I go here every Sunday with my best mate for breakfast. Most Sundays we are greeted by Becky who is always very welcoming and helpful and gives the very best service 10/10

Becky was extremely helpful on our visit very welcoming and accommodating as were rest of the team working on the bank holiday not our regular brewers fayre as we're on holiday but it was great to have nice & friendly staff there

Helen always makes us feel welcome and she always makes a fuss of my daughter. Would recommend it to anyone for food/play A+

This was our third visit to The Redwood and sadly it will be our last. The first time we visited we were waiting a long time for our food only to be told they were short staffed. The second time our order included a Lasagne with salad and garlic bread, the garlic bread did not arrive but a serving of chips did. On asking the question ”where is the garlic bread” we were told they had run out so gave us chips instead. On the third visit just recently, our order included a vegetarian lasagne with mixed salad and garlic bread. The salad was only a very roughly cut tough lettuce with two segments of tomato. Certainly not a mixed salad, having eaten the lasagne at other Brewers Fayre establishments where the mixed salad included assorted lettuce leaves, tomato cucumber and onion. We did speak to the duty manager who told us that what we received is what they call a mixed salad. This Brewers Fayre has consistently fallen down on the standards one expects and will no longer be one that we visit.

The redwood is giving everyone a card please review us on trip advisor .so here is my review staff very pleasant clean as usual we are frequent visitors we both had sausage and mash with peas and gravy should have been fried onions but none so asked a staff member she came with some onions not fried slightly warm in fact raw onion .this is the second time Ihave had this dish and no onions if brewers fayre want good reviews you need to get the small things right !!!!

Good choice nice hot food. Served reasonably quickly. Delt very well with food order for the children good selection and price good too. They have a children's play area. Very noisy if you want to eat in there but the main resturant is separate.. Would definitely return if visiting there again..

Was reluctant to go here again as past experience wasn't good, but thought maybe a year later, last minute decision to give it a go. Sticky table didn't set the mood when we got there, kind of saw past it but then when my email turned up £13 Burger well I may as well have gone McDonald's and paid half the price...the other rim was dirty, the portion size was shocking, in fact I think I counted 5 maybe 6 more chips than my sons kids meal, no salad, guacamole was a blob like butter that wouldn't spread. I did complain to be told "that's our portion size" fair play they brought a small bowl of chips out to be shared between two who also had the same meal. In comparisons family and friends went to a Brewers Fayre in Crewe last week and they say it was 100% better. Clearly not the chain but the location and the management. You could tell the staff were it happy about us challenging the portion size, clearly not happy... For sure this time 100% will not be returning and so glad when family suggested it for Xmas Dinner 2023 I said no.

Service was impeccable, food was hot, with speedy service and the manager (karly) who was serving was very polite and attentive. The place is always clean and tidy, family friendly, and value for money is appreciated, 2 for 1 meals in the week.

Lovely breakfast. Lots to choice from. Including full English, cereal and pastries. Becky was polite and helpful and cheery.

I came to brewers fayre today with some friends and we had a little issue with our drinks and Becky Harley sorted the problem out for us no issues great service

Food is what you’d expect, cheap and cheerful. We were looked after by a lovely woman called Sammy(sp?) who was fantastic and attentive to a group of 8. Would recommend!

We go on a regular basis. Nearly every week and we have a problem with the food that comes out cold or something is missing. Some of the staff are terrible and management are even worse. Always talking about customers behind there backs in a bad manner. Disgusting communication skills. 1 out of 10.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy, the attention to detail from the staff was second to none… it was good food in a very friendly atmosphere. In particular, a special thank you to Karly for being so helpful with putting right a booking error on my part and also with my food allergie request when ordering our meals.

I am a regular. I come at least once a week. Tonight there was staff on i didnt recognise. They were so slow and lacked manners. The place was filthy considering it was a very quiet night. Over an hour for food that was look warm. Forgot kids sides and had to ask for our food on every course as though we were forgotten about.

Xmas Day lunch was excellent, the food was good the atmosphere lovely and the staff were brilliant!!

Been to the Redwood today, table of 9, 2 main courses and 3 desserts missing 🙄 apparently “the ticket” went missing even though there were 2 receipts for the 9 of us and food missing from both? Good job that we chased up the missing food. Not the best service, seemed take them ages to clear tables away but lots of staff talking begin the bar 🤔 shall think twice about returning.

A family birthday meal booked prior to going, we have been before and found it more enjoyable than on this occasion, on Friday we were squashed into a really loud/busy part of the pub near to the playbarn and as a group of adults were unable to have a conversation. The food was ok but as before we have had much better from here.

All 3 of us had the Smothered Platter which was look warm & chicken goujons over cooked. Bulk of the platter is made up of onion rings which due to an allergy i had to leave off, no attempt was made to make the plate look full. On a plus the Apple pie was hot, unlike the custard. Staff moral appeared low, nobody other than the lady wiping tables looked happed to be there. Nothing was said at time of visit as you felt nobody would really be bothered.

Came for a lovely Steak with family. Kids had burgers. The soft play was an added bonus. Very reasonable price for 90mins of play. Helen was brilliant and entertained the kids by playing fun games with free little prizes and balloons. Boys will sleep well...

As Brewers Fayres go, this is a good one. Food is well cooked, arrives quickly and Lesley who served us is very happy and helpful. The rest of the Brewers Fayre chain should learn a lesson from this one.
