Rooms were clean and tidy. We stayed in an accessible room. Wetroom was also very clean and easy to move my wheelchair around in. We had a comfy long sized bed. Unfortunately the spare pillow tab was also broken but easily fixed by asking for fresh ones. Tea, coffee and sugar in the room but could do with putting some decaf coffee there too, although this is available at reception. Friendly welcome, we didn't see staff very often at reception but there is a bell for assistance. Cleansing staff were helpful on moving their trolleys out the way when I approached in my wheelchair. Good location, only 30 minute drive into Manchester city. Lovely town to explore nearby with a variety of restaurants, also a TGI Fridays right next door. It is close to an airport so something to keep in mind that you do frequently hear planes until quite late. Overall comfortable and affordable.

The hotel room was clean and tidy and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not sure if they were short staffed but looked a bit disorganised and ran out of simple things like coffee milk and bread. Just a suggestion it may be a good idea from a hot drinks point of view to have two urns of hot water and sachets of decaf and normal coffee (like the tea bag display) as watching the staff filling up the urn with a coffee cup looked painful, especially as it was quite busy.

A good place to get your head down and take a shower. Do not expect anything premier in your visit other than the branding and service. I would book elsewhere in this area having been here and experienced what is on offer.

Stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and usually pretty happy. This was one of, if not, the worst. Receptionist was friendly, but when I asked if I had breakfast they said no. I was pretty sure I did and when I checked my booking, I did. The carpet in the room was sticky and the bathroom was grubby. The room was really dark with all the lights on. Carpets in communal spaces was tatty. Had an awful experience as domestic violence taking place in a room below me. I appreciate that this wasn't premier inn fault but with no telephone number to reception or not even being able to find a direct number, I couldn't get in touch with anyone (as a single female travelling, I was worried leaving room on my own). Staff in breakfast venue were helpful and friendly.

Great location when traveling from Manchester airport. Sainsbury's and John Lewis nearby which is a bonus. Free onsite parking. Never tried the restaurant but the team at the hotel are always lovely. Room is always spotless. This is my go to hotel when at Manchester airport.

Arrived at hotel with a mix up over the number of rooms. Not the fault of the hotel. Alex who was on the desk was very understanding and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate myself and my friends. He was a knight in shinning amour.we all want to thank him so very much.

Checked in tonight at the Premier Inn Cheadle, lovely Christina at reception kindly checked us in and was very accommodating in making our evening pleasant & nothing wasn’t an issue. Every premier Inn needs a Christina. Had a lovely room with a bath. Thanks Christina merry Christmas 🎅

I have stayed for two nights in the hotel. Was travelling for a course. Its a cosy little lodge. Rooms were clean. Didn't have the option to book breakfast on booking.com but i was able to order once i was on site. They cook it on the specific time you want and keeps ready. It was really good and warm. Had a quiet night. Had to do some work overnight so found the table to be a bit smaller than i needed. Kept knocking things around a bit in the night. The lady (didn't get the name) in the reception was really nice and smiley. Overall no complaints.

I was extremely impressed by Premiere Inn, Manchester Cheadle. My friends and I were very happy with our clean, comfortable room and the excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I would like to make particular mention of Alex on reception who was so helpful and accommodating. He is a credit to the hotel.

Due to my business, I used this hotel quite often since 3 years, but everything changed into the wrong direction! Heating is not working, TV is not working properly - this premier inn needs a renovation! I have seen a lot of PremierInn hotel in UK but this one become very bed. The restaurant got awful.. this pub needs a renovation as well.

Very convenient for Manchester Airport, although not sure if you can park here for the duration of a trip. Rooms are a little dated compared to other Premier Inn’s.

You know what you’re getting at the Premiere inn. Pleasant staff, when you can find one. The food from the restaurant is absolutely disgraceful. Would definitely steer clear. Very poor quality and scant portions.

It's a premier inn, you pretty much know what you're getting. Comfort, cleanliness, good service, no frills, but reliability as standard.

We have been getting our Chinese from Happy House every week for about 15 years and I must say we have eventually stopped. About a year ago we noticed that things had changed, I don't know whether there was a change in ownership as people have changed but the food is not as good as it was - the salt and pepper ribs are now dry and tasteless, the sweet and sour sauce is watery and the special fried rice is greasy. It upsets me to write this review but I do believe that unless you say something nothing will change and we have been unable to find a Chinese like Happy House anywhere else and really want to come back and £40 a week is a lot to loose to some businesses.
