Stayed at Premier Inn in inshes Inverness the night before my partner was to have an operation at a nearby hospital. This hotel was by far the dirtiest I have ever stayed in, if my partner had not been so unwell we would have moved to another hotel. The corridor to the rooms stank of vomit and if it has ever been vacuumed it was a very long time ago,the lift walls were cover in some sticky black mess and also stank of vomit and urine. The room carpet was thick with dirt, the bed had newly laundered sheets but on closer inspection the quilt and mattress were sweat stained and mucky. Went to reception to complain but staff seemed to have vanished. We decided to stay in case we could not get another hotel so late in the evening but the experience was awful and did nothing to help us relax before my partner went for his operation. When we did talk to staff they were very nice and very helpful. Such a shame the place was so unsanitary.

Ideal location when attending Raigmore Hospital as an out-patient.

Similar to all other Premier Inn hotels. Helpful staff as the self-check-in machines were not working. Spacious and clean room. Parking available, remember to register your car's license plate. Incredible convenience for reaching the airport.

Classic Premier Inn. The room I had was nice, clean and warm. There was a person at the reception but I did not see more people at the hotel. The restaurant is in a different building just a couple of steps away. The hotel is very close to NHS Inverness and 10 minutes by car from the train station.

Check in was a bit slow with the room card machine not working. But rooms were decent enough and comfy beds. Location is handy for getting back on the road to travel and there is a Tesco nearby.

First time stay here. New record for most money paid for an overnight stay in a premier inn. Good job I wasnt paying. The receptionist was extremely helpful when I cocked up my booking. Hotel very clean and tidy. Pub was very good too. No complaints abt evening meal or brekki. 10/10 Thanx 😊 Also stayed in annex recently. Very clean, quiet. Again food excellent in pub. No complaints at all 👌👍

This room cost an incredible £229, which in my eyes is extortionate. There was no air conditioning, and it was hot. An electric fan was provided, and this was appreciated, just not acceptable in the condition I found it! We all know since Covid that germs are easily passed through touch points and the remote control for the TV is sure to be a touch point. The heaters in the room are dated. The portable heater should be removed from the room outwith winter months. Little details like the double bed sheet sticker on the canvas print should have been picked up by staff. Decor is tired and needs attention in places. Stains evident in places. Very disappointed!

Location isn’t close to Inverness, but knew that booking it. So don’t book if you’re wanting to be in the heart of downtown. But the beds were comfortable (a great thing about Premier Inn). Family room was a great size. Bathroom and bedroom clean. We were very happy.

Probably near the top of the PI tree in terms of quality... and I've stayed at an awful lot of them. Nice and clean, very good food, helpful staff. Just a minute off the A9 as well, so very well placed.

The stay in this Premier Inn, was booked for a family wedding in the area. All aspects of convenience was spot on. We booked early to secure the rooms availability other members got better deals with breakfast included. Having said that thenreakfasts were cooked well, and plenty of it, amazing to be honest. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Just one more thing, taxis are very available and also reasonably priced. The drivers were pleasant and helpful.

Would have got 5 stars, everything was great except the room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, a stain on the smaller bed and marks on the walls. Other guests have mentioned cleanliness in the past, so the management clearly don't care as it hasn't been adressed.

The room was cold and in need of decorating. The staff should concentrate on the job and not each other.

Front of house staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is obviously understaffed, and unfortunately, it shows in certain areas such as room cleanliness and maintenance. Please see the pictures. We accepted a full refund. However, we have lost our faith in Premier Inn now.

Literally *the best* hot chocolate I’ve had. The white chocolate and toffee croissant was amazing too and the selection of chocolates great - definitely something for everyone. Busy when we arrived yet made to feel very welcome. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

Went twice on a recent trip. Fish was fresh, cooked to order, and cooked well, chips were crispy. Decent portion size. Restaurant was clean, great place to grab a quick bite.

We have visited this campsite twice now in our van and its great. Fantastic location (no signal which is bliss) and beautiful views along the beach and of the Sgurr. The team onsite are so lovely, the cafe is well stocked and the coffee and pastries in the morning are just the ticket. Showers are great, clean and tidy, as are pot wash and tumble drying areas. Make sure you bring some £1 coins would be my tip! Highly recommend, just watch the road down as it is pretty battered by all the people visiting the Fairy Pools!
