Waited an hour to be told order cancelled. Rubbish service no phone call ????

My 3rd time ordering since the menu changed, very very happy. The chips are miles better then all these other local takeaways

I am regular customer from past few months of pizza fairfax after changing boos and staff this shop food gets more hygiene, fresh and really tasty. one of the best and fresh food pizza shop in hull. Highly recommended.

The homemade beef burger is amazing! The pizza, you can tell the dough is made fresh. They put the toppings on top of the cheese; which I need to ask for at other take says, but this is standard here. Chips where nice and crisp. My friend had the Mac and cheese box and the chicken wings with the buffalo sauce and said it was delicious and some of the best Mac and cheese she’s ever had. Will definitely be back again, for more!!

Spicy Tomato Bread was undercooked. Nacho Tries had no Nachos. Very disappointed as usually Pizza Experts is excellent and is my go to Pizza Shop.

Had a pizza tonight and it’s by far the best I’ve had from a local takeaway for ages. Also had some supercharged fries which the cheese sauce was amazing

Me and the mrs got the munch box deal and a pizza to share. Best takeaway pizza I’ve had and the munch box was amazing to. You can tell the quality is there when you taste the food

The donner kebab was like a kids meal. Very disappointed especially as it was £8 and unfortunately it also came cold

Used to visit and order from here on a weekly basis. Unfortunately it appears to have changed hands and the lovely half pound cheeseburger with salad and 10 onion rings that used to cost me £6.00 now cost £11.00! The burger was nice but definitely NOT worth £8.00! Two chopped beef patties, one slice of lettuce, cheese and a sprinkling of raw onions. Bring back the old owners and menu. Won't be visiting anymore, very disappointed!

Superfast quick delivery and amazing pizza

Food was delicious, definitely recommend the mac and cheese chips and the Korean chicken burger. Great takeaway ☺️

Got burger deal on uber for £18 with 2 burgers chips and bottle of drink. Came with one burger wrong and switched to low quality alternative, drink was missing and chips were missing. Promised to give items on next prefer but then refused to compensate the items at the next time ordering and bought chips on that occasion which were hard and overcooked

Beautiful new menu, the pizza is amazingly fresh. The nacho fries are delicious and the owner has really put a lot and thought into the delicious ingredients

Zero stars if I could, got a Kiev calzone dough soggy, god knows we're the meat is I'm still looking as I write this, calzone was full of mushrooms. Got the grandson chicken and chips, chicken shocking, chips un eater able way to much seasoning and rock hard. 1st time and last getting from this place. 🤬🤬👎👎

I was satisfied with the quality of the pizzas and will order again. The delivery driver was nice and arrived on time. The food was hot and arrived promptly.

Great pizza for great prices. The Greek pizza is my favourite. It’s super fresh with feta, red onion and olives on it. Very hard not to eat the full thing in one!

Waste of £30, normally decent food from here but the delivery driver must’ve spilt all my garlic on the way all over my food literally ruined everything and it was everywhere won’t be ordering again

Not the first time pizza topping was in one end of the box , obviously during transportation.also chips only have the chip spic on top few the others are bland and all clumped together ..

Food was all hot and most of it was amazing, however, we asked for no chip spice on all of our chips and it was absolutely DRENCHED in chip spice. Except from that everything was okay.

We barely touched the food.waste of money . fried chicken was like rubber and over cooked and pizza was pure grease not only that it took over an hour to come. Won't be using again

Whilst I was kept informed about the delay. A wait of an hour and half for 1 pizza and chips is pretty disappointing. Will give a 2nd chance though

I ordered a Margarita pizza and a garlic bread with cheese. Both totally tasteless, infact the food while in the boxes smelt of plastic, it was really strong smelling. It put me off tbh. I've not eaten from here before, nor will I bother again.

Driver did not listen to instructions about calling or texting when the delivery was there as would not hear them knocking and nearly missed them

I saw this pizza place on just eat read reviews Ordered pizza took nearly 2 hours after leaving a note on order for how I wanted it ... It came not as ordered paid extra for my bits I wanted ..it came not as ordered.. I called and told them they did however send another delivery guy asked me to check I did it looked ok at the door . But absolutely tasteless first and last time for this place ..lesson learnt .... never again

Got bacon burger but it was not nice eat all. Burger tasted like really cheap meat and the bacon was inedible. Unfortunately, won't be ordering again.

Great food. The only thing thats lets it down is we ordered on line for it to say payment not authorised and order not completed. The money had already left my account. I called to see if they had received my order to be told NO. My partner placed the same order on his phone which was accepted. Food arrived. Half an hour later more food arrived. Less than helpful when I called was told it was theirs and my fault. Not sure how when I called to see if order was received. Dont know what else I could have done. Refused to give refund and told I could have 50% off next time. Amazed no one called us to check 2 exact same orders to the same address was correct. Disappointed.

Excellent and I’m going back to being a regular customer; for a while I went to inglemire pizza but they have become inconsistent where’s fairfax have been good for a long time. Friendly service as well even though they were very very busy.

Food took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive. Pizzas was lukewarm and tasteless, Chips was like cardboard and tasted like they was yesterday’s. The only good thing about it was the garlic yogurt. Oh and the delivery driver was nice and polite. First and last time ordering from here for us unfortunately!

Food quality was alright but didn't receive what I expected. The first thing you get in results when typing BBQ wings are usually wings thickly coated in BBQ sauce and. What I got was smoked barbecue wings looking full and colourless with lack of sauce on them. They were very basic and a completely different dish than what I gotten when ordering BBQ wings from other restaurants. Would make better ones myself honestly.. the delivery I choose was 5:45 and it was delayed ,by 10 minutes and the driver was late by 2-3 I assume it's the restaurant fault for extra waiting time.

Burger was overcooked with hardly anything resembling cheese on it. Chips were dry. Pizza was inedible. There was a strong ‘off’ smell and it tasted bitter.
