Premier Inn Manchester (Prestwich) hotel in Bury

Comfy bed. Quiet hotel. Free parking. 10 mins walk to local bars and restaurants.

Rooms large and clean. Staff friendly. Had a burger and soup, food wasn't very good value, Burger was like some ready meal from supermarket, chips on side portion was very small, expensive for what is cost. Breakfast was nice, though. Overall, it is good value for money for accommodation, but I would have a dinner somewhere else next time.

The best Premier inn by far, all staff are amazing Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. You won't be disappointed. Special shout out for Natalie who goes above and beyond for everyone.

We arrived too early for check in, which was fine as we were going into Manchester but wanted to check if it was ok to leave our car in the carpark. Tried for 10 mins to get help at reception, similar on returning to hotel as we couldn't gain access to check in as door was locked, waited a good 10 mins again for assistance. The room wasn't the usual standard of a Premier Inn, very sparse, dated. The soft furnishings were stained & rather disgusting, no excuses really to be left in that way.

Nice clean bright rooms. Good location for central Manchester.

Stayed here while visiting for a United game , can’t fault the hotel. Great value, only 20 mins drive from Old Trafford stadium. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very quiet, comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely too. If we visit Manchester again, this is where we’ll stay.

Stayed here for 1 night with family. Very nice hotel, comfortable beds with quality bedding. Very friendly staff, Ash?? And the young man serving breakfast, was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Thanks Chef. Overall, a lovely stay. Don't be put off by the hotel being right by a busy road, you could hardly hear the traffic.

I am not going to minx my words here me and Sarah stayed in some 5 and 4 star hotels and the service here is amazing we have stayed here now 2 times in the year and we staying 3rd time at x mas I am a very poorly and unwell man and we come here for a break as our home life is doctors / surgical team / nurses in house / meetings all time about my future care and help needing and some times me and my wife need break from it all …. We come here to do that I have never slept so good , and the two people that really are amazing - The thing is I am a right leg amputee in wheel chair with a diagnosis people wouldn’t want to here from your surgical team at all and my illness makes me struggle a lot and the help these people gave me was amazing as some other people have watched me struggle and make me strugfle with 3 glasses in my hand struggle to wheel my self and struggle get through doors making my illness a lot worst But thanks to staff means a lot help Max - Been told he only started 2 weeks ago wow wow wow I am shocked to the core with this the way he works and the way he is so organised you think he had been working here for years , you can tell he has a vast amount of experience he has so much empathy and care and so kind It’s people like max make Premier Inn Disabled Friendly people think Disabled Freindly means it’s got Hand Rails and Walk Inn Shower … Not at all yes makes it 50 percent but what makes Hotel 100 percent Disabled Friendly is staff that willing to do any thing and help with any thing eapcailly help you upstairs with glasses and Goods and Food that’s what makes a Hotel 100 percent disabled freindly If you have people like ash and Max in your hotel willing to do that this is why disabled people willing to come to you so based on these two people I will be suggesting this hotel in hospital I go just in case any people like me want to come here that need break from this terrible illness and desease that kills and also puts people through horrible expirences in there life at least hotel like this makes them forget for couple days This Guy one day will make Good supervisor or Manager I think when you in position like this you need a lot skills but caring for others I feel is big one also and helping others and being organised and managing staff he be amazing What a Man this person is thanks all you done for me and Sarah We coming back near Christmas So see you then thanks again for all you do amazing my mate can’t begin to say what you done for me and you given Sarah a rest Ash - Yet again such freindly bubbly out going person like Max some one you can rely on. And you know they will help you no matter what you need She is willing take time for 5 mins to speak and chat and undertand your needs what you need Where some hotels knower days so quick to just put the order in and not Botherd Thanks Ash being there like max so much I have actually no words and no amount money or couldn’t put price on what you do Like max you both make a very powerful team in this hotel a power house both you This is why I am going come back again and again Can’t wait to see you at Christmas t thanks so much all the help given me and Sarah and much needed rest we both need now and again David & Sarah xxx

I use this Premier Inn whenever I am in Manchester and the staff always go above and beyond. There was a difficult with check in, not caused by the hotel, but they assisted without any complaint to resolve the issue caused by my company when booking. Ordered my evening dinner and it was brought to my room, piping hot (thank you Natalie). Breakfast was good and Natalie, as the previous evening, was cheerful, happy and helpful. It makes a difference when staying away from home if the staff are as they are in this hotel. Cannot fault them at all - First class !!

We were somewhat very disappointed with the member of staff when we arrived here. My wife received a message from Premier Inn telling her that she could pay extra for the room if if she arrived early. We travelled from the East Midlands and arrived here at about 11-30, and we were made to feel a little bit of an inconvenience to the staff. So we went away to Manchester for 4 hours and came back when our room was available. The staff this time were very friendly and helpful and also more efficient.

Room as ever neat & tidy and clean. Staff friendly and polite. Right next door to a TGI Friday's, so dining is not an issue if you don't want to use the hotels restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful, but it's self service, so perhaps plentiful was down to me 😉. There's a large Tesco less than a 2 minute walk, again so no problems in stocking up with supplies if you need to. If ever back in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

No air con in any of the rooms, the fan provided only had one speed so very noisy at night. The meal deal appears good value however, very limited choice - no option to order any vegetables or salad anywhere in the menu. Starters included - tortilla chips, fries or chicken nuggets! The location of the hotel is good as close to the M6 - it made for a quick departure, which was the highlight of my stay.

Staff are decent through out your whole stay, atmosphere is ok as with anywhere you do get people being loud but thats everywhere nowadays, can get really busy at times an as theres only 1 person on desk you might have to wait a bit but generally ok.. the thing i dont understand is premier inn all over a making a fortune as a hotel yet their rooms are looking very tired n very aged n abit depressing if im honest.. during my stay discovered the other twin bed was broken, the door to the disabled walk in was broken it wouldnt shut an if its not bad that a disabled person is already disabled the beds are so low an there is nothing for anyone to hold onto to get themselves up especially when u have no balance.. i really do think that premier inn need to work on this and also instead of normal outdated 40 inch tvs maybe put in a decent 50 inch slim widescreen thats a smart tv so customers can connect thier own netflix/amazon/youtube an stuff because lets face it british tv has gone down the drain along time ago with nothing to watch apart from game shows or gogglebox for saddos.. also id like to say if u have a lie in n dont check out early the workers can be heard making lots of noise in the corridors with thier loud laughing n joking noises not giving a toss if anyone is asleep or not, they need to sort themselves out aswel.. apart from that the hotel is very basic, it does the job.

Staff friendly on arrival, rooms clean and as expected, plenty of parking. Had the meal deal and breakfast was good but the evening meal choice was limited and not the same standard as other Premier inns so worth going elsewhere for good. TGI next door and plenty of fast food outlets within walking distance.

Great place for a night or 2.. clean tidy and good staff, I think it was Nat on the breakfast, lovely girl, the who's two boys plays football..Great help and friendly.

One of the most friendliest place I have ever stayed. Staff wonderful. Premier Inn keep hold of them all, you should be grateful for having such good staff.
