Shocking place, owner is a juice head

Nice lively pub , great sports on the tv. The bar staff are prompt and are freindly . The landlord and landlady are very nice too.

Top pub, friendly staff and a nice pool table + lots of TVs and a big beer garden. Come to this pub if you have any sense, if not still come.

Helpful eager staff. Absolutely spotless. It's a local pub. But actually friendly, in an area where there's no central area.

Went to drop off my granddaughter, for her prom night. I didn't have a drink or anything. But looked a nice little pub.

A traditional pub. Good service, good prices and a beautiful garden to have a pint on a sunny day. It is worth checking.

It perfect. Right next to Cemetery Road tram. Free wi-fi. So I can track the planes on my Flight Radar. Have a couple of glasses of white wine. Decent company. What's not to love?

Refused me entry because of my attire. Had just been out in Manchester with my girlfriend and wanted to go local for a couple of drinks before going home. Bouncer told me it’s “past 10:30pm and I can’t let you in dressed like that”. Joke of a pub, would not recommend to anyone. Couple of people leaving referenced if you’re not part of the clique you’re not getting in this late. What kind of pub refuses entry because a patron isn’t part of a “clique.”??? Avoid at all costs - customers walking out looked like they were underaged!!!

Not a bad place to drink. Pool table beer garden aswell as a dj at wk ends. Quite a young crowd but still a good place to drink

Really good pub. Well decorated and very nice inside. Nice staff and they often throw different event nights that are very successful. Would definatley recommend.

Never have i walked into a pub full of what appeared to be youngsters who didnt even look old enough to be in a pub without there parents. Nor a manager serving behind the bar wearing a baseball cap. My friends and i wont be back

The pub seems pleasant but no cask ales available and loud music from other patrons in the beer garden when I visited. Obviously some of the locals like it but whilst not a place I will avoid after a walk in hot weather it is not a place I will choose to revisit if other options are available.

Good loads of space music good. Everyone was talking to each over who wasn't on your table. Good

Not bad, well set out, got a bit cold later. Meals a bit pricey for what they are, but nice. Well run, owners look after you.

Only outside seating area available because of lockdown, but had a brilliant fish and chip lunch in the large marquee in their beer garden today. Excellent food, friendly staff, and a heated marquee. Understand they have a new chef and a new menu which includes a cooked breakfast. Looking forward to returning soon for another meal.

Great pub just had a huge overhaul and looks fantastic the owners have gone above and beyond on this fantastic pub even the new outdoor seating area is perfect Recommend for sure.

Toilets very clean young crowd but all good fun as fare as my beer goggles would let me see

Brilliant lol ,Tim (bless him) the landlord knew me from past visits and I'd always supped John Smith's but this time it was either Cafreys or Boddieis, I due to my last experience with Boddieis choose Cafreys, however Tim then said "try the Boddieis you will be surprised it's not that bad " and after a small discussion he gave me a taste.......I KID YOU NOT I was gobsmacked the taste was awsome.......WELCOME BACK, no seriously I was like iffy about it coz when Strangeways Brewery shut down the beer turned kinda tinny, but this now aww soooo many memories came poring back ....seriously WOW! Lol
