Sadly, this Premier Inn is slowly going downhill. Once a lovely place to rest your head with a lovely pub next door. The pub is now closed to the public but open for Premier Inn guests. Sadly, there is no atmosphere with very few guests eating or drinking.

Excellent, efficient & friendly service. The rooms are clean & modern, with either a power shower or a bath with with a shower over. We prefer a room at the back of the hotel as it is slightly quieter.

On arrival my family and I were meet with a warm smiley welcome, very friendly and helpful, informed us of dining options kids play areas and booked us in for breakfast. Location is close enough to bewilderwood and the broad tours which is why we are visiting.

Good clean room. Not huge, but big enough for a couple. Food on-site was reasonable quality. Very friendly and polite reception staff.

Have been a fan of Bread Source for a number of years. Today things just were not acceptable. Incredibly and unacceptably slow service. In the time I was waiting I was thinking of cutting my losses and going to Starbucks.

So much to see all under one roof. Lots of mini sections, with lots of things for sale from plants to crafts, to wool, to pet products, to ceramics and so much more.... The cups for sale had me laughing.. Some I could not post as they were a little risqué:) Loved the water features, the Christmas wonderland, is worth a visit in itself Literally sooo much to see. Lovely coffee shop serving great cake and coffee with free WiFi. Plenty of parking Look forward to visiting again.

Food, non EXISTENT........ but they are happy to give you a plate, knife & fork if you want to bring food into the pub !!! So I'll order food elsewhere & get it delivered........ how weird is that !! If I wanted to get a take away, I'd order one, go to the shop, grab a couple of tinnies & stay at home. This is the whole point of going to a pub..... couple of pints & food. As for the geezer that runs the place..... ..... god help us !!!!! Sort ya lives out.

I feel harsh about 2 stars as the food I had was great and for the most the atmosphere was good. I was with a large group that reserved a table and ended up having a couple people adding on that left 1 (me) not having a seat. So conversing with a waitress they were happy for me to sit at the end of the table on a sofa this way I wouldnt have my back against the work outing I was attending. It was also mentioned to me that others may sit at the table aswell due to being lunch time, again completely fine. However as I was still eating my food i was approached by a blonde female waitress that rudely demanded I was to change tables as it was lunch time so 2 ladies could sit. Having a mouthful of food I was taken back from how I was approached. Reluctantly I moved not to be given a table but to be given a chair sat between 2 tables. Although I was with this group I'm now blocking wheel chair access to 3 out of 6 wheel chair user's + the people pushing the wheel chairs. Up until this point we were all having a wonderful time. We would of happily had more drinks but due to how this was handled we hastily left.. all 13 of us! That's £40 just on another round of hot drinks. I don't write reviews but this poor customer service has been bothering me all day!

Food was nice and service good. Only downside was the obscene £5.95 price tag on a portion of white rice which outright robbery. Google doesn't have a value for money rating so have knocked 1 star of each on account of that.
