Costa Coffee in Norwich

Long waiting!! Had to wait for 10 minutes and left to catch my train without getting my drinks 👎🏻

Asked if they did chai lattes, they said no they don’t do chai lattes…then proceeded to make 4 chai lattes for the customers behind me. Had to make do with a mocha.

Best coffee at the station by far. Didn't need anything else but did have a green tea later in the day, equally good.

Paige, faith and the rest of the crew are really nice and their coffee is the best in the station

Advertising drinks you can’t even make on their screen! Why promote drinks such as a whipped latte if that store doesn’t have the correct equipment to make it!

Bought cortardo at 10.15 on Weds 15 May and had to tip it down the loo on the train. Basically just hot milk with no taste of coffee. Please train your staff to make decent drinks when you are charging a premium

Was served by Gemma first thing this morning. She was really friendly and really helpful considering the early time of day! The coffees were made and served almost immediately by her colleague. We’re really impressed!

Too small and slow for a train station - where customers are usually in a hurry and don't have time to queue out the door. When there is time though, the coffee is good and the staff are friendly.

Always try and grab a breakfast wrap before my train, good food selection for a small Costa and lovely staff. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but extremely lovely women served me

Visited Costa at Norwich Station branch .Such a charming and helpful staff (isabelle).very professional and she helped me to download app (too good to go).Made me a nice cup of coffee too.

Great coffee. Not much in the way of cake (10.40am Sunday) if we were to be tempted, two types. Lady serving up and chap who took the order were both friendly and chatty.

Welcoming but needing a lesson in making tea, am now trapped on a train with lukewarm liquid with milky bubbles, which has not brewed. First tea, then boiling water, then milk.

Staff need to be polite to costumer and need more cleaning inside of the shop theu jusy play with their phones front of costumer and very dirty place

Nice friendly warm environment. Staff are polite and well trained store is clean and up to date. I popped in for my usual a reg latte. There is plenty of seating with more seats upstairs nice place to have a catch up with family and friends.

Only two people working which meant ordering and then getting the drinks took far too long. Friendly service but nearly missed the start of the film

Thankyou for the best frothy cappuccino ever, served by Ciaran! We have been coming for years and the service is consistently great and the atmosphere is chilled.

Impeccable service from the two gentlemen that served me: an English version of classic customer service you get in The States.

It's ok. Use of test and trace app is compulsory to use outdoor seating.

Costa do the best hot chocolate. There is nothing more you need to kbow.

It’s not very often I leave a rating this low and I don’t like doing it but the service I and other people received last night was not of Costa’s standards. When we went in to the Odeon cinema we saw a que which is not a problem but on getting closer I notice there was two ques one for paying for your drinks and another for waiting for your drinks and the que waiting for the drinks didn’t seem that happy. I didn’t seem that worried as by this stage I was in front of the till and could pay and just wanted my drinks in take away cups so I could watch in the cinema ( around 19:00 hrs ) I unfortunately was wrong as soon as I paid and said to the girl behind the counter it was to take into the cinema she said join the que. The person in front of me had been waiting 25!minutes for his coffee . It appears the person taking the orders had gone to fast for the two people making the drinks and then they got all the drinks mixed up 🤦‍♂️it always happens when you are in a rush and have paid. Eventually 20 mins after paying I received our drinks 5 minutes before the film started but during there confusion they put everything in china cups and not takeaway so we couldn’t even drink it. I nipped back up from the table and asked one of the Baristas that was making coffee if they would be able to pass me two paper cups to pour the drinks they had just served me and the really small girl replied I would have to buy another drink and join the que. !! I would suggest only drinking coffee at this outlet if you have 2 hours spare before your film. Even though we was on the premises we missed the first 15 minutes of our film due to lack of staff knowledge and customer relationship between staff and customer. I would not go back to this Costa unless it was empty or I was the only person being served to stop any chance of a similar fiasco happening again.

Food is great, a little overpriced. Slow service especially if you stop of for lunch at work.

This was another great experience at Costa Coffee. Ideally situated inside the Odean cinema serving everything you would normally expect from the coffee chain. Service was friendly and quick in getting the drinks on the tray. Tables were clean along with all other surroundings. I'll definitely be going back in the near future.

Cosy, comfortable place to meet up for a coffee and a catch up with cake or something savoury.

Inside the Odeon. You can earn Costa loyalty points or Odeon premier club points when purchasing. Fair amount of seating, very useful if you arrive early for the film. Can also have takeaway in the cinema screens. I may have eaten a tuna toastie in the screen just before/as the film was starting. Sorry.

Quick and expedient service at reasonable prices.

Staff r friendly and know about the films at the cinema. Parking is at multi story. For a Costa in a cinema it has quite a nice quiet area to the side. Point off because the wait can be long - Costa just don't seem to be set up for quick.

Serve was a little slow considering they had a number of staff available. Drinks and sweet treats selection was good and tasted great.
