Premier Inn Norwich City Centre (Duke Street) hotel in Norwich

Good location. Nice and tidy! all staff have been pleasant. A few things in our room could do with a little maintenance.

Just recently stayed here absolute shambles compared to the one down the road , asked to borrow an ironing board and iron it ruined brand new shirt as cover was worn , waiter dropped spoon when serving me , picked back up and put on plate and served !! Unbelievable

Thank you so much to Jon and Benji who made me feel so welcome! I was travelling solo and they both made me feel so welcome when I was checking in late at night - excellent service with a smile. Thanks to both, they deserve 5 stars!!

We dropped in for a beer to see a relative at the end of the night. Small bar area, not really a drinking place. Bar staff were willing and courteous.

Shower in the bath is open to accidents should be walk in shower unit.

Happy and helpful staff. Good location. Clean room. Quiet. Good nights sleep.

It was a pleasant stay and the staff were really accommodating. Had an amazing vegan breakfast. Wendy who served us every morning for breakfast was incredibly welcoming and made our morning. Will definitely stay here again if I’m visiting Norwich

Great hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast too!

Rooms service and location excellent, parking a bit tricky. Take the first right after the hotel, drive around the back ncp charge £10 for overnight. Staff were fantastic, particularly the morning that I left, I needed a document and they printed it off for me. 5 star service. Thank you

definatly my favourite premier inn in norwich so far and after 18 months of coming here still is parking is only 10 per day and everything you need in walking distance 💯

The hotel isn't as central as it claims, It sits just on the outskirts of the town centre in an area covered in graffiti.

Clean and comfortable. Tomatoes and egg slightly tasteless. And poor choice of beers. Also port unavailable ...

It's a premier Inn, only issue is the parking is just before the hotel on a one way system - a pain if you don't know
