Premier Inn Rhuddlan hotel in Denbighshire

Stayed for one night and it’s a good place to stay

Nice Premier Inn but in need of a refurb. Breakfast included was nice but worried about the three star hygiene rating in table table next door.

Great location for a short visit. Hotel is quaint, quiet, comfortable. Options for food and drink nearby. Staff are excellent. All in all a great experience.

Absolutely great value for money, spotless, friendly staff, great breakfast nothing to not like. There are other pubs and shops in the village. I would return and stop again

Overall a very comfortable stay. I would say although most Premier Inn are consistent, although still nice, this one is slightly more run down and lacking a bit of modernisation compared to the more central city locations. I would still recommend.

Under £40 per night plus £11 for all you can eat breakfast next door at "Tablet Tablet".

Great premier inn, we stopped over the Christmas period. Rooms were clean and large, and the staff were really lovely too. There is pub over the road that does a relatively decent buffet breakfast. The staff there were great there too - but service a bit slooooow for food and drink. Only down side with the rooms was the toilet roll was like a public toilets provision and the tap turned on like a fire hose and absolutely drenched anyone that turned it on like you were in a comedy film.

Arrived late and flustered after a very long drive receptionist very helpful and patient as originally I could not find details of booking. room was your standard room,with one difference to alot of this type of hotel 🏨 v stayed in around the country,it was spotlessly clean and tidy with tea coffee present,which was welcome after the journey I had,stayed for a couple days on business,house keepers are some of the nicest I have meet nothing was too much trouble from the extra towels to local knowledge,will definitely stay here again when I'm next up here.

Good nights stay, typical premier inn, room, options and stay in general.

Well, being an outdoor education provider you can imagine I’ve stayed in some iffy places. But as hotels go this place is a dump. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet and about as helpful as wet tissue paper. There were large lumps of mud throughout the building which was dragged everywhere by people wearing work boots 🥾 all throughout the building. The food is massively over priced and the staff tend to call you mate quite a lot. When I went to use the bathroom there was a used condom floating in the toilet which wouldn’t flush away. Over all the place is grim.

Absolutely top-notch service! The team were super helpful, going above and beyond when me and my mate were struggling to get a taxi during our last stay 😊 Cheap and cheerful breakfast buffet next door, ideal for anyone 😋

staff are friendly but the rooms are disgusting! stains on the bed, moldy food behind the desk, the bath had black stains in the middle and it was all chipping away. in the bathroom the tap was leaking and the light made a funny noise all throughout the night. honestly I wouldn't stay here again. ever. the location is alright but please sort out the rooms!!

Staff where friendly when around but didn't see them often however, when needed, they where welcoming.

Hotel clean and friendly staff, room as expected for Premier Inn. Had evening Meal and breakfast which was to good standard for price, plenty of parking. Overall good.
