Always great service and a friendly smile at reception. The team were very professional when the Heathrow fire shut down the airport for that one day and guests were grilling them about Heathrow airport operations….

An overall good experience. Parking was a touch pricy but felt secure. I asked for a room overlooking the runway on arrival and was offered a ground floor room at the back of the hotel instead. The staff member I dealt with was positive and helpful, I just don't think they quite grasped what I was looking for so this type of request may be better off made in writing in advance. I didn't try the in-house restaurant/bar but the onsite Costa was more than adequate. The room itself was fantastic and well lit with both normal lighting and coloured mood lights. It's also worth noting that I couldn't hear a single thing from the outside world in my room, which was surprising given the proximity to the airport! As such, I had a fantastic night's sleep.

5* rating based on knowing what we would expect. Needed a hotel near the airport, which was close enought to walk to (approx 25 mins from T5 long stay). Food was at the level you'd expect for a budget hotel there was a range of beers. (Pay for) shuttle bus comes to the hotel once an hour, but TBH a walk back to T5 long stay was on the cards.

Great experience from check in then to the room then onto dinner and breakfast. Booked an extra night the morning of the 21st March. Stayed in the same room. I booked Premier Plus thinking I was in one. I wasn't so the lady on the desk gave us a complimentary breakfast. And no I didn't get to Las Vegas!!!

I have paid in full to Expedia two months ago for a stopover stay. After a long flight, at 11pm, with two young children, we were refused to be checked in and the reason was the hotel didn’t collect funds successfully from Expedia yet. I was required to coordinate the payment between the hotel and Expedia which took about one hour and was very unacceptable. That was their job not the customer’s. The reception staff including the manager showed no mercy to tired and sleepy kids at all. If you don’t want to work with Expedia, stop contacting with them. Don’t put the customer in the middle taking all the risks.

The best Premier Inn I have been to. Customer service was excellent, food was quick and good quality for the price. There was a little bit of "internal structure" noise, possibly pipes from other rooms using water, but that calmed down and I had a comfortable stay. Perfectly located from T5 and good value for money. Will definitely stay again if travelling from T5.

First room had no heating. Was fixed in around an hour and we were moved to a new room, but all in all a hassle to sort. Good to have a plus room though. Usual standards for a premier inn stay

Room was a very good price, quiet & comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions and even offered a bus schedule to help getting to Heathrow Airport, best place to stay if catching an early plane.

Good and well priced for a night before early flights.

Just watched several families with suitcases turned away from the 423 bus to terminal 5 due to lack of space for luggage. The hotel gives you a timetable for this bus on entry and never once mentions that only two suitcases are allowed on the bus! Bus driver informed everyone they need to book a hopper bus. Premier inn should inform people of the situation on arrival.

We has a premier room and it lived up to its name. The bed was big, the shower powerful and had lovely shampoo and body wash available. Iron and ironing board a light up mirror for your make up and plenty of space for your clothes. Definitely stay there again

The WiFi wasn't great and my mobile network signal was also not stable which surprised me as I don't have issues with my network anywhere else. Other than that had a great night rest. Will visit again

You will have to exit the airport through security. It is not inside the airport. You have to have visa or proper nationality to enter the UK. You go there using shuttle or local bus. Here is how: 1) Exit the airport through terminal 5 exit 2) Buses stop are right across the exit. The Buses spots go by numbers. Look for bus stop 18 for the shuttle and 17 for the local bus. The difference is the price. 1.75 for local bus and 6.75 for shuttle. The local bus runs every 30 minutes. Not sure about the shuttle. Lots of signs everywhere I recommend the plus rooms. They are 10 pounds more but the options pay off. McDonalds 1 min walk. Open 24 hrs.

Short drive from T5 but the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are good value.

I stay here a lot. It is what you would expect for a PI. 99.9 percent of the staff are polite and friendly. Although there is someone in the office that has previously sent me a condescending email. The restaurant and bar is fine and as you would expect. Costa Coffee and outdoor courtyard on premises. Also some vending machines and amazon lockers. Macdonalds next door, and a garage. Good transport links to all terminals and only a couple of minutes wait for an Uber. IMO premier plus room not worth the extra money..

No aircraft noise.. amazingly quiet. Excellent value super and breakfast Shuttle Service to airport (T5) satisfactory, even though the hotel is very close to T5 still cost $30 fir taxi as buses were non existent. Taxi had to go a very long way round. Really... No walkway!!!

Located perfectly for T5. Room was adequate for needs. Had no beers on draft and charge £6.60 for a 330ml bottled beer. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

With the Premier Inn you always know what you are going to get. A good bed in a reasonably sized room. Dinner and/or breakfast if you need it. Although the key thing is location, and with this hotel, Heathrow T5 is but a short TfL bus ride away (£1.75) or free for seniors. Alternatively you could use the shuttle bus at £6.60/p We are always happy to recommend the Premier Inn chain as we've yet to experience a bad one👍

Old and tired, with noisy conjoined rooms so you get to hear everything next door

Bed was very low and lower on one side!! Not a comfy mattress Bathroom was tatty! Very dissapointed, and not up to the usual standard that I expect from Premier Inn! Late flight, so did not get to the hotel until after midnight if not I would have refused this room!! Avoid room 2022!!

You cannot enter information you do not know. (Room evaluation is not possible) I didn't go to the room, but only used the luggage storage service. The staff were friendly, but it seemed a bit far for those arriving and departing from Terminal 2 to use the baggage storage service... Still, I was able to get it done cheaply... However, considering the round-trip fare and schedule, it might be better to find a luggage storage service at Terminal 2...

Stayed overnight to catch a flight next morning. Overall very decent with parking facility and courteous reception staff both were from Indian background.

Extremely quiet. Only problem could not get fresh air.

Was here for a quick drink, however I met with the server Johnathan and thanks to him I ended up trying the Gammon steak and that was accompanied by aTHE BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI made by Johnathan himself. I must thank the chef who made my steak. Can’t wait to come back with my partner.

Stayed for a few hours during a long connection from Terminal 5. We got there a few min before 11PM, so we made it just on time before the night menu was closing at the hotel bar. Staff were really lovely. Room was clean. Buses are available usually every 15 min to/from the hotel from Terminal 5 (5 min ride - line 423 is right in front of the hotel, 350 is a few min walk). Overall great value for money.

We booked for one night prior to flying out. Best premier inn I've stayed in, in terms of service. Outstanding staff. Food was really nice and once again service great. Bus stop outside runs to T5 easy, or they have shuttle bus which runs every 1 hour. We booked parking through a 3rd party company for 10 nights.When we arrived and tried to park, it was evident there wasn't enough spaces. We have a load of cases and two kids in tow also, so really not a bad start. This isn't the fault of Premier In, but the risk you take when booking 3rd party parking service. I spoke to reception and a lady behind the desk listened as I explained my situation, and said she would move her own car, to allow us to park our our car, which was hugely appreciated. I can't recall her name, but she was lovely and drove a Nissan (red I think) Staff are the face of the company and she is a credit to the Premier Inn company 100%. Thanks for a great stay

Typical rooms. Relatively clean. Breakfast included in the price. But you shouldn't expect anything great here. 5 minutes from the airport by bus.

We only stayed one night so I am unfortunately unable to go in-depth. However, this has now become the standard to how I judge other hotels, both on price and the room. The room was spacious and clean. We were also unable to hear any noise from the runway. Is located very close to a service station and a bus stop that will take you to terminal 5.

Very impressed with this hotel, we had a flight to NY from terminal 5 so decided to stay the evening, rooms were clean, plenty of staff for assistance, big restaurant with the most friendly staff, can highly recommend, will use again if travelling from terminal 5, took an Uber to the terminal as the reviews for the Hoppa service are bad

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was a lovely size. Staff were great, especially in the restaurant, as we were a large group and they couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond looking after the children and my elderly mum. Wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Pre-flight over-night stay. Perfect hotel and location to take the stress out of the usual airport morning rush. The overnight stay was made all the better by every single staff member; reception, maintenance and restaurant. Particular mention to Fatima in the restaurant who was friendly, welcoming and helped kick-start our holiday with a gift from the kitchen for our children!

Great hotel , stayed the night before an early flight. Easy check in, staff were friendly and helpful, gave us the buses timetable to get to the terminal. 462 bus takes you from right outside the hotel to the terminal in 5 mins, just used Apple Pay. Rooms were very clean and our room overlooked the busy road but there was no noise! Completely quiet. We ate in the restaurant for dinner , waiter was very friendly and nice, food was nice and came out quick. Great service.

This is a very good hotel with a great staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. Everything you might need is provided. Just be aware that the buses to the airport in the morning can get full, especially at 4:00 am. If the bus is full, you might need to take a taxi, which isn't too expensive.

Stayed in a family room on a Saturday for 1 night. Bedroom was clean and presentable and my boys were very happy to see that they had been provided with a packet of chocolate biscuits. (Nice touch Premier Inn). We eat in the restaurant on the Saturday evening, Alison was our server and he was super friendly and interacted with my boys when ordering food and clearing plates. Food was well presented, hot and filling. Again at breakfast all staff were very helpful and friendly. Good range of food available for adults and kids. Hotel location is convenient for London, we stayed there prior to a visit to Thorpe Park. Carpark is a little steep at £15 overnight, but is compatible to other local hotels. Would definitely stay here again, Premier Inn are definately a brand we trust and deliver on comfort every time. Many thanks.

You know what you get with Premier Inn and, being brutally honest, it's neither boutique or high end. What it is though, is just what you want/need for a night or two in a UK city or, like just now as I type, at the start of a holiday at a UK airport. We've stayed at a few airport Premiers but the Heathrow T5 hotel is, as mentioned above, just what you need. What sets it apart from others are the people. Keith (who normally works in the coffee shop) had to man the bar for a bit and he did it with enthusiasm, style, professionalism and, above all, with a smile on his face. The guy who greeted us in the restaurant and took us to a table was just wonderful and I wish I had seen his name....I hope he knows who I mean, and, James (who provided table service) was service-oriented, friendliness, fun and professionalism personified. Yes, it's a Premier Inn but it's a belter due to the staff. Thanks all 👏👏👍👍👌👌

Good rooms usual premier inn room in clean order. Room was air conditioned. On site parking expensive at £16 per night and payment machine won’t accept premier inn business cards.

Mickey and Ranjith at the restaurant and Keith at the coffee shop are just amazing. Very friendly, professional and great customer service people. They are the reason I keep coming back here. Really great staff

On balance it's my favourite hotel.

The room was okay and clean, making it a decent option for a short stay near the airport. The location is convenient, with only a 7-minute bus ride to Terminal 5. Check-in is at 3 PM, but when I arrived early, they had a room available but charged £12 for early check-in. The free WiFi was very slow, and if you need faster internet, you have to pay extra. Additionally, bottled water from the vending machine costs £2.50, which is quite expensive. I recommend buying bottled water from a convenience store before arriving. Overall, it's not a bad place for a short airport stay, but be prepared for additional charges.

Thank you to the staff at premier inn who made our check in smooth. I got a room with the view of the runway and I would request the management to trim down the tree so we can watch the aircrafts take off!

Very poor service! Staff wouldn't help me change my (flexible) booking at the front desk and even made me phone the hotel to speak to someone in the office behind reception... who then told me she'd charge me extra to change my booking over the phone (despite the website being down!!!!). Manager equally unhelpful. Avoid.

Stayed here a lot of times and apparently just went and dine in their restaurant and got one of the best service from Mr.Valmiki. He was very charming and suggested the best recommendations according to my liking. Appreciate the same. Must visit place to dine in and enjoy good food.

Stayed here the night before flying out of terminal 5. Excellent bus transport to and from the hotel and terminal 5. DONT pay for a taxi! You'll end up paying between £15-30 for a 5 minute journey and the bus costs £1.75. Food is OK, it was very busy on the Saturday night so I won't mark down the service but it did mean I almost left not paying (wasnt sure if it was added to my cost of room or pay at the table). Beds are easily the high point of a Premier Inn stay, always soft and guaranteed a good sleep. Room was very quiet too considering proximity to the airport.

I had difficulty after booking twice because my internet connection dropped during the first attempt. I was told to deal with it myself as they only had one reservation for me, even though I showed them two charges on my card. The breakfast price on the website is less than actual cost. I was told twice parking for one night would cost 15, yet when I paid at the machine I was charged 20. I found the staff most unhelpful. A stark contrast from my experience at two other Premier locations.

A great hotel conveniently located just past T5. We stay here whenever we travel out of LHR. There’s a bus stop right outside for travel to and from T5. Takes no more than 10 mins. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and a good size too. The cleanliness isn’t great. The bath had grime all around the edge and the tables in the dining area were filthy from previous customers. We asked 3 times for our table to be cleared and cleaned and no one came to do it. The service in the restaurant wasn’t friendly either. Very ping and ding, the servers do not care to be there and were quite rude. Disappointing as we stay here often but I think the staff have given up and genuinely don’t want to work here.

Nice enough and practical rooms. Food offering was disappointing- zero options for vegan apart from a burger. When mine came there was no ‘slaw’ which is a side to this dish. When I questioned it the waiter just said they haven’t got any left….after arguing he finally brought me something to substitute this lack of a side —- it was a very small bowl with some tomatoes in! Pathetic! March 24 - Decided to give this another chance…sadly nothing has changed. The service downstairs in the bar/restaurant was appalling - when my (far too small) vegan burger came, I asked for cutlery and for the table to be cleaned as it was still mucky from previous guests - I’d already asked twice. Sadly, this was ignored again and I had to ask loudly at the bar for cutlery and napkins and a cloth for the table. No cloth ever came. The room can’t much better - the bath was dirty and had a dirt layer around the top rim - clearly the cleaning standards are much lower here. To the managers ..,one year on and it’s still as bad - Not good!! I’d say whatever you are doing to improve it isn’t working! To the guests…long as you don’t mind the ‘basic’ service and basic rooms go for it..otherwise stay elsewhere

Close to terminal 5 but don't rely on the public bus in the morning, it fills up and they don't let anyone with luggage on. Great view of planes taking off. Resturant menu is very very small and limited but Mcdonald's right next door was good. Onsite Costa is also good.

Ideal for the night before a flight

This was a perfect location for terminal 5 at Heathrow. The bus service that runs backwards and forwards to the terminal is easy to find and it is efficient. The food on the menu was limited but I would stay here again.

It was a terrible experience with this hotel. I have been to Premier Inn for many years but this hotel is different. I was provided with pillows with mold growing on them. When I reported the issue to the site manager, he was very reluctant. Rather than apologizing and offering alternative options, he asked me to complain to the Guest relations. I complained to Guest Relations and did not receive a response for more than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when I called the Guest relations customer service representative to see if there was any update on my complaint, surprising to my expectation, she mentioned that I complained about the facilities in the morning rather than immediately after check-in so they couldn't do much. I checked in quite late (around 10pm) and by the time I finished my bath and went to bed it was around 11 pm, so rather than making a complaint in the night hours when people are sleeping, I put the mold-growing pillow away and slept with the other pillow, and reported in the morning. Inefficient customer service, sub-standard hotel facilities!
