From the very warm welcome to the room being just how we expected it, we really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good. We were on the top floor in the premier plus.

A really great experience. The staff here are a brilliant team.

The rooms were below par compared to other premier inn where I have stayed, Being in main city centre you would have thought the rooms decor would be quite modern but it turned out to be old. Also the charges were quite high too.

I gave it 4 stars out of 5. Because the food was awful the starter (squid rings) were almost burnt and the burger was like shoe leather, chips tasted as if they were cooked in the morning and heated up the only thing that was edible was the lettuce Give them their due they were apologetic, didn't charge us for my meal and our deserts were free I opted for ice cream as I didn't think the chef could ruin that.

Great hotel to stay.... Will definitely be back.... right next to the town centre and great view from the rooms.... restaurant food and breakfast great too.... well recommended.

Good location and ambience, closer proximity to the Old town.

Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, breakfast plenty of choice

Hotel is ok, standard premier inn and parking is easy. Food options are pitiful, vegan options were burger and chips or pasta in tomato and chilli sauce, really poor for 2024.

We stayed with the family and I must say the staff are really friendly, Grant the manger and Paul deserves a special mention on how friendly and kind they where on our visit

Great location and views Attentive staff

We came up Monday from Norfolk, prime location for our visit to The Deep and a walk around the city later on. We had no hot water in our room but we were swiftly moved to another room and all was perfect. Next morning we had a great view for breakfast overlooking Humber. All staff were lovely. Thankyou for a lovely stay :)

Nice rooms and awesome service from this premier inn

This is one of the nicest Premier Inns I have ever stayed at and it was made even nicer by the incredible service we received from deputy manager Grant. His attentiveness to everything and refusal to accept second best has absolutely made our stay. A masterclass in customer service and how to treat people.

Paid top money to stop here [3x work colleagues] on business in Premium rooms? Not worth it. We actually cancelled our next night. Myself & 3 colleagues. Even cancelled our next 3 visits during the year. Arrived to find no hot water. Apparently they had issues & never said. Was told by guy on reception & quote " can't do anything about it get a cold shower"????? Reception staff very unhelpful It's been an accumulation of issues for years. We have been coming here for over 10 years for work at least 8x a year. Not good enough Premier Inn?

What can I say but from start to finish it was brilliant the place was in a great location also all the staff were lovely and friendly food was fantastic and everywhere was immaculate carnt wait to go again I would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent rooms, beautifully clean

PARKING SCAM! They have a scam going with the parking company that run the carpark. A bunch of us from work had a CPC training course there and depsite handing our registrations in on a piece of paper to reception as told we have all got fines which have all being rejected on appeal despite us proving we were there for the training course. Do not park there no matter what they tell you.

It's usual expectations for this class of hotel for what you pay in this country. Rooms are always a bit dated...it wasn't built last month... Comfortable and only around £55 a night for 2 of us with breakfast! Our trip was about Hull. The location is just a 5 min walk from the old town across a decent footbridge. 10 mins you're well into Hull. A mere 10 mins to the deep. And it's free parking in the building given the location. Great! We were fine. Staff friendly and helpful.

City centre! It's a wasteland with nothing around it, which means you have to eat in the hotel. Service in the restaurant is poor, I waited 40 minutes for my starter. They obviously forgot about me. They did give me a pint on the house (thanks!) but then I had to wait for ages to pay. Over 2 hours for dinner in a Premier Inn restaurant. Not worth the wait. Disappointing.

Nice quiet hotel near the town, easy walk over the bridge. Plenty of free parking.
