Premier Inn London Croydon (Purley A23) hotel in Croydon

Nasty receptionist refused to open the door for my girlfriend who was in tears freezing herself to death at 2am. Complete lack of humanity from another robot programmed only to do what the computer tells her to do. Absolute scum.

Staff and RAM were very welcoming and helpful to us.... especially my sister when she'd come to have breakfast with us....really appreciate them as they spoiled us..stayed 4 nights and room cleaned every day as requested..will be my first choice going forward in the future as my sister lives near by

Ram is a total gentleman, he goes above and beyond constantly what I would expect someone to do. He is a rare and valuable member of staff compared to what you see nowadays

A good Premier Inn with some national restaurant chains for food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking at rear but the car park can get very busy out front. Clean and tidy and good value for money if you get the good deals

Ram is an exceptional member of staff, he goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is the best it can possibly be as well as having an outgoing and positive attitude. Definitely deserves a payrise if he hasn’t already received one.

We had a great stay at Premier Inn Purley Way. There was plenty of parking available for our car, which was really convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the croydon premier inn with my wife and kids when visiting my sister . arrived late and was greeted by Sahid who was so helpful and polite.Then in the morning met Ram who worked at the reception, was really helpful with finding the breakfast room , and helped me with checking out. The room was lovely , clean , tidy and warm. Would recommend this hotel the staff so helpful and professional.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever visited

Noisy place, no AC and also no fan in the bathroom and toilet, outdated+dirty carpets in the room (a bit smelly)

All good except the lift not working which was a problem for us. A room found on the first floor rather than second saved the day.

Big standard out of town premier inn. Needs some updates and Aircon as the fans provided did nothing unfortunately.

If you stay at this hotel, be prepared to face hefty parking fines. Despite being told that parking is free and registering your vehicle with the hotel, you'll still receive parking notices. We stayed for five nights and received five notices, each demanding £500. The hotel offers little support, leaving you to spend time writing emails to prove your stay. Our case is still unresolved. Think twice before staying here.

We impressed with hotel location, helpful staff and good quality rooms in affordable price.Public transport available 24 h nearby to visit anywhere in London. We highly recommend this hotel for stay.

Had a good stay here. The only downside was that it is located on a out of town shopping site with a .McDonalds that attracts cars late into the night. Meaning if you sleep with the windows open this can be noisy. Other than that no problems. Do like a premier inn stay. Beds comfy. Borrowed iron from reception.

hated it do not go place is dirty , not clean , air cond broken , water was only cold , food was cold, there was hair in my food , carpet was disgusting , and the smell was terrible and employees were horrible especially the manager i don’t recommend

Night porter was quite ignorant but apart from that all the staff were lovely and have to give the Breakfast Chef a mention he was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble for him

Very nice and conducive room, the rooms re very spacious and well kept. Very friendly staff . We met Edmond at the reception and was very nice to us . Loved and enjoyed our stay

We had an absolutely amazing time at Premier Inn. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive, especially Edmond. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely go back!

.My hubby and I share the same birthdate , so we needed a get away..we chose this hotel for the location and the price is great. .2023 was our first visit and we loved it so much that we returned this year..the room and linens are clean, and the staff, omg , the staff was so professional and helpful..we hope to visit soon on different occasions. Thumps up

Sharid and his colleaugues did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it was simply fantastic!!! We will see you next year on our school trip for sure 😀

I have a negative feedback for the management team they way they treat the staff and the way they spoke to a really nice staff the management seems like to me she was getting harassed from her manager and making her cry I was disgusted how he treated her

It was as I expected. The room was clean. There was a nice big car park. The services are good. The emploes are kind. The breakfast was delicious. I'm not taking pictures of the room because it's same as in every premier inn hotels.
