Amazing room staff excellent very helpful,very clean all round great experience

Stayed a night with the family (Wife, two children). The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and made our stay excellent. One of the cleanest, best maintained hotels that we have had the pleasure to stay at in a long time. We don’t normally leave reviews but we felt like we needed too. Affordable, hospitable and excellent food. Thank you guys.

Doesn't say they are putting council mental patients in hotel . Also at breakfast, people shouting at themselves, mentally ill, felt sorry for them . Putting them in hotels not right, no care there.

Been here a few times now. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Pub next door. Mcdonalds is nearby and a large Tesco. The area nearby has seemed to be quiet.

Location of the hotel is fab. McDonald’s and Tesco is on your door step, it is also attached onto a pub and grill with a wacky wearhouse for children! We was greeted with such a lovely women named Tracey, who answered all questions we had, very friendly and even acknowledged our little girl and offered her a lollipop! Will definitely be coming back here to stay:)

The rooms are great, the staff are great and friendly, but the rooms are far too hot in the summer and there's no air-con. We had a really rough time sleeping the entire week, and it made us all very grumpy and irritable the whole holiday, especially our daughter. It's a shame because the heat is nobody's fault exactly, just bad timing, but I don't think I'll stay again. Thermometer registered 28° all night. Could've done with a laundry service, or laundromat but no big deal. Again I'd like to thank the staff though they were really nice and the pub was excellent just please do get the air con! Maybe we will stay next time if it's winter lol

Got a parking ticket for stopping in the carpark at 2am, for the MacDonalds. No visible signs saying it was a private carpark.

It's one of the best places I've stayed in and I travel a lot for work reasons

We stayed here on the way back home from Ireland to take a break from driving. The lady who greeted me was lovely, kind and very welcoming. However, as soon as we walked done the hallway we were hit by a very strong smell of cannabis. Even my daughter noticed an odd smell. The room was extremely hot, with no fan and not enough pillows and towels for 2 people. The smell of Cannabis was the biggest problem for me though. I don’t pay £79 to be hit in the face by cannabis smoke every time I walk down a hallway.

Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff and a special mention to Joanne and chloe who checked us in and was very helpful with a request and a special thank you to aiden who gave us a wake up call, second time staying here and will stay again

Absolute Joke. Stopped in the car park with a flat tyre and received a £100 fine, no exceptions, they just want your money!

We didn’t book this hotel, we booked a Travelodge nearby. But as soon as we arrived to the room we knew we could not stay in there. The smell was disgusting and overall was dirty and unpleasant. As we needed to spend the weekend up in Manchester for a family event we decided to move to another hotel. We booked at Premier Inn Hyde and Thank God we did it! Spotless room, What a difference. Every single member of the staff was amazing friendly and polite, Rosa in reception brought us extra pillows and some chocolates 😊 Next time we will come to visit our family we will book here straight away.

My stay there was lovely and entertaining with a warm welcome and good service, lovely staff, most especially the lovely Spanish lady, I will always stay in this hotel when I need a break and all my family and friends will have to stay here too😂

Our first time staying here. Fab check-in, very quick and easy. Asked about my room and they moved it closer to my friends. Room - clean. Bed - very comfy. Bathroom - what a wonderful shower, and very clean. Ensured heating was off, opened window. Breakfast - Fantastic, amazing variety, hot, spot on.

Good hotel. Very clean, nice and quiet and helpful and friendly staff. Very big car park easily accessible from the motorway and fairly close to train station. Will be returning!

Lovely quiet rooms great layout everybody we spoke to were professional and so helpful! Joanne on reception was a delight, as were the other girls didnt get their names though. Will visit again❤️

Arrived after a v long drive 20 mins earlier than 3pm first words from receptionist was if u want to check in early its a £10 early checkin charge! Like a low budget airline charging for everything although no offer to refund if u check out 4 hrs earlier!!!!! Room ok! The area is not the best and the pub next door terrible, but it has a huge supermarket and McDonalds nearby! Don’t forget to register your car if parking!!!!! If needed don’t think it would be my first choice to stay here! Staff friendly and pleasant and hotel secure as key access only!

We could hear people shouting outside the hotel (window was locked), we could hear walking and banging noises from upstairs room (room above our room) that kept us awake both nights. At some points we could even hear them talking and shouting from the room upstairs. We were on tight schedule so only spent nights at the hotel and I was with my family including small baby otherwise I could go to a different hotel. Extremely disappointed and staff responded saying it's a public place, I mean the room I hired for 2 nights is not public space. I have lost all my faith in Premier Inn.
