Only negative for me is that there is no provision for dairy free at the hotel itself... So couldn't have a tea in my room 😔 I had to go out to shops to buy soya milk! I do think that some sachets of soy or oat milk should be provided. Service was wonderful though and had a good night's sleep.

Had to wait for 5 min for a receptionist to appear. Rooms all good. The restaurant could do with a refurb of furniture etc. Not bad all in all

Absolutely awful, the accomodation is dirty. I had a room move as my room wasn’t clean, the bedsheets changed and after having a second change of bedding I decided to check out and stay in a different hotel. The redhill restaurant next door is awful, microwaved food which isn’t even cooked properly. This was a business stay however it was awful and I checked out.

All good but toilet paper in dispenser was useless. Give me a proper toilet roll anyday.

Couldn't fault it for the price, immaculately clean, friendly staff, fast check-in, and check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and was excellent value for money as well as plentiful.

Receptionist had the welcoming manner of a concentration camp. The room was clean but the bathroom was tired and had an awful awful damp smell, desperately needing a spray of bleach in places.

Stayed overnight for an event early the next morning. Cracking breakfast buffet next door; late check-in staff were super helpful and the room was really well presented.

Had a twin room. The 2nd bed was really hard and totally uncomfortable. Despite it being 12°C outside the room was very hot and you can’t open the windows. The air con took ages to cool the room down and was very loud. The pillows were very thick and hard, using them means your neck is bent and very uncomfortable, I asked for different ones but the over night staff member told me they are all the same. Asked for a room change at 3.30am to be told the hotel was fully booked (on a random Tuesday night in July). I’ve stayed in premier inn a lot and this is the worst one I’ve experienced. I’ll avoid this brand from now on. Day time staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. Nighttime staff didn’t care. But my main problems were the pillows and the heat, totally unacceptable.

Hotel is the usual good quality, comfortable and clean place. The pub next door seems a bit tired. Evening meal was ok, beer (an ale) past it's best, breakfast ok. Very quiet when I was there, despite a lot of local industry.

It is amazing to see that the food here is as good as it was over 30 years ago. Best burger in Rugeley, Fresh, consistent, tasty, and exactly how I remember it being back in the day. So many other businesses come and go around here, too many new takeaways bringing something new, with mostly substandard food and service. Rugeley kebab house keeping it old school, if it works, don’t try and fix it. 10/10
