Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47) hotel in Broadland

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for my husbands birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Sherrie gave my husband a gift and card from the staff for his birthday , which was a lovely gesture. This hotel is also very close for the broads it was only 7 miles to wroxham. Will definitely be staying here again.

Bed oh so comfortable and clean. Good night's sleep followed by a lovely cooked breakfast. Restaurant front of house Sherrie offered a lovely welcome on our arrival and very helpful in making sure lots of freshly cooked bacon and eggs available to us.

Really comfortable stay in well sized room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sherrie who was front of house in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Sherrie was very polite and made sure all our needs were met. Sherrie a clean and tidy restaurant and made sure there was new breakfast items readily available.

Very good hotel with plenty places to eat,buses to Norwick,places to walk and safe

Among one of the worst premier inns I have ever stayed in. Really bad nights sleep, mattress was so uncomfortable, felt like I had springs sticking in me all night, woke up with a really bad back ache. Room was not as clean as it could have been, very tired looking, still had old heater system, was difficult to regulate temperature! Light switches, plug switches, door handles all were dirty. Bathroom was grotty looking, and shower barely worked, it was more of a trickle than a shower, using some limescale remover on the head may help! We had booked breakfast, was below standard, there was not enough available, so had to wait for some items to be cooked. Staff failed to say e en a hello or good morning. Tongs placed carelessly on side, all covered in food. Food was below average. Told a member of staff I wanted a refund, as we had eaten nothing. Staff member was in my opinion was offended when I pointed out the lack of hygiene, and her response was 'well we had a rush on" Spoke to head of housekeeping about the comfort of bed. Housekeeper checked mattress, was actually upside down!!! So this is why we were so uncomfortable! Now have to try get out money back!

Clean, staff are polite. Shame the lift wasn't working.

Stayed here new years eve with the wife and have to say a lovely Premier Inn quiet very welcoming friendly staff and the girl who checked us in was brilliant ta very much as usual the bed was so comfy will definitely stay at this Premier Inn when visiting Norfolk again

Second time of staying here over the Christmas period. Clean rooms, cheerful staff at breakfast Christmas morning thanks to Sherrie and Niki.

Came to the premier Inn, Norwich East Broadlands/A47, the room is very clean and comfortable, and the service from a employee named Donna was very friendly and welcoming !

'Rest easy' was about as far from the truth as you could get during our stay. A decision had been made to lodge at the hotel on short notice, as our original plans had fallen through and we had assumed it would be a peaceful, stress-free night... Once we were ready for bed, it was soon discovered that our experience would be the exact opposite. Intermittently throughout the night, people in the corridor and the floor above were heard, causing frequent disruption to our sleep. To make matters worse, our room was located right next to the lift, which was also very loud and provided additional disturbance. Due to being completely exhausted and unaware that there were other ways to contact reception, it was decided to speak with them in person upon departure. For good measure, I filled out a complaints form early that morning, to act quickly and also ensure the Company were aware that my issues were genuine. It seemed the right decision at the time, as the Reception ended up being completely vacant, and due to our busy schedule that day, we did not have the time to wait for anyone and made the decision to drop off our key card and leave. I received a response from the complaints team five days later, which long story short, was basically a "sorry, but there's nothing we can do." After pleading my case and trying to convince them to understand my side of the story, it concluded with me being completely ignored. I have felt completely let down by Premier Inn for my hotel experience, and the poor feedback from the complaints team. It has completely altered my opinion of the Company and I will feel very reluctant to stay at any of their hotels in the future.

I have stayed at this premier inn many times, the rooms are always spacious and clean. I was particularly impressed at my recent visit over the weekend when I went for breakfast. I was greeted by a lady called Sherrie who was very helpful in assisting me with my lactose intolerance and allergies. The food was lovely but her service is what really made my visit. Thanks again to Sherrie and the rest of the team. 5 stars from me!

Very nice and clean hotel .rooms are really clean and plenty of space Staff are all very polite and welcoming But I must say how happy I am with the lady called Donna who works there .she is so polite and welcomes us in every time we arrive .she is such a nice lady and is always a pleasure to be greeted by this lady as she always makes us feel welcome. So a massive thank u to the staff and especially donna

Sadly, this Premier Inn is slowly going downhill. Once a lovely place to rest your head with a lovely pub next door. The pub is now closed to the public but open for Premier Inn guests. Sadly, there is no atmosphere with very few guests eating or drinking.

Usual PI bedroom and facility. Needs air con still.

Excellent, efficient & friendly service. The rooms are clean & modern, with either a power shower or a bath with with a shower over. We prefer a room at the back of the hotel as it is slightly quieter.

On arrival my family and I were meet with a warm smiley welcome, very friendly and helpful, informed us of dining options kids play areas and booked us in for breakfast. Location is close enough to bewilderwood and the broad tours which is why we are visiting.

Clean comfy room. Good shower Donna on reception when we arrived. The perfect person to greet and sign people in. Very helpful and personable and friendly

Good value and a welcome port of call.

Good clean room. Not huge, but big enough for a couple. Food on-site was reasonable quality. Very friendly and polite reception staff.
