Premier Inn Hull North hotel in Kingston upon Hull, City of

We've stayed here a few times now, visiting family. It's a good location but very noisy. The restaurant is a big let down.

Typical premier inn, well priced, big comfy bed and pillows. Friendly helpful receptionist. Room 112 a little road noise but no great problem

Absolutely the most noisy hotel we have stayed at. We had a terrible night's sleep. Extremely noisy stairs with a particularly step to level one bending when you stand on it. Fire door closures not adjusted properly, allowing doors to slam. Can hear every footstep throughout the building. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, lights not working in the room. In over 300 stays in Premier inns, this one I'd never use again.

A Premier Inn that delivers what it promises. Perhaps the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired as there was lint hanging from the ceiling. Large and comfortable beds. Also spacious bathroom. The standard wifi is too bad. You have to pay for Premium if you want to have a good connection and it costs £5 a day and only 3 devices. I understand that it is a way to earn money but paying for internet today seems like a scam to me. Breakfast at Beefeater is typical English. Machine coffee and everything very industrial. The attention was always good. They have ample parking.

I loved the service I received tonight. I stay away often with work and tonight I didn’t want for anything. Every time I was close to finishing a drink another appeared; the food arrived promptly and was well cooked and of good quality; and the staff were friendly, bantery and good fun. Clearly a well managed hotel and restaurant. Bravo.

All room should have sockets next to bed. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always return to this premier inn after using other places

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Only let down was the teabags in the room and in the restaurant, PGTips!!!! So was unable to have my morning brew. Yorkshire tea is the only acceptable tea please and thank you. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. My husband has a sleep apnea machine but was unable to use it.

Not a bad example of a premier inn. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. The rooms aren’t too bad either. No complaints really.

Excellent. Just a one night stay. Nice and clean. Rooms good. Bathroom excellent. Good bar next door. Recommend booking the evening meal & breakfast offer at reception. Next to an out-of-town shopping complex.

One night stay here and couldn't complain! Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Did the job!

No cappuccino for breakfast not good enough

It is what you would expect, a good clean room and bathroom

I stayed 1 night at this hotel for work. But have since stayed a few more nights. On this particular occasion, I was disappointed with this hotel, especially comparing to many other Premier Inn’s I have stayed at. The water pressure for the shower and sink was very weak, the room was noisy at night even with the window closed and made it difficult to get to sleep. I also found the Beefeater restaurant was grubby with dirty plates and cutlery.

Excellent, professional staff and clean, comfortable rooms

I only stayed 1 night. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. Staff polite and efficient. The meal-deal was good value.

Plenty of food choices around about, decent rooms, plenty of parking.

The room was lovely and clean. The receptionist on booking was very nice and polite. To say we were by busy main road and shopping park, we didn't hear any outside noises which was great! Would recommend 👌

Nice place to stay but heater seems not working properly. Breakfast good but to me,sausages seems not cook enough. Hope it'll improve a bit nxt time I come.
