Premier Inn Portishead hotel in North Somerset

My room stunk, don’t know what it was feet or sick, I’m really not sure, I opened the window and left for the day I return back till late but smell was still there but not as bad, however that said I didn’t complain so that’s on me, staff friendly and helpful spot on, breakfast next door all good but very busy, I’m guessing it’s was the time we went to breakfast. Great location to the marina and local area. Will use again without doubt, but I hope without the stench. Sorry no photos.

Food was the only real let down. Had loads of brewers fayre food at different locations, this one was just not as good as the others. Room and service was great though.

Saved my bacon. After my car broke down I had to spend 4 nights consecutively here. The rooms were good and clean. Breakfast was good in the mornings. All the staff were really helpful.

Rooms far too warm, no aircon unable to open a window, can only turn room down to 17°c

Can't go wrong with a premier inn. Rooms clean and comfy.... receptionist staff were lovely and helpful

Uninviting and grubby, in need of a refurbishment

It's in a great location especially if you have an early flight from Bristol. We use it for that purpose. It's dated but it's clean and meets your needs with a bar & restaurant next door.

The hotel is fine, however the internet is almost non existent. I am getting a whopping 0.3mg download speed. Impossible to do business work, and this is very consistent among premier inns. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this.

Good hotel, in a good location for Bristol.

Amazing stay, super comfortable beds and super helpful staff, i would recommend they leave the windows open a crack before you arrive as the room felt very stuffy and damp.

Great customer service and friendly check-in. A reasonable night's sleep but the room was a bit warm (even though we went on one of the coldest nights of the year) so I wouldn't recommend this place in summer! They say it has air conditioning but it doesn't! Good location, walking distance from a large Sainsbury's

We stayed at NYE, whilst visiting family. It is walkable to the centre of Portishead. The room was a great size and clean. Unlike other hotels... their TV in the room is huge.

From the moment we arrived on Sunday 13 June nothing was to much trouble the lady duty manager I think was so helpful a credit to Premier inn sadly didn't get her name already booked to return soon

Stayed here for 4 nights for work, friendly staff on arrival. The hotel is in portishead opposite Sainsbury'sand only a short walk from the marina. Again, rooms are clean but very dated and could do with some maintenance. Plenty of parking and a Brewers Fayre next door, which I never used as so many other options within walking distance.

Very good example of a premier inn that’s always very good as stayed here a number of times for work. Very helpful friendly staff always, good clean comfy rooms and most importantly the beds are always very good!

Nice relaxing staying with friendly staff.

Was here on a business trip in early Sep. Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful especially Dan and Emily from the hotel and Janice and Craig from the restaurant. Room was the best it could have been given the fact it's not the Hilton 😊 Plenty of towels in the bathroom, no issues with the room ie hot water problems etc and any queries were immediately resolved by staff. Plenty of parking outside and located a short walk from Sainsbury's and a McDonald's. Has a restaurant attached that serves the Premier Inn breakfast and evening meal if incl. Not much background noise from people in other rooms/people moving about so very easy to sleep.

The room was clean, adequate facilities. Good size room. Lacked a few comforts, ie only 2 teabags, peeling ceiling in bathroom and 1 bath towel for 2 people

Charging top rate for a tired / well worn and unclean place to stay. In need or a revamp and deep-clean and until that happens should be max £30 per night

Location great but a better sign at the way in off of the road would be useful. Unfortunately this Premier hasn't any higher spec rooms yet. Breakfast was fine, usual standard fare.

This place was good. Service is a little strict, compared to the other Premier Inns I've been. But slept well, and breakfast was as expected.

Nice rooms but needs a update looking at the signs of use .
