you need and was clean. Parking is round the corner on Bradbourne Pk Rd and was £5.10 for 24hrs which was great. Sevenoaks High St is about a 15 min walk but just a tip, if you don’t fancy a PI breakfast, there’s a cafe called Oaks Kitchen just round the corner which was really really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a lovely stay here last week for a wedding. Daniella was so accommodating, friendly and had excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Sevenoaks station. A very pleasant stay, thank you to all staff!

Very kind and helpful staff at reception. I accidentally booked the wrong date, and when we arrived to check in the hotel was unfortunately full. The staff were really sympathetic and helped us to find rooms in another hotel nearby, a big relief! Great service.

We have just enjoyed a lovely three-night stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. The Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is good - lots of eating places nearby, and the town centre a short walk. Its own parking would obviously be preferable, but the paid car park, pretty much across the road, was fine. Thank you.

Parking is a nightmare. It's away from hotel we waited 45 minutes to park . And feel uncomfortable leaving it away from hotel. There is a small restaurant attached. But time of opening are tight . This premier is not near yo the town a good 15 20 mins to the nearest pub up hill. The staff were really nice and helpful. Particularly the manager. Room slightly taty . There is no window to let air in, so rather stuffy . But this is opposite the train station. So that would be good for London bound.

Stayed here last week, had an immaculate stay. Rooms were pristine and the staff were attentive. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Self-service check-in went super smoothly. So awesome 👌🏻 I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, Thyme as I arrived fairly late and didn't want to venture out. The food ( I had a double stack burger) was amazing and the service from ALL the hotel staff was just as good! The room is cozy, and the bed is comfortable. However, I feel they could have complimentary water in the room for guests. I'm also not sure if it was because I was in room 301 directly across from the lift that I kept hearing doors bang until well after 11 pm. Soft closing doors are a must for the hotel to consider because it is too noisy as is. The fire alarm set off just before 11pm, 3 times. I know it's not the hotels fault, but I got the biggest fright as it is so loud in your room. The staff were great though, they came around to explain. I'm sad I didn't take photos of my food last night or my breakfast this morning. If I remember to take photos tomorrow, I'll update the post, but the breakfast was great too! Well done Premier Inn!

My friends family room only had 1 bed made up even though it was booked that he and his son would be accommodated in it. The air con was not working, this was not told to us at check in but was obviously not a new defect as there was a stand alone fan in the room. There was only 1 towel in his room. When he complained about this the staff were apologetic and attempted to remedy the situation however for those that could not be remedied no offer of compensation was made. We were attending an event at Brands hatch and found tge place to be well situated and close to hotels/bars. However, the lack of onsite parking meant that had we been on motorcycles as first intended, we would have been anxious about parking off-site.

New fresh clean hotel mins from the train station a great location

Near n tidy rooms. Mattress was extremely comfy. Toilet was a bit smelly. Service was great. Needed an iron and ironing board to iron a shirt for an event that evening which was brought to us upon request and timeously. Location was great. Parking off the premises was okay.

Just what you expect from a premier inn. Clean and tidy. Hear the staff talking about the internet being renewed, and this showed in the free Wi-Fi being much better (up to 8mbps) which was 10 times better than my last PI. Breakfast was good. Parking around the corner at a multi storey own by the local authority. It’s free from 1830 to 0830 the next day, and if you just want to leave it until 0930 it’s only £1.50.

Stayed there with my partner for 2 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed it, clean room, comfy bed, the food was lovely. We have stayed there before and would rate it 10 out of 10.we will be staying again. The staff was friendly and polite,
